This time, he only put about two small pieces in my drink. When I asked why there were only two pieces, he told me I would have to pay extra if I wanted more. I wasn't asking for an excessive amount or an extra modification. I was questioning why a drink that already includes dragonfruit had barely any in it. What made it more frustrating was the way the situation was handled. He was unwelcoming and unwilling to help. I've mentioned this issue at the Starbucks on La Paz before, and they have always been understanding and willing to make things right, even making me a new drink when needed. I've been coming to this location for years and have never had these kinds of issues until this employee started working here. I shouldn't have to go to another Starbucks just to have a concern about my drink handled respectfully. I really hope management addresses both the customer service and consistency in how drinks are being made.
