Thanks again Tina! I arrived & parked on the side of the building. Nice to see that parking is plentiful. When I entered, I found this shop was bright and tidy. I had to wait a bit as there was a customer ahead of me. When I got to the counter I was warmly greeted by Dakota & showed her the pick up from the app on my phone. She readily went to retrieve it. I figured since I was there & it was my first time I ordered their Iced Mango drink since it was a hot day! I took a seat as I waited for a micro minute and my refreshing drink was ready. The young lady , who made my drink was very sweet & we engaged in friendly banter. My iced mango drink was tasty & refreshing! I got home and loved the contents of my surprise bag which was under $6.00. Now, I can't wait to return & try their coffees & other drinks. Maybe pick up another Surprise Bag. Sorry, blah, blah and more blah; it just misses and sort of warm ambiance or vibe. The employees act like they don't want your business. Nor care about you, you sit waiting a distance waiting because the bar is "blind" so see if your order is ready. - employees don't say when orders are ready. Yo terrible experience, morning crew absolutely a mess. There was a guy worker that I just didn't like and then a girl worker that wouldn't shut up kept talking to two people at pick up counter no one helped us for 10 mins wasn't busy wasn't nothing going on except two idiots yapping their tales off, Also there was a girl worker with pink hair but she seemed really new but still don't like her because of association. FUN FACT: Did you know that The Coffe Bean & Tea Leaf is owned by Jollibee? This one is located in the Albertsons shopping center off Temecula Pkwy & Margarita Rd. I got a white chocolate silky smooth latte w an additional shot. It was really good and actually better than Starbucks!! The place is a bit messy (crumbs on the tables and floor) but baristas are really nice and friendly. I ran into a Yelpie friend... she recognized me and asked if I was a Yelper. Be careful buying from the Temecula parkway CBTL!! I have been going there for over 4 years. I spend on average $600 a month, usually more. So a good customer. They constantly short my drinks. I'm paying for a large and they are giving a small. So be careful. You may be paying for a larges but getting a small or even less. The drinks are also never consistent in taste. The cans of Orchard Peach tea taste bad and rancid. I tried to exchange for a different flavor. Said I had to have receipt. They did not provide a receipt only way to accommodate a dissatisfied purchase was prove I bought it via the app purchase history. I think her name was Madison or Mercedes young and rude Supervisor on duty 11/23 at 2:20pm was not accommodating, was having an issue with the coffee bean app and she was rude and bossy. Had no authority to provide good customer service. I kept working on the app issue and she bossed me around telling me to leave. Their solution was to "purchase a new gift card" but I didn't want to have to go thru the hassle of registering it to my app for the loyalty program. I COULD have reloaded for $10 which is the minimum reload amount on the app but didn't want to reload for $10 if my purchase was going to be below $5. Save your money and go to Starbucks. Decided to try Coffee Bean instead of the usual Starbucks afternoon pick me up. Location is super busy, only 2 people working the floor. I ordered ahead and waited about 10 minutes before asking about my order. I was told "it's on the counter over there." To my confusion there's two lines that say "Pick up" and "Online pick up" but with the location so busy everyone is just crowded around and I received my melted drinks.
