First time visiting this establishment and we looked forward to trying the food as we were impressed with the reviews. Well, we were not disappointed! As we walked in and approached the counter both employees smiled and welcomed us and Louis immediately explained the specials of the day. My wife ordered the special which was the shrimp tacos, but made it a combo and an Ice tea. I ordered the Diablo Burrito with Carnitas and also an ice tea. We sat down and our number was called about 10 minutes later that our food was ready. When I went to retrieve it, one of the employees offered to assist in bring one plate to our table and that was really helpful. Extra squeeze bottles of sauce were also provided at our table if desired. On the TV they had the FIFA soccer games on, but it wasn't too loud that you could have a conversation. By the way, both of us thought the food was outstanding! In fact, it didn't feel like a fast food restaurant, it was more like a four star sit down venue with excellent service and quality fresh food. The place was spotless and employees took pride in their jobs because they were constantly out checking tables and the floor to ensure it was ready for the next customer. It is located by the Arco gas station. Service is very friendly. Matt & Mel did amazing job from taking orders, mopping the water my son spilled on the floor. Great job and thank you again Matt & Mel. Everyone so nice including the chef making yummy tacos. Theres a window you can see them making the food. I really enjoy the yummy tacos. Also got a date cookie yummy. Made of dates coconut pecans I think. The yellow roasted pepper gives the taco a wonderful flavor. 4 street tacos and a drink for about $12 pretty good. My son liked it soo much he ate 3 tacos and asked for more. He usually good for 2 tacos. Had to order another 4 tacos. We often go to La Bufadora in Murrieta. It's nice there's one closer to home, annnnnddd it's much larger than Murrieta location. You can sit down with a little space to enjoy your lunch! Bonus there's a drive thru too!! Food was great, we had the Baja fish tacos, shrimp tacos, asada tacos, and French fries. My daughter always enjoys the fries! If you're not Hispanic or white don't eat here. My order is always mysteriously horrible., ordered a torta and someone smashed it into the shape of a burrito and they forgot to put cheese on it. I went back in and they fixed it. The second time I went for lunch. I ordered a torta I couldn't identify anything on the sandwich because whoever made it decided to make it perfectly clear that I wasn't welcomed at this location and they drowned the sandwich in mayonnaise. However, this last time-my burrito was not that filled and my boyfriend's carne asada fries were not filled as well. We visited this beautiful new restaurant on opening day and found the food par excellence! Service was quick and right on with many items to choose from. Prices were fair and reasonable. We had carnitas tacos and several burritos with two salsas, guacamole, shrimp cocktail and best of all, chilis toreados were served with the food! Portions were more than adequate and the help yourself soda dispenser was a treat with several varieties to choose from. The fish tacos looked delicious and we found out that they use Swai fillets. I recently tried La Bufadora Baja Grill in Menifee and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a California burrito with carne asada, but it tasted exactly like a fish burrito. The flavor was overwhelmingly fishy even though there was no fish in the dish. It was honestly pretty disgusting and made the burrito hard to eat. I also ordered potato tacos, and those had the same strong fish taste. This makes it seem very likely that the restaurant is using the same fryer or cooking surfaces for fish and non-fish items without properly separating them. If you are sensitive to cross-contamination with seafood, I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. Based on my experience, multiple items tasted like fish even though they shouldn't have. read more

Tried the place out for the first time. We shared fish tacos, shrimp tacos, carnitas, Al pastor and carne asada tacos, potato tacos, and la botanical, a shrimp/crab ceviche mix. My wife really liked the carnitas, shrimp tacos were good. I thought the potato tacos were good, though I prefer them as taquitos. Everything else for me was low average. I was especially disappointed with the la botanical; the picture of it was on a nice board where you could actually get at it with the chips, but it came in what I would call an ice cream cup, like you'd get from DQ, which made it hard to scoop with the chips. I also thought it was a bit pricey for $12.50, though my wife disagrees. My recommendation is to go for the potato tacos and leave the rest. I'll stick with Miches in Lake Elsinore for fish tacos, though I'm still looking for my shrimp taco place. read more
