The past 3 times I've came here for the refresher Strawberry Acai, they have gave me what tastes like Dragonfruit and spicy taste which I got my siblings to taste and they also said it tasted awful and nothing like what I ordered. I just left this starbucks and as bad as my experiences have been...Ive never felt like I had to review immediately. My sister used to work at a Starbucks so Im pretty familiar with the system and how long it would take it make a drink. This store was pretty empty when we walked in and there were maybe...2 customers in front? To be fair, the drive through line was pretty long but that still shouldnt have caused us to get our drinks 20 min later. On the same order, my friend order bagel bites and egg sous vide. Husband and I each ordered a drink-Caramel Frap and nitro cold brew with salted cream. I also ordered a croissant. After about 5 min, my other friend in front of us in line got her order. Then our friend got her bagel bites and eggs. We wait til theyre almost done with their food to ask about my croissant...the cashier Kiley said I didnt order it but really she had just not put it in because I clearly remember her repeating after me when I ordered but thats fine...instead of apologizing she just stares at me. She asks me do I want to order it now and I say ok yes please. She just says, "Sure, No problem." As if she didnt just mess up our order-_- Sooo, after that and maybe 5 min later, my husband finally gets his drink and she gives me my croissant. So at the end of this...20 min from our ordering, I get my drink and Im completely exhausted and frustrated from this supposedly quick coffee trip. While this wasnt the absolute worst experience Ive had, the frustrating part was there was atleast 5 baristas. Barely anyone ahead of us but quite a bit after us. Yet our drinks came out so much later than our food and there were about 10 customers by the time we go our drinks. A coffee trip should not be this hard. read more

This Starbucks has a great ambiance and a lot of seating, it is great for studying or getting some work done. I also appreciate that it's open until 1am. However, lately I have been ordering drinks and have waited more than 30 minutes and nothing is made. This has happened twice and it's not to say that they're busy or have a line. I have had to go up to the baristas and show my receipt in order for them to start my order after waiting for more than 30 minutes. read more

This morning I came in for my usual Starbucks order. This review is regarding Tori's ill-temper and lack of customer service I pulled up to the window and Tori handed my drinks, as I was setting them down I asked for a venti ice. She said in a bothered voice "well take your food first". Then handed a grande Ice cup. I asked for another as I originally asked for a venti and she literally rolled her eyes with a nasty attitude giving us her back while a coworker got the Cup for us. She had the nerve to shove it carelessly almost missing my hand and dropping it. Perhaps it upset you that I changed my mind last minute when ordering, and I apologized if this triggered your demeanor. But, sweeteart, this is no way to comport customer service. try to smile more. And if it's not your trait, then consider a different career. Maybe one where you don't feel forced to deal with customers "crap". read more

This location deserves five stars! This is based on all of my experiences here since they opened. Every barista has been excellent, but Alyssa is the brightest GEM at this Starbucks. She's helped me a few times and has to deal with my very complicated orders with extra almond or coconut milk and hold the this-or-that. She goes above and beyond in such a sweet and calm manner, it is truly a pleasure to stop at this Starbucks thanks to her excellent customer service! I hope she stays here for a while, although I'm sure she's destined for greatness! It is located right off the 15 freeway on the very South end of town off Temecula Parkway 79 South, next to LA Fitness and the new Chevron. The drive-thru is quick and easy to get into and out of. They really engineered this layout well. They have plenty of seating indoors and a large patio outdoors that is shared with Pizza Press, with lots of parking. This is by far my favorite Starbucks! Far easier to find and get your coffee quicker than the one down the street or the Winchester location. Last one on your way to San Diego and first on on your way into Temecula Valley. This is the FIRST Starbucks that I know of in Temecula that HAS NITRO COLD BREW!!!! Yeeeeessss. When I come up to Temecula from San Diego, I have to grab a nitro before I leave SD BUT NOW, this Starbucks has it! So happy! Raymond was my cashier/barista. He was super nice. He always acknowledged my presence, even if he was busy. I had ordered a couple drinks and wanted a string cheese. He was busy making a drink but he still made sure to acknowledge me, which is nice. The environment in here is nice. It's modern/industrial? I'm not really sure how to describe it but it's nicer than the basic Starbucks. He said it just opened in March 2018. This is a new location for the coffee giant. In the recent news of closing locations, bigger and better locations like this are popping up. Plenty of seating mixed with a great outdoor space and sprinkled with the best of the best baristas from other locations makes for a great Starbucks for sure. The customer service here is top notch and as friendly as they come. Colleen shines as you enter this location welcoming you with warmth and kindness. The staff kills it with great drink mixes and Brianna seamlessly dominates and enlightens the drive-thru like a pro. Clean and inviting. This by far is the best location in the area. read more
