PRETTY STARBUCKS in the IE? Yes! I know! I didn't know we had such a nice Starbucks in Murrieta but here we are! This location is so nice it almost feels like it should belong at a theme park like Universal Studios. I walked in and it's so spacious and clean! Everything was pretty neat and organized and there's plenty of seating. They even had some limited seating outside. My coffee came out quick and well prepared and the staff were super laid back, yet hard workers! Loved the atmosphere at this Starbucks! Also, it's close to the 15 freeway, Rancho Springs Medical Center, and other clinics so if you're looking for a cup of Joe or snack, I highly recommend this Starbucks! read more

Stopped by here for the first time since I was in the area, walked on over from the other side of the shopping plaza. I was excited as the outside looked super upper class and bougie, but the interior was quite plain. Best thing was the high ceilings and the skylights, but the orange wooden tables and chairs were just out of place. Place was clean, albeit empty, and merch shelves were kind of bare. Rated higher because the place empty and the service was quick and friendly. I was able to bounce out with my favorite afternoon (caffeine free) drink in a couple minutes. read more

2/3/2020 Monday I've resolved myself to believing that this location consistently makes and serves bad coffee. How can you mess up a cup of house coffee with heavy cream? Unless the coffee was sitting in the warmer from earlier in the day. It was bitter, sour and nasty! Hot coffee should be poured out and remade within a decent amount of time. I will wait, Thank you very much, rather than pull away from your drive thru with a cup of coffee that tastes like crap. Got a venti chocolate almond latte and it tasted very watery so I asked for it to be replaced and they gave me a grande if the caramel macchiato (I requested the change in drink) and it tasted even worse, very bitter. I don't know what going on at this location but for how expensive these drinks are I am disappointed. read more

They always have great service and fast service. Their location is pretty good and there aren't that many Starbucks around the area. Every time I visit this Starbucks, I have great service. Rude gal at the drive-thru today 11/5/22 @ 3:40pm I never go to starbucks since I always make my own espressos at home. I happened to be running an errand in the area and was craving a latte so I decided to stop by for a quick latte. Asked the gal at the drive thru if they had a specific name for their pumkin lattes since it was no where to be seen on the menu. She stated "pumkin spice latte" in a bothered tone. Excuse me for asking, I am not a regular. Just a reminder for you young generation of kids working....we pay your bills, be greatful for that, if it wasn't for every customer that comes in you would not be getting paid. Have some manners, learn the essentials of customer service, and even if you hate your job at least fake it to you make it. Short version of this review: I asked for soy, I didn't get soy. Full Story: I've been there twice. The first time was fine, I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a croissant and both were warm and delicious so a week later I came back to the same location for a coffee. I ordered a soy caramel macchiato Tall at the drive thru with another breakfast sandwich and the label on it did say it was soy. Unfortunately it was not. I've heard horror stories online of Starbucks workers purposely ignoring when a customer asks for soy or any other modifications to the drink since they think the customer is being annoying or difficult unnecessarily. I'm not sure if that is was happened or if it was simply a mistake but it was a rather serious mistake to make since I am extremely allergic to milk, hence the soy request. This also happened Friday morning 2/9/2018 around 6am on my way to work. The allergic reaction started about 30 mins after I left the store and was already on Ortega highway fighting the extreme nausea. I ended up leaving work and was sick in bed for the entire weekend. I actually considered reporting this to the manager and corporate since I was so and this $4 drink cost me an entire days pay. I decided against it though since I'm hopeful the worker who made me this drink did so unintentionally and I don't want to cause them problems. Regardless, I felt the need to say SOMETHING one way or another. read more

One of the worst customer service experiences at a Starbucks to date. Waited in line with no one in front of me for seven minutes before they took my order. Five before I was acknowledged. Sadly, I had time to time it....The drive thru was buzzing but there were three people sweeping, changing trash behind the counter and chatting in the back room. All apparently too busy to take an order. Then the girl changing the trash said "I'll be with you in just a minute". And came directly from the trash can to the counter... without washing her hands. Yucky. I wanted to try the new blond espresso, however they gave me regular so I had to ask for it to be remade. No apology, just an "oops" from the barista.
