The carnitas however were magnificent topped with pickled onions, cilantro, and salsa. The rice was not traditional Mexican rice and did have a bit of a crunch to it rather than a toast before cooking. The beans were just plain pinto beans, not refried beans, but they were good. While this place, is not extremely traditional, it is a great spot in Old Town Temecula with fairly good food. I'm looking forward to coming back again.

They went all out decorating for Halloween so the ambiance was spot on for the holiday. They'll also be decorating for Christmas which will most likely happen after Halloween. We plan to return so that we can sample other offerings at the buffet. Unfortunately I didn't get pictures of our food because I was so mesmerized by their amazing decorations. It was like being at Disneyland.

People here are so nice and helpful. They get you what you want and introduce to new things. All the workers treat you like family and remember your name. I usually go to this business and have had good experiences at the locations I normally visit. However, I recently stopped by this location and was honestly shocked by the prices. The cost for the same items/services was significantly higher than what I'm used to paying, which was really disappointing. I'm not sure if pricing varies by location, but the difference felt extreme. I hope the company can work on keeping pricing more consistent across locations. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Young ladies were rude, and tried to rush me out of the store as fast as possible. Didn't offer me any samples and were giggling the whole time. Tables were dirty as well so I didn't even bother staying to enjoy my ice cream. I normally go to the Murrieta location but was at the theater so just went here, and I will not be back. This is the best place to come if you're in the mood for a spicy or sour snack! I get there elotes all the time and their aguas frescas is so good! Between the uncomfortable atmosphere and the disappointing food, I would not recommend this location.
