Okay, so my first experience at this Jamba Juice may not have been the greatest. However, do not be discouraged! The professionalism behind the staff was nothing short of amazing. After writing my first yelp review for this location, I didn't expect any kind of reimbursement. Yet, less than 12 hours after my review, I received a personal message via Yelp Messages from the business owner attempting to compensate for errors made the night prior. I just left Jamba Juice as smoothie replacements were arranged in place of the ones that we received yesterday. All I have to say is holy cow... This moist delicacy in my mouth really made my day. I am from LA County but here for the Thanksgiving break, and the last thing they wanted was to spoil this vacation. This is the Go-To jamba juice. Jamba Juice always hits the spot on a hot summer day. The customer service at this location is always awesome. I am always greeted with a smile and prompt friendly service. The employees consistently prepare the drinks the same way every time. I can attest to that since I always order the same drink nearly every time - and it is usually off the so-called secret menu. The inside of this location is always clean and organized. I have never seen any trash or spills on the floor or the counters. One thing I can count on is that my order will be prepared quickly. Jamba Juice knows how to take care of business. I really like that Jamba Juice allows you to substitute different kinds of fruit and sherbet for yogurt. Came in and ordered a small pink star.. I'm upset that I payed 5$ for it as is, but to only fill it 3/4ths of the way full in the cup is a little ridiculous, and it didn't even come close to the lid! There are a bunch of different smoothies you can choose from, each having a different and unique combination of blended (frozen) fruits, juices, and ice creams/yogarts. There are also different additives you can add like vitamins or soy or whey protein. The smoothies are what Jamba is known for but there's also some dried snacks like chips, popcorn, protein and granola bars you can enjoy. I hardly go to jamba juice, but recently got a gift card there so I thought I'd treat myself to my favorite orange dream machine. Mmmmmmh. It was awesome! However I always wondered how this place stayed in business because their smoothies are expensive! Well smoothies are just expensive, not necessarily jamba juice smoothies. But man the three times I went to spend my gift card that place was packed! Mostly with teens and moms with kids. Where do these people have the $$ for $5 smoothies? Well I have to say that the service here is pretty great! The manager carries herself really well. There was another customer in front of us that said she couldn't wear a mask for medical reasons (understandable) but when asked, very politely I might add, to wait outside like everyone else is asked too, she decides she wants to be difficult and argue with everyone! I sat back and listened and watched it all go down and I'll say that the staff here really handled the situation so well I had to comment on here. I wanted to call their 800 number but it seems it is closed. All I have to say is if you do not want to wear a mask, don't, but do it in the privacy of your own home! I love this Jamba Juice. I go in several times a week to get my favorite smoothie, which is Butterfinger. The staff at this Jamba Juice is amazing!!!! A special thank you to Robin, Brandon, Mikela, Alexis and Lexi. They continaully make my day every time I go in. They each greet me by name which is the nicest feeling. They also know my order by heart, I always get 2 large Butterfingers and I like them made thick. They just confirm that I want my usual before I even get to the cash register, and they start making my order for me. I often call my order in while driving to work, and as soon as I say my order, they ask me, "is this Traci." It always makes me smile as I tell them "yes" It is such a nice and personal feeling. So I was standing in line the other night. There were 3 little kids and one of them said they came in for one birthday smoothie. The cashier Abby asked the other two what they wanted and the little boy said their mom didn't have enough money to get all three of them something. The cashier insisted to ask what they wanted and made 3 drinks super fast. Then she came out with her wallet and paid for the kids drinks. I think she also might have asked if their mom wanted anything but I couldn't really make it out.... I'm not saying this place will buy you free drinks. But it does have good people working here. I come to this Jamba Juice almost once or twice a week and today when I went in even when I wasn't ready to order the lady was ready for me the second I stepped back in line and she listened to what I wanted and what I didn't want in my açaí bowl. Jamba Juice is pretty self explanatory. They have a plethora of fruit smoothies for every type of consumer. If you're looking for an immunity boost, they have it. If you're looking for some additional protein in your diet, they have it. Any fruit, any flavor, they've got it. Prices are reasonable and their snack selection is decent considering it's just a smoothie place. The cashier was very helpful and our smoothies came out pretty quickly. Just be careful guys, just cause it's a fruit smoothie, doesn't mean it's always healthy. Watch out for all that sugar! read more

After going there almost 3 times a week off and on over the last 2 years Today sucked . 1 person at the counter ..I gave a simple carrot juice order and a wheat grass shot. paid , & put $1 in the tip jar. and waited . finally someone got started then crowds poured in to the store 3 more employees came out of the wood work. 15 minutes later I notice the juicer is UN- manned and there is no one working on my order but taking care of 3 new customers and served them and they left. only when I went to the counter to ask for my $ back did an employee get back on the Juicer. The manager never even apologized and delayed my refund. I saif you served 3 other people while I was waiting that came in 5 minutes after me? his reply " The smoothies are faster to make" I am like I don't give a crap why should my order be dropped to go make smoothies especially when a carrot Juice & Shot is almost $6. I make carrot juices at home and the only thing that takes time is the cleaning! the staff sucks now with this new manager. I am no longer a customer of Jamba juice poor service and attitude! oh yeah I remembered 2 days earlier I ordered the exact same with people there and it was faster only thing the girl forgot the grass shot so I had to wait also. Terrible customer service. Disorganized and rude staff. Saw three young men walk in. The staff spoke loudly about how they were someone's important children. The kids ordered their drinks and were served before any of the other customers already waiting. No, they didn't phone their ordered in, they ordered and paid at the cash register. When I asked about the açaí bowl that had been sitting out, melting for 10 minutes, I was chastised by the employee and then asked rudely, "so do you want me to make you a new one" which she did. Now, normally I would never even bother to leave a yelp review about the kind of stuff because I understand in life we all have bad days. But when I was out side, a customer who had been inside, comes up to me and says that once I left the store, the staff spoke loudly for the whole store to hear about their dislike for me. For first order we got five drinks and four out of the five we're very watery but my grandma called the manager of Jamba Juice and complained of the water he drinks and we went back and they gave us a free item on the menu cards. They also replaced our orders and gave us a mini extra drink. Very fast staff and they are very kind! I would definitely recommend Jamba Juice. read more

Very disappointed. The cashier did not accept my Smart Card discount which gives me 15% off because she did not know how to apply it on the register. I ordered 3 medium drinks and a cheese sandwich. Sign said sandwiches $2.50 with a drink. After I left I saw the receipt and she charged me $3.50 (regular price) for the cheese sandwich.I got overcharged for everything.
