Since the other location burned down about six months ago, it seems like there's been a noticeable change in both the kitchen and consistency. We've now had two visits in a row where the food--specifically the omelettes--has been poorly prepared. Instead of being properly made, all the ingredients were just piled on top, and the eggs themselves were undercooked. We've had to send the same dish back multiple times, which shouldn't be happening at a place we've trusted for years. What made the situation worse was the interaction with staff. When the manager, Rema, came over, she tried to explain the process and apologized, which I appreciated at first. However, when I questioned whether the cook knew how to properly prepare the dish, I was told to "be quiet and mind my own business." That response was surprising and unprofessional, especially while trying to resolve an issue. The situation didn't feel taken seriously. We've always enjoyed coming here, which makes this even more disappointing. I hope management takes a closer look at kitchen consistency and how customer concerns are handled, because right now it's not meeting the standard it used to. read more

Tried this place out today. The food was pretty and tasty for the most part. I'm rating it a 3/5 given I think it's overpriced concerning the quality/quantity for certain items. The build your own omelette was $15 to start and $.75 per add in including veggies like onion, etc. I think that is ridiculous. I had to get fruit as a side due to potatoes being cross contaminated and the first set of fruit had brown pineapple and strawberry with mold. The server swapped it out and the 2nd set of fruit also was in poor condition and discolored. You would think a simple check would be done to ensure quality. I didn't eat it and although they did remove it from my bill it was still a concern and made me question the potential quality of the cooked food.
