Located in 'Menifee Lakes Plaza'  (Antelope & Newport Roads) right next to The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. There's plenty of parking, no drive-thru. I almost left because the shop was understaffed, only one employee was working with a line of customers, but the wait ended up being short. My Strawberry Smoothie was perfectly blended and tasted great. However, the lone employee seemed bothered, and the customer service definitely fell short. It's strictly a 'to-go' spot with no seating. An average experience overall; I'm undecided on returning given the lack of customer service. read more

Nicely blended! The menu is the same as the other locations, and my smoothie was well-made. I definitely recommend ordering online beforehand and picking up in-store so you don't have to wait too long. They were quite busy when I came, so I waited quite a long time to grab a worker's attention. Other than that, I enjoyed the smoothie and appreciated how my smoothie was kept in the freezer and wasn't just left out in the open waiting for me. Not bad. read more

This is a very crowded and popular area, it was really hard to watch one person try to manage all the orders. They always close up early usually an hour and a half for no reason. I placed multiple orders and by the time I get there around 6:15ish they're closed. I order from the app and there isn't an option for any refunds or disputes on the order as well. You always have to call the next day to try and get a refund . This Jamba is in a nice outdoor strip mall. Relatively new, it is located off Antelope Road. There were plenty of parking. I came on 6/21 which is National Smoothie Day. Jamba Juice was doing a $1 small mango or strawberry smoothie from 3p.m. to 6 pm. I arrived at 2:57 p.m. and there was already a line out the door. I was just outside the door. The line started moving around 2:59 p.m. I didn't have to wait long to get inside as it was hot outside. The entire staff were so professional. They did a great job of making a whole load of smoothie. The cashier taking our order was calm and patient. We waited less than 5 minutes for our smoothie. I got 3 strawberry and 3 mango smoothies for my family. My mango smoothie was great! I can taste the mango in my smoothie. It didn't taste like artificial mango but the real deal. I love mango and this was a good smoothie. My husband had the strawberry smoothie and he said that they added banana to it and so he didn't love his smoothie. read more

I usually go to this Jamba because it is the closest to me and I am ALWAYS disappointed with the result. I have been ordering the same drink, "orange dream machine" for YEARS. And this is the only location where it tastes wrong. Today I ordered and had no idea what i was tasting and my brother tried it and said it was guava. GUILTY PLEASURE SMOOTHIE SHOP! Now, let me start with how much I love Jamba, as I've grown up with it it's also when a staple of mine. The smoothies are perfectly blended, they always have the right consistency! Also, I'm a huge fan of the variety of flavors. Jamba is also less sugary than some other smoothie shops so that's always a perk. However, I tried one of the food options and let me tell you the ordeal. I tried the egg bite, and it was tasty but still very frozen in the center. I repeat, the flavor was amazing! So I thought to myself "dang I can only imagine what this will taste like warmed up". I went back the next day and it was different staff, a lone worker. I asked for the same egg bite item and it was 100% delicious as I got it fully warmed this time. I didn't make a fuss about the previous day, but I was so happy I got my food the way I wanted. A HUGE recommendation from me. I felt vindicated lol. Overall, the staff are pretty friendly here and I can always count on the smoothies. I'm hoping they stay consistent with warming their food options up for now on so I can bump this review up to a 5! Multiple weeks in a row the store is out of one milk one week, then the next week out of all milk all together. Definitely not the best Jamba Juice I've ever been to. Based on the previous reviews I can tell I'm not alone in feeling the way I do. There's a bunch of young girls in there and yes I get everyone needs to start somewhere but at least don't be rude. Found a foreign object in my drink today. Tried calling the store but no answer. Id avoid this location. It always seems so understaffed in comparison to the Murrieta location. The owner seems incompetent or that they just don't care. It's not my first time having an issue with the product and services here. Not only is it expensive but the owner is incredibly unprofessional. Another time I had a watery and flavorless drink you can tell it was just made poorly which is no surprise as anytime I've been there it's just one person working and seems stressed. Im trying to get into eating healthier and forced myself to try this place last week. I've never been a big fan of fruits but wanted to give it a shot anyways. I wasn't a big fan of the smoothie, but I didn't hate it which is saying something and the staff made my experience fantastic. They gave me great suggestions as I was not sure what I wanted and had never been there before. Kudos to management for hiring these young people who are so friendly and helpful. If i could give this location a 0 star review, i definitely would. I came here spending about 35 dollars on 4 small smoothies. From the start of the interaction was horrible. The boy who took my order, had an attitude. He also snatched the card from my hand. I honestly at that point I wanted to ask for a refund and wanted to leave. But I had kids that were with me who really wanted smoothies and I didn't want to disappoint them. I was very polite, putting in my order understanding that I did come around the tail end of a rush hour. We are waiting very patiently for our smoothies to be made.
