Around 6:40, I went to the front counter and asked what the status was, she asked if I was here to pick up my order and I said yes. She then proceeded to start to make the order, ten minutes later than the pickup window. She didn't communicate anything further; we asked how long it was going to take (we orderer two bowls and one juice). She said 25 minute, which would have meant we would be there waiting for almost 40 minutes for a small order. I don't understand the point of online ordering with an estimated time if that is not the time that will be honored upon arrival. We've ordered at this location before, and there is typically only one person that hustles. So, I can totally get if if the person is newer and doesn't know the menu as well; but then management should have them work with someone else to assist. read more

Everything about my smoothie bowl was perfection! I got the açaí superfood bowl and was extremely happy with it. The service was fast, friendly and courteous. The bowl tasted great and there was a terrific assortment of toppings- bananas, strawberries, green apples, goji berries, hemp seed, granola and cacao nibs. The fruits were all finely sliced and really added to the texture and enjoyment of the bowl. Overall, a great value, product and service. She was also very happy to talk back-and-forth to her co-worker in the back (who never came up to greet us as new customers.) The woman cleaning, walked in the back, came back to take photos of her cleaning job and eventually walked to the Register to ask us what we'd like to order. The entire order was distracted with 'the cleaner' talking back to the other co-worker in the back. I'm not sure if our business was a distraction to 'the cleaner's' social hour or a challenge to see if she could multitask. As our orders slowly came out, 1 by 1, I felt as though the multitasking was not a strength. My rationale: 'The cleaner' talked back to her co-worker the entire time while making my drink (which had banana and agave nectar plus vanilla protein powder). I have NEVER tasted such a bland drink. I can't imagine Nektar's National recipe is a bland, flavorless drink. I've ordered similar drinks from many smoothie shops, experiencing a delicious smoothie! I have to think 'the cleaner was more engaged in conversation than my ingredients for my smoothie ' Additionally, the co-worker finally came out for my daughter's drink... she'd been talking to the 'cleaner' and got distracted discussing her dating set-up...she delayed in getting us the final drink. The 'cleaner' came out and told the other girl, 'just pour it!' (the coconut water). And my daughter ends up with a watery mess of a smoothie. It's not hard to be focused on your job and still have fun. At the end of the day, though, customers come first.
