Tuesday, 3-17-2026: Happy St. Patrick's Day! I ordered a Surprise Bag from the app Too Good To Go where it helps businesses reduce food waste & savings get passed down to the consumer. Thanks again Tina! I arrived & parked on the side of the building. Nice to see that parking is plentiful. When I entered, I found this shop was bright and tidy. I had to wait a bit as there was a customer ahead of me. When I got to the counter I was warmly greeted by Dakota & showed her the pick up from the app on my phone. She readily went to retrieve it. I figured since I was there & it was my first time I ordered their Iced Mango drink since it was a hot day! I took a seat as I waited for a micro minute and my refreshing drink was ready. The young lady , who made my drink was very sweet & we engaged in friendly banter. My iced mango drink was tasty & refreshing! I got home and loved the contents of my surprise bag which was under $6.00. Now, I can't wait to return & try their coffees & other drinks. Maybe pick up another Surprise Bag. I received a gift card here for my birthday. It was my first visit and what a disappointment. This drink was $6.95 and literally all ice. It was maybe 6 steps of coffee if that. What a waste of money. I would definitely not be back and don't recommend this coffee shop. read more

In search of an alternative to Starbucks I have visited this store a handful of times. Blah, blah, blah. Always staffed, yet always relatively quiet to greet or be helpful, I really wanted the customer service to be warm and caring. Sorry, blah, blah and more blah; it just misses and sort of warm ambiance or vibe. The employees act like they don't want your business. Nor care about you, you sit waiting a distance waiting because the bar is "blind" so see if your order is ready. - employees don't say when orders are ready. They did not provide a receipt only way to accommodate a dissatisfied purchase was prove I bought it via the app purchase history. I think her name was Madison or Mercedes young and rude Supervisor on duty 11/23 at 2:20pm was not accommodating, was having an issue with the coffee bean app and she was rude and bossy. This was the last straw today. I love coffee bean coffee but every time I go to this location there is an issue. They get my order wrong almost every single time and forget to add the whip cream or caramel sauce. Barely even a thing but when it's EVERY SINGLE TIME so I stared to get frustrated. Went into coffee bean to reload my digital card with $6 on the app but was told that they can't reload digital cards in the store, they can only reload physical cards. Their solution was to "purchase a new gift card" but I didn't want to have to go thru the hassle of registering it to my app for the loyalty program. I COULD have reloaded for $10 which is the minimum reload amount on the app but didn't want to reload for $10 if my purchase was going to be below $5. Save your money and go to Starbucks. Decided to try Coffee Bean instead of the usual Starbucks afternoon pick me up. Location is super busy, only 2 people working the floor. I ordered ahead and waited about 10 minutes before asking about my order. I was told "it's on the counter over there." To my confusion there's two lines that say "Pick up" and "Online pick up" but with the location so busy everyone is just crowded around and I received my melted drinks. I should of asked sooner but was trying to be patient.I really wish they called out names as opposed to assuming everyone knows where to go. Will be going back to my Starbucks routine. read more
