Traveling around So Cal once again and needed a jolt of caffeine. Of course, Starbucks was on my mind and found this location. I know, not hard to find a Starbucks, but I digress. This location is interesting and in a cool building with a nice large covered patio area. Inside is also nice and lots of seating. The staff here greeted me and asked me how my day was, very friendly. Probably saw me taking pictures and wondered what I was doing maybe. I order my usual nonfat Latte, delicious as always. Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's pretty bad. I guess it's a hit and miss. But the spot is pretty convenient for coffee and their speed is pretty fast. I will give them that. Also I am not sure if this a base from shop to shop, but they stopped providing a sleeve for your hot drinks unless you grabbed it and felt hot and ask for it. read more

Or you could do the drive through, which isn't really clearly marked. It's a roomy space inside, though maybe not as much work space areas as some Starbucks. There is a nice shared patio area to sit outside. I would say that because of the location it may not be one of the more popular or busy Starbucks in town. I could be wrong. read more

I came through the drive through and ordered a venti strawberry acai and a cup of water with some strawberry (mind you I never asked for a large just a regular cup) , the girl who took my order didn't ask if I wanted a lemonade or the regular refresher she just assumed what I wanted and told me to pull up to the window so I was already anticipating I was gonna get the wrong order in which I did and the drink just tasted watered down .. When I pulled up the gentleman man was nice but when I received my change back it was almost 15 dollars . So I asked what am I paying for . Apparently they charge you as tea for water and some strawberries . Which I had never been charged for that at any location . So when I got a refund the math still didn't add up . So I counted and I was short like 3 dollars and some change . So I went inside and asked for the rest of my money after explaining what happened because I don't know where the confusion happened and I was very nice about it . they called the girl who took my order I don't even know, but she had blonde highlights, and she only gave me back a dollar but with a very snotty attitude, in which I was already frustrated because one I just wanted the right change back and second her math still didn't add up cause I was still Missing change at that point I decided to let it go . Im too pregnant to let it get to me . Needless to say make sure you hand out a receipt so we know what we're paying also if you're gonna be the one giving a refund back with an attitude make sure your math skills are up to par cause I could've made you look even more stupid than what you already did. this place has the absolute worst parking lot set up. I have ever seen. It is only accessible heading westbound down Temecula Parkway if you make a left on La Paz Rd you will be forced to make a U-turn and make it right at westbound down to Maila Parkway towards the freeway in order to get into this parking lot. With an absolute pain in the ass now I know, and I'll never go to that location as long as I live. read more

What a wonderful staff this location has! So kind and accommodating. Was in need for a quick coffee in the morning and went into the lobby. Three of us ordered a food item each and a drink. Two of our drinks were made incorrectly, and when I asked for one of them to be remade, the barista caught an attitude with me. It took an additional 5 minutes for the drink to be remade correctly as my drink was put to the side and attention was given to drive-thru orders instead. Many stores seem to be inconsistent with their drink craft, hopefully baristas can be more attentive to drink modifications so things can run more smoothly for both the baristas and the customers. read more

My stomach always feels happy after drinking some matcha frappe. Sometimes we need a little boost to wake up or digest so this drink really hits the spot if you're ever constipated... Overall rating is 3.5. A fairly brand new Starbucks joint on Temecula Parkway near the recently built Chevron gas station. The place is considerably clean as you would expect in any new establishments. The staff members are friendly and courteous. Contrary to the other reviews, our order didn't take too long at all. This could be because the clouds of dust have settled and the employees are now fully trained. The area is relatively spacious with a nice outdoor hangout area good for meeting with friends and colleagues. The free internet service is also good for those who want to stick around and do homework. The location is about a mile and a half away from highway 15; which is a perfect location to have a sip of coffee and munch on snacks before entering the highway to commute. On the other hand, I would like to note that I have ordered two tall hot drinks on separate days. I got the cinnamon dolce latte yesterday and the upside down caramel macchiato today and both were lacking the sweets. It's best to let the cashier know to add a pump or two if you prefer a sweeter tall-sized drink. read more
