I usually enjoy my Waba but my wife and I I tried this location and it was disappointing. My food was ready in 90 seconds and was cold, the bathroom was closed and the emanating smell was terrible. This location had no horchata drinks like the other location and no chop sticks. Overall poor experience in a what appears to be a poorly managed store. The guy at the counter was friendly but super casual "dude" . Hopefully management fixes things but it not looking good. read more

I don't understand how WABA it's no longer the place that used to served a good meal, I know exactly who the owner is and to my surprise he was the one making the orders. I ordered a Chicken bowl with white rice, vegetables and avocado. The rice was dry either over cooked or not cooked all the way but it was dry and hard, the chicken was dry and just the place I will never go back again, the young kids there are there to follow a good leader and if they don't have one they learned not to care about serving a fresh good meal. I am updating my review after I recently tried this place again. The cucumber edamame was much better and I got a full size portion. The salmon, rice and veggies were cooked perfectly and I really enjoyed the dumplings. The only complaint I have is there was almost no waba sauce on my dish and I requested it with sauce. read more

WaBa Grill has changed so much since I got my first plate. I realize that Covid has a lot to do with it, but my goodness, it's a absolutely horrid now. I just got back from ordering two chicken plate for my hubby and I. There was hardly any rice or salad on our plates.. the plates use to be so full you could hardly eat it all. We're still hungry! The prices have gone up but the amount of food has gone down tremendously. I can see raising the prices but, give us the amount of food we're use too. In the pass two years the customer service and the portions have been awful. I went in two days ago the girl was not pleasant and to top it off she had the longest nails with no gloves. Not too big a fan of the steak, it's all chopped up, thin and although they're food is served with teriyaki sauce, the steaks seems to be oversoaked in sauce. Always greeted by friendly young staff members. Pretty fast at taking orders, efficient in getting my order correct. Great bargain of two bowls plus drinks for $11.99!! I ate in for lunch with my family and while I was pouring milk into my daughter's bottle, she slapped it right off of the table and it got everywhere! I was sooo embarrassed and felt terrible. The woman who helped me at the register cleaned it up right away and tried her best to make me feel like it was okay. I don't usually give bad review but this is bad service. I called many times and nobody picked up (happens all the time when they're opened) so I went online to order my food, online says the store is opened and pick up in 12 mins. I gave them 20 mins, I went to the store and it was closed ! They charged my card too. Mind you I only have 30 mins lunch, going back and forth took me 15 mins and now I have to skip my lunch cuz I don't have enough time to get anything else. Place an order and they decide to make the food of the person after us first. This is the slowest and most mismanaged waba grill I've been to. This isn't the first bad experience I've had here but after this one, I'm definitely not coming back here to support this store.
