This morning I went to get a peppermint mocha at Starbucks and I met a very wonderful lady "Collene" (I hope I spelt that correctly) who took my order, she was so full of joy and my day got better just to met her. She was really helpful taking my order but I'd like to say that every person who meets this woman is so blessed because she's a true one of a kind!!! I know it's just coffee but her service and friendship that she gives to everyone who walks in the door is fantastic!! She is a true asset for sure... I will be going to this Starbucks more because she can change your day from bad to fantastic!! Just thought I'd let you know that. I go to Starbucks about 3 times a day. I don't live close to this one but prefer it. Everyone is always so welcoming. There is one employee that stands out. I'f I owned a business I would recruit her. She is so good in customer service, she should be giving classes to the rest of the Starbucks around the area. Colleen is always welcoming, friendly, efficient. When I walk in she smiles and welcomes you. Her customer service is one of the best I have ever seen. Oh how I love Starbucks but just experienced the worst waste of resources at this location. Never have I ever gone through a Starbucks drive thru, told them I had my own cup (for a simple black coffee) and was handed a paper cup! She said, "Oh, you want it in there?" Yes, silly, that's why my order gave me the 10 cent discount. Apparently this location requires it be ready at the window, to use my own cup I have to go inside. Love this location. They have nitro cold brew which the other locations nearby don't. Love going inside to see Colleen she really knows how to put a smile on your face and she's the hardest caring worker I've ever met. I am appalled. I feel cheated. Let down. Do you know what it feels like to place all your trust in a person, only for them to reduce you to an empty-headed consumer? That is how this Starbucks regarded me. I was once a loyal customer, proud to boast the Starbucks name on my croissant bag. Now, that loyalty is no more. They removed the strawberry banana smoothie from their ensemble of drinks, leaving a hole in the menu as grotesque and as large as the hole they left in my heart. I love this location it's right next to my work, everyone is friendly and great. I've been coming here since it opened. I always mobile order because I have just enough time to get to work when I arrive. But over the last month or so my coffee has not tasted how it should. It's always very bitter even if I add more sweetener. I'm not sure what is going on but hopefully they can figure it out. read more

I had the worst experience with one short female employee in particular. To start it all off, she was extremely rude, and had a very condescending and sarcastic tone when I was placing my order. Afterwards while waiting, she had my attention and it seemed as if she was the one attempting to lead this shift. I noticed how she mistreated the other employees; as they were hustling and working hard behind the counter she commanded they pick up their pace, all the while she was moving at a god awful slow pace herself. I work over night and I visit this location often around 3 am Everytime I come i end up waiting 15 mins plus for my order and I'm usually the only one in line the employees are always laughing and messing around today when I went they had my drink sitting in the blender while they were talking it was already blended and just sitting there. Just walked out of this place with no coffee. My boyfriend and I were waiting in line while the barista was chatting with the two girls that were ahead of us. I didn't think much of it at first but as the minutes continued to tick away I began to get a little irritated. A couple other employees passed by and I made eye contact with each of they yet no one acknowledged us. In fact one gentleman seemed as though he was going to step up to help us but he joined the girls' conversation instead. We stood there for at least 5 minutes without anyone saying a word to us. Also important to note that the girls ahead of us had already ordered their coffees before we walked in. We finally decided to leave without ordering. Honestly I would have been fine if they had continued with their conversation while helping us but to be ignored like that was probably the rudest treatment I've ever received in a business.
