Ive never liked their drinks and what they had to offer in their menu. This location has some pleasant workers and its the same ol vibe as any other Jamba juice. I always get something in their whirl famous menu. I like strawberry and banana. I usually get something to that effect. This place is nostalgic for me. When Jamba juice first opened they had grass and other "healthy" ingredients. People were always going to a Jamba juice. Again, I never cared for it and I still don't since the drinks are pretty much the same as when they first opened. Its nice to go here just to remember my young adult days. read more

This Jamba location is tops! I visit Temecula a few times a year, and this is hands down- the best Jamba Juice I've been to in all my travels. The customer service at this particular Jamba Juice is horrible. Every time I come in a place my order, the patrons who came in after me, somehow seem to get their order before me. Today, all I ordered was a medium veggie vitality juice. The patron who came in after me ordered 2 smoothies. Somehow she got her order before I did. When I got my juice it was an awful greenish-brownish color, it smelled horrible and it wasn't even blended all the way. I'll never come back to this Jamba Juice. read more

I know this will seem silly, but in a service industry you've got to be able to serve. I attempted to make an order and tried to pay using Samsung Pay. I was informed the new system doesn't allow apple pay. I politely stated "it's Samsung Pay" and gestured to the sign in the door that shows "we accept... several methods including Samsung Pay". A dumbfounded look followed with a second "uh, we don't take apple pay". I then asked if he had ever attempted to. The answer... wait for it... "we don't take apple pay". More times than not people who open their eye and simply patronize my request are BLOWN AWAY when their system accepts my preferred method of payment. If you are looking for a refreshment, look no further. This Jamba has stood the test of time. The staff has always been cordial and accommodating to me. Never have I encountered a rude employee here. Sometimes there can be a rush, but I feel like they've always been pretty quick with getting customer's orders out. The interior has always been clean, and the bathroom have as well. The only "issue" I've ever run into was my drink not being blended well enough (little ice chunks), but that has happened very little.
