I can't find any pros for this location. It is situated on the corner of one of the most insane and busiest intersections. While it's a nice, big, open store, it sits in the corner of a very small and cramped parking lot with only two inconvenient driveways that takes forever to get in and out due to the traffic. Upon entering to pick up my mobile order, there is no greeting. I walked up to the pick up window and still NO greeting. The barista looks at me, makes eye contact, still nothing until I say thanks. Not cool to ignore your customers spending $7 a coffee, so rude! Not to mention for as big as this store is, they had zero cup selection which is very disappointing. read more

I haven't been to a Starbucks in a while, but decided to stop by since there wasn't a lot of locations open to work with wifi due to Easter holiday. They still offered regular hours which was nice for customers but unlucky for the workers (thank you for your hard work). I wasn't sure what to order so I asked the cashier for recommendation on a popular seasonal drink to which she recommended the Cherry Chai with a blonde espresso shot. I absolutely loved the drink 4/5, but there was a bit of an burnt after taste from the coffee roast. I think the workers and the drinks were great, but the reason for the lower rating was because there was a homeless patron who seemed irate, making the place feel less safe compared to other locations. It can be due to the store being close to the freeway. Overall, a typical Starbucks near a major freeway. Nothing much to add here. read more

I've been a loyal customer at this Starbucks for years -- I stop by almost every day on my way to work, and the team usually recognizes me, greets me and usually memorizes my drink. The staff has always been kind and consistent, which is why I was honestly shocked and disappointed by how I was treated recently by an employee named Selena. Yesterday morning, I ordered my usual drink through the app. When I picked it up, it tasted burnt and grainy -- not at all like it normally does. I politely let the team know, and another barista remade it, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the remake still tasted bad. It was almost like the espresso was burnt or old and you couldn't taste any of the syrup and I honestly get a lot. I called the store on my way to work (about 5 minutes after leaving the store) not asking for a refund, just asking to have it remade properly or have another drink made since I did pay for it and would like to drink it. The person I spoke with said that was fine and would write my name down. When I went through the drive-through later, Selena said there was no note and immediately gave me attitude, acting like I was making the whole thing up. This felt so unfair because I did my part and it was not my fault that the employee hadn't written my name down. I calmly explained what happened and told her I could show her proof of my order, and the call history between myself and her store earlier on in the morning but she was clearly irritated. She eventually agreed to remake it but was extremely rude and condescending the entire time. She told me, "For future reference, you need to bring the old drink back next time," in a snarky tone -- I asked her if I'm expected to leave a drink in my car for 7 hours with milk in it just to bring it back even though I had called and it was a known issue that the drink was not correct because I had let them know and she said "yes"with an attitude. I have never been told this before. What made it worse is that she claimed it was "Starbucks policy," which simply isn't true. I've had drinks remade here before without ever needing to bring the old one back, and other employees and corporate have both confirmed that's not required or true. It felt like she was just making something up to be difficult and to make me feel like I was trying to steal. She lies to her customers! Her whole attitude was nasty -- rolling her eyes, cutting me off mid-sentence, and talking down to me like I was trying to scam a free drink when all I wanted was the drink I paid for made correctly. When you're a regular, you know how your coffee is supposed to look also, this coffee was extremely dark. When I tried to explain that it both looked and tasted wrong, she interrupted me and said, "Well, you only said it didn't taste right," basically accusing me of lying. After years of coming here almost every day, I left feeling disrespected and embarrassed. Selena's behavior was completely uncalled for -- rude, dishonest, and unprofessional. I've never had an issue at this location before, but this experience was so unpleasant that I don't feel comfortable returning. Thank you to Maya and everyone else at this location who has always been kind. I'm sorry you have to work with people with this type of energy and negativity. read more

This location is spacious and very well maintained. However, I feel the priority is given to the drive-through customers. It can take about 5-10 minutes from the start of the Starbucks drive-through enter sign to receiving your drink. A couple of times, I ordered a mobile pick up and the preparation time was around 15-20 minutes. And that wasn't accurate. I usually got my order 10-15 minutes past the estimated time. Their orders are mostly accurate. Sometimes the "extra whipped cream" isn't really extra. For the times I've gone, the staff were always friendly. Overall, this location is best for drive-through orders and not mobile pick up. read more

Stopped here for a frappe and to use the restroom while on a road trip. Walked in and instantly greeted and asked if I was picking up a mobile order. I acknowledged yes and it was 10mins early before my order time on the app said that it would be ready. They let me know that it was being worked on and I asked to use the restroom. They told me the code and I went in. Restroom was clean and tidy, even at night! Came back out and my mobile drink order was ready. It was made well, a bit weak on the coffee taste but I still enjoyed it. This location is very spacious with an open floor plan. I loved the setup. Staff is great and super customer service oriented. Merch was not very busy but they did have it, even after the holidays. I will come back because it was a great experience. An older lady at the register caught attitude with my brother and I over the sizes of the drinks.

They have coded locks on the bathrooms which I understand for certain locations, but it's like pulling teeth from them to get the right code to enter, I asked three times and I finally had to go to another location. Employees just don't care about customer service anymore, it's not like we just walked in, we just finished our coffee and needed to use the restroom. I really should be giving a 1 star rating for this location just like my buddy Norman, but I'm being generous because not all of my visits here have been subpar, and the drinks have been good. I come here once in a while since it is conveniently located right off the Winchester exit off the 15 fwy. It's a good location to get your quick fix if you're on your way north or south. Unfortunately my last visit fell waaaaaay short! I've been to the drive thru here more times than I've actually checked in (before my hardcore Yelper days). The last 2 days however, I had some biz at the shirt shop nearby so I just walked in after seeing the line at the drive thru. The first time it was fine. This was 2 days ago and there must have been maybe 4 people behind the counter (I can't remember because I didn't count). No one was in line so I was helped right away. Great! Yesterday I go in and again there was no line. I grabbed one of the prepackaged items and went up to one of the registers. One employee said someone would be right with me. Soon after, someone came in and fell in line behind me. I stood there in front of the register looking left and right, and no one helped me. A 2nd employee again said "Someone will be right with you" as she walked right on by. A few more minutes passed as I stood there with an obvious "uhhhh hello?!?" look on my face. I counted 7, YES SEVEN, employees behind the counter. One dude working the drive thru, 4 people making drinks, and 2 or 3 at the oven heating up food while 1 was going in and out of the back room walking right by me like I wasn't even there. A 3rd employee said yet again, "someone will be right there" and about 3 or 4 minutes AFTER that, a young woman finally went to the register where I was standing and said "what can I get for you?" Uhhhhh....WHAT IN THE ACTUAL F*CKERY F*CK is going on here?! Helloooooo... ever heard of customer service?! OMG!!! I don't even remember wtf I ordered at that point but they didn't have what I wanted so I just got whatever was similar. No apology for the wait, but sure was ready for my payment of course! I then go around the corner and sit by the windows against the back wall. Waiting, waiting and more waiting. I counted 5 flies on the window and one on the table. Free entertainment while you wait I guess.... I get sometimes it can't be helped but I've not ever seen that many in any other Starbucks. I sat and waited for at least 6 more minutes. I kept looking up to see if my drink was ready. I was pretty livid by then as I'd imagine anyone would be. I looked up again after getting videos of the flies...and there my drink sat. On the corner of the pick up counter and I never heard my name called. The person before me who picked up their drink had their name called... idk what to make of this situation but obviously I won't be returning. I MIGHT hit up the drive thru from now on but that's only if I'm desperate. Otherwise, you know which location I'll be at!! Lol This location has got to step it up!!! We're new in town and this is our first weekend morning visit to this Starbucks. The coffee is good and the temperature of it is just right- ready to drink right when you get it. The price is what it is, and we're willing to pay. So for this they get two stars. The customer service on the other hand could use some improvement. It's Saturday morning, and we ran out of coffee at home so we decided to come here. First off, I'm surprised they had any coffee left, because I'm pretty sure the chick working the drive thru already drank most of it. Don't get me wrong, I love a good positive attitude in the morning, especially when I'm still in the process of waking up (hence why I was in a coffee drive thru)- BUT the speed at which she spoke to us was dasting, and made placing our order difficult and highly agitating- as we were clearly not as awake as she was. A calm yet friendly demeanor would have made for a much nicer pre-coffee exchange. She obviously went to work today aiming to embody an eccentric Starbucks employee persona, and we really don't like it when people are fake. Minus half a star. It was also difficult to know if this sugar coated espresso bean of a barista was talking to *us* or whoever was standing next to her inside- apparently she doesn't know where the mute button is on her headset- so that obviously added to the hectic feeling we had during our brief drive-thru visit. Minus another half star. Lastly, we were shocked when we opened our baked items and saw what we had been given. I'd think for $5 each, their sandwiches would be larger than the size of a ball point pen. I'll happily pay $5-7 for a bitchin' cup of coffee, I will not be happy to pay that amount for a sandwich that wouldn't even satiate a toddler. Minus two stars. As we drove away from this Starbucks, we passed a donut shop in the same parking lot. A donut shop that not only sells affordable breakfast treats, but also coffee, and has tons of front row parking, and no line. Its a great location and large store with lots of seating and good music. The only drawback is the one younger homeless guy who harasses and tries to intimidate patrons for handouts or just because he likes to challenge people. I've been ordering this drink almost everyday and I've never had anyone ever tell me this especially when there was no cars in front of me and no cars in back of me. Those 4 mins that she took arguing me could have been used to make my drink and be good to go. I don't know if Temecula just doesn't believe in U-turns BUT they are few and far in between... anyhow stay straight and pass the light if you are planning to visit this location before hitting the highway... it is tucked away in a smaller shopping center...and my oh my this is one of the largest inside seating I've been too in awhile. I walked in (instead of using drive thru) and stood somewhat near the register... 1 person was making drinks, 1 at the oven and 1 at drive thru window... nobody turned around to greet or inform me it would be a minute... then someone walked out of the back area and took my order... literally as soon as I walked over to the pickup area, name was called and drink was ready. I come to this Starbucks on the weekends because it is on my way to my weekend job. I go through the drive through because I have to get work and it is just quicker for me. Their service is always timely. However, they always make my drink wrong. Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk, no cinnamon, add salted Caramel cold foam. Adding the cold foam is 1.25 extra. The barista was about to hand me the drink and it had no cold foam. I asked them to add it on. No problem. I get it back and there's a ton of cinnamon on top of the cold foam. I didn't have time to have them change it and I always feel bad for the people behind me in the drive through. I ask for no cinnamon because I am allergic to it.
