I've always seen these stores around in my daily travels to different cities but never have I been into one. And let me tell you what I've been missing out for all these years!!! I've been missing out on some tasty desserts and good looking snacks!!!! They have a little bit of everything. From smoothies to ice cream to ice cream on a stick to salty chip snacks to other drinks!! Its like a snackers paradise in here. You have a little bit of everything with a Hispanic flare. Being a novice here, I decided to start easy and went with 2 scoops of ice cream. They have so many flavors here!! And the colors were all just popping!! Almost like there was too many chemicals in them........ but anyways it was really good. My wife got a cucumber and lime ice cream. The green was almost like a highlighter yellow color. It was actually really good. Lime was tart but refreshing and the cucumber was also really refreshing. I got their guava and coconut ice cream. And it was simply amazing!! I love their flavors and on such a hot day it was a great pick me up! There's so many other things I would love to try from here. There's salty snacks, there's other ice creams, other fruit offerings. But what I find to be so amazing is that they have different tiers or types of Michoacana's!!! I walked in on a Friday night, it was not busy whatsoever. Upon entering I was greeted. Once I mentioned I wanted fresas con crema the young lady working asked if I wanted them with ice cream. She was extremely friendly and had such a great attitude. I had never heard of fresas con crema being served with ice cream. The bottom portion is ice cream (you can pick any flavor, I opted for galletas María). This by far has the best the best fresas con crema I have ever had. Combining the flavor of the crema and the ice cream was the best decision ever. There was no music playing, but the young made the experience of ordering fast and entertaining. read more

I ordered a bionico with sweet cream and it was delish! You have the option to choose sweet cream or yogurt, but I would recommend the sweet cream since it's made in house. read more

Love this place glad this spot opened up a few yrs ago and I can't believe I've never reviewed it. They have all your Mexican paletas the Ganzito one is my favorite but it's seems endless amounts of variety. They also have the regular ice cream in a cup same flavors but you can get creative and mix flavors around. I had a cup of corn with hot cheeto crumps on top and it was just delicious. My wife got chicarron with chile and lime which was also good. And last my son got a chamango and WOW was it good. read more

We ordered 3 different Paletas; Guanabana, Pineapple & Tamarindo with Chamoy. I was disappointed in my Guanabana. It's usually flavorful with a few pieces of fruit but this time it lacked flavor and I was excited I got 1 piece of fruit at the bottom. Pineapple was very good with lots of fresh fruit chunks and so was the Tamarind with Chamoy. This location practiced social distancing and was very clean. Friendly staff. read more

FRAUD alert. Be careful using your credit card od debit card here. I didn't ask for a receipt. When I looked at my card statement, I noticed the amount was different than I agreed to pay. I called three times to try to speak with someone, but after I mentioned I had fraud on my card, the person suddenly couldn't hear me an hung up. I finally got the owner and he looked up the order. There were items on my charge I did not agree to pay. The owner said here could not refund my money because the "day had closed out." Shady business practices. read more

Got that and a scoop of strawberry. My stepdaughter got two scoops of Cookie Monster. We inhaled it. I grabbed a cucumber lemon drink while I was there which was really delicious. Was at the AMC movie theater and found this little gem next door. So glad we stopped by to pay a visit, we were craving something sweet. Such a huge selection of Paletas, ice cream, and other goodies here! The staff were super friendly and greeted us immediate. They were patient with us selecting a paleta , since we were so overwhelmed with the wide variety of flavors. They have one side dedicated to milk based paletas, and the other is water/juice based. A separate freezer for just ice creams too. I had the strawberry cheesecake paleta and it was SO good. It had real chunks of cheesecake in there which was a pleasant surprise. The texture was very dense and creamy, super delicious. My boyfriend had the strawberry kiwi paleta which had real slices of the fruits, giving it a beautiful presentation. We live in San Diego, but will definitely be back to try the other flavors the next time we're in town. read more

I was introduced to the store in Hemet. Didn't know about the Temecula store but fell in love with this place too! A few tips. Starbucks ice cream---not good for kids! Or me! I don't know if it has caffeine in it, but it sure felt like it! There's a mangoneada type sorbet that is way to spicy for me and my Grandkids. I don't like Spicy stuff but they do. This place is pretty good, its new and just opened up. I noticed it while I was getting lunch at one of my usual spots! They have everything from popsicles to ice cream, shakes and more. If you have a sweet tooth it will diffidently have something up your alley. They have all sorts of unique flavors my personal favorite was the tequila almond , but they have everything from mint chip to cheese flavored ice cream if you wanna talk a walk on the wild side. My fiance and I went at night on 12/18/2020 and were served by a young man wearing a red Mad Madeline's hoodie. He served a couple who were not wearing a mask despite the sign out front ordering customers to do so. Also, I felt that he was too lazy to make what my fiance and I wanted which I felt was an excuse to not make it. Apparently, he only made the items he wanted to serve. I was a little lost, so I went with a basic double scoop of the coconut ice cream. It was EXCELLENT. So why four stars? The lack of direction. I couldn't find an explanatory menu and I really wanted one. The people I saw come in and order seemed to had been there before, so they knew what they were doing. As a newbie, I was totally lost. I expressed this to the woman who helped me, but she offered me no help which I assume is because there wasn't a menu or anything to give me.
