I placed a mobile order online and tried to pay using Apple Pay and it did not go through. this is not the first time that this has happened but it has been so long since I ordered from here that I had had forgotten. I then had to manually enter all my of my card information and then it went through. when I arrived, the girl at the front was nice and asked if I had a pick up order. I said yes, and I grabbed my bag and had to ask for my cup for my drink. I think if I hadn't asked for it, she would not have her remembered that I had a drink in my order. Neither one of them was rude, but they also did not say bye or have a nice day as I left. Should have took heed to the reviews. My husband went to get dinner from here tonight. He ordered and paid for a total of 12 shrimp however we only got 6. I called and spoke to "Michelle" who apologized and said we could come pick up the shrimp. I told her we wouldn't be doing that and she said we could come the next day. The bathroom is closed and I know that because It's been closed for a few years. And I asked if I could wash my Hands Then he said our bathroom is out of order. I said wherevits been closed for years where do you use the The restroom ? He replies we go to Albertsons. He says they're bathroom floods nice why don't they fix it? He replied that the owner of the building wouldn't fix it. My reply was well then I would stop paying him rent and report him cause that's illegal. Moralton story is management at this location sucks. The store manager with the face piercings and crazy eye lashes needs to be FIRED along with the stoner kid who was working the register taking orders. There are several reviews describing her customer service as being very poor as well as the kids that work there. I ordered a steak plate and my gf ordered a chicken bowl. When we received our orders we immediately noticed that the bowl barely had any rice and my steak plate had a very small quantity of meat. I addressed this to the manager and she blatantly refused to fix our order. If that wasn't bad enough she was now antagonizing us while we were trying to finish our poorly put together meals. I usually order the brown rice, vegetable, and steak bowl then add a side of shrimp. Never have I been let down by the food, each time it's delicious. Literally my only hangup is they serve Pepsi products, not a big fan. Located off the 15 at Clinton Keith next to Albertsons. Service is typically pretty good. They have restrooms that always seem clean and well stocked. They even have a small outdoor patio seating area near the back by the soda machines. Parking can be limited only due to surrounding businesses and their customers. Overall, I love this WaBa grill and can always count on them when I want some healthy delicious food on the go.
