I came here with a friend a few weeks ago. We found the food to be... what I'll call tasty Asian. A little bit of this, a little bit of that, which is not a bad thing. The service was friendly and welcoming. You also get a chance to watch your food being prepared in woks, just behind the Cashier station. Everything out in the open and kind of fun. Pick Up Stix, reminds me of Pei Wei and to a much lesser extent Panda Local. There are subtle differences, but the food is pretty good. See photos read more

Disappointing. Ordered delivery with Grubhub - not a problem with grub hut but with pick up stix. Just spent $87 for: 2 house fried rice 1 orange chicken entree 1 chicken Kung pow entree Instead of getting a full portion of orange chicken and kung pow chicken/container was filled with half rice. Small rice is usually on the side not mixed in with entree as a filler to fill container, less entree fot higher prices. Fried rice isnt fried it literally is steamed rice with mixed in with all the fillers and soy sauce just so it doesnt look like steemed white rice no way is it even fried. Lesson learned no more pick up stix for the family. If Im going to pay high prices then I rather pay high price for authentic chinese food. They should close up the business. Fair warning to all customers read more

Third time's the charm! After two "meh" visits to Pick Up Stix, I was ready to write it off as a culinary ghost of mall food courts past. But hold the soy sauce.... this time, they brought the flavor! We dove into the family meal (2 entrees + 2 sides = happiness), featuring House Special Chicken, Sesame Chicken, noodles, and rice all solid picks!!! Bonus points for using actual chicken breast..... bc mystery meat is so 2003. The Bang Bang Noodles? They slapped (in a good way). And those chocolate-dipped fortune cookies? Yes, please!!! Pro tip: This is a great spot to feed a hungry crew of 4-5 without resorting to cereal. read more

Went back and tried garlic shrimp and teriyaki salmon with my free entree credits thanks for survey responsiveness, #Pickupstix! Good flavor. They just get in trouble with sweet flavors going overboard so these were nice savory balance to their menu. read more

Came in because a friend told me the had chocolate dipped fortune cookies. I was immediately greeted and helped. The girl at cashier was friendly and helped me. The location is clean with plenty of indoor dining. There is also outdoor dining available. It is located next to the Chevron gas station right at the freeway entrance and exit. I never even noticed it here but so glad my friend told me about it. read more

Ordered on website. Food was delivered to wrong address. I mean address wasn't even close! Called store felt as though the manager could care less. Was told I would have to order again!!! Was offered refund, which of course wouldn't post for days. Order should have been remade and re-sent immediately! Doesn't matter if you contract delivery out or not, we paid you. In this climate and as expensive as everything is, who can afford to pay twice for the same dinner, all while being made to wait for a refund. Smdh... read more

Always get the house special (best thing on the menu) so sad they don't have more locations or I'd come more often, but when I'm on this side of town I always make a stop for some chicken & rice! Always hot and fresh! Favorite chicken spot read more

The service was great Stephanie did a great job telling us about the menu options. Basically you get rice with your meat but you can upgrade to noodles or fried rice for $2.49. My only issue was that the house chicken and bourbon chicken were drenched with sauce. Next time I know to ask for easy sauce. The water also tasted weird or maybe it was the ice? Idk anyway not bad overall read more

This used to be one of my top favorite places to eat and while the service is always amazing, the quality and freshness of food has gone way down hill, unfortunately. After spending over $70 today on a family meal and two side entrees, all the food was just not up to par. The rice was dry (brown and white), the broccoli was chewy, the house steak dish was black and burnt including the veggies, the meats were tough, the shrimp pad Thai had a weird soggy breaded shrimp and everything was so SALTY. Not as salty as I am for spending this much money on their food. We most likely won't ever be back this time. read more

Food is Fair at best- not really worth the price nowadays. Was clean and service was nice

I bought fried rice and terriyaki chicken today 7/4/26,, the fried rice is too salty... Im so disappointed...

While I try to venture out-and I have-I usually end up getting the same thing every time I come here-the house tofu with rice and veggies. It's just so good! I've tried their pad thai before and fast food pad thai is just not good. But I can't go wrong with any of their tofu dishes and it's a one of a kind dish here. The location is never busy when I visit. It's clean and the service is great. read more

I wish I could give a zero. I waited 45 mins for food because the girl 1st gave away away my curry to the wrong person and had to remake it then gave my egg rolls to another person delaying me again. There were people that ordered 15 mins after me that were almost done eating and I still had not received my food. If the people working behind the counter are too dumb to decipher orders let them wipe tables or take out trash. They said for the wait they threw in a few extra fortune cookies. I wish I read the fortune cookie could have been 1st. Maybe it would have said go somewhere else read more

Best pick up stix ever! House special chicken done crispy is amazing. Friendly service too

Tried this for the first time! We got it delivered! I will say the portions were a little small for the price with delivery... might be different if we picked it up! We ordered the orange chicken, fire racker chicken and house special steak.. the steak and fire racker chicken were DELICIOUS! Orange chicken was good.. I really enjoyed the fried rice! Chow mein noodles were not bad! Service was super fast! Will 100% be back! read more

This is a mixed bag of frustration, waits, and pretty good food for the prices. Walking into the place that has a few people in line and nice lit up side, was decent. I got up and ordered and got my number number while waiting for my food. We got general chicken, Mongolian beef, and some wontons. We also go both with rice and chow Mein. The prices are decent and they have a decent menu. However, after twenty minutes I had to go up and ask the status of my food. Turns out they didn't start it or had lost it. Another twenty minutes and I go up and ask and my food is sitting there. Very frustrating but the food was great. Just ask for your food after a few minutes or you'll never get it! read more

Really easy to find and in a convenient location! I ordered the Kung pao chicken with white rice and it was really good! The chicken wasn't too spicy and it comes with a nice portion of veggies. Pad Thai noodles, Crispy honey chicken, Firecracker tofu. It makes for a really good housewarming first meal. We had takeout. The food was hot, fresh and delish. We had fortune cookies. Even if they were not the kind dipped in chocolate. It was an option. I recommend especially all the chicken. Try them all. Manager/fronclerk Maria would incessantly interrupt me while giving my order. I suggested she lower or turn off the loud blaring radio music. She said she's not allowed to. Had to repeat my order at least 5 times. Seriously? read more

Sad to see the lunch special go away. I'm sure it makes some kind of financial sense on their end. Nonetheless ordering a smaller portion versus only being able to order "dinner" wise portion seems like a miss to me. I put dinner in quotes because the cashier told me you can only order dinner sizes now(it's 11:12). Guess it's been gone for a while now, is what it is. Might still come by for dinner, but definitely no longer a lunch spot. It's not so much the price difference, it's the portion size. I want a lunch size portion to dine in and then leave. Not looking to get a dinner portion, eat some and then take home. Again I'm sure they have their reasoning. I hope it works out. Just want to inform and let people no. I ended up saying no thank you, can't justify that large a portion for just me. Thank you. read more
