If i could give this location a 0 star review, i definitely would. I came here spending about 35 dollars on 4 small smoothies. From the start of the interaction was horrible. The boy who took my order, had an attitude. He also snatched the card from my hand. I honestly at that point I wanted to ask for a refund and wanted to leave. But I had kids that were with me who really wanted smoothies and I didn't want to disappoint them. I was very polite, putting in my order understanding that I did come around the tail end of a rush hour. We are waiting very patiently for our smoothies to be made. The boys seem to have an attitude still maybe because it was four smoothies. Who knows? Besides that I never want to experience something like this again, since I will not be returning to this location. I also thanked the boy who handed out the smoothies. The girl, however, answered and said your smoothies are right there and they're ready. I told her I said, thank you for making the smoothies, but I guess he did not hear me. I only come in here like 2-3 times a year, and I'm disappointed every single time I go. Every time I go, the workers looks miserable and like they hate their job. The customer service is really dry. Would give 0 stars if I could. Have had 2 bad experiences here and both were enough to have me not ever go back to this specific location. Waited 10 minutes to order because worker stepped away from cashier. There were 2 workers and 4 drinks ahead of me (still havent ordered). One worker stared at the order screen after she just took the orders for a minute and a half then asked the other worker what was made. Finally got to order and was told my order would be made in a minute. Mind you they had sent out every thing previous to my order that was made. So mine was the first up now with 2 orders behind mine. After both workers moving so slowly my husband and I thought they were literally high on weed and moving in slow motion. One worker asked the other to make my bowl order (its already been 5 minutes since the worker took my order and stepped away from the cash register). How does it take you 5 minutes to wait then to ask someone else to make an order? How do you take 5 minutes after taking an order to make a game plan to execute making it..... Finally my order was made and it had no granola in the bowl. It supposed to have granola. and if infact by the off chance they had ran out of granola NO ONE MENTIONED THAT. I was so upset I just left and didnt say anything. Both were young teenagers and I myself remember working at a Jamba Juice as a teen so I was trying to be so understanding to teenagers entering the work force but it was so pitiful to experience. They gave no effort. Whatever was going on in that Jamba Juice was weird. I don't like assuming people are doing drugs but my husband and I walked to the car and both mentioned again how strange it was they were moving so slow like unnaturally slow as if they were in a trance slow. Which ny husband is never someone to say something like that so for him to comment on it really says something about the situation. We laughed about it but still after the wait time, the circumstances of them seeming to just not want to make the orders and then the order being wrong.... It was bad. Even though the workers move slow at everything and had 0 level of communication skills between the customers and the team that is an issue in its own. The workers at the Jamba Juice still deserve a better set up. They only have 2 blenders upfront from what I observed. It needs atleast 2 more. At just 2 blenders these workers are whipping up smoothies in circumstances closer to that of being in a home kitchen rather than a fully operating business serving a multitude of customers for 8hours + of the day. Its sad. Atleast giving them more blednders would give them a chance and the option to be more time efficient. A time before this I went at 8am to grab a breakfast smoothie before a doctor appointment on a thursday and while saying they were open on the hour sign it was most definently locked& closed. I waited for 10 minutes and left because there was absolutely no sign of a single person in there. After all that I have to say something. Beware this Jamba juice is a WILD CARD. Im trying to get into eating healthier and forced myself to try this place last week. I've never been a big fan of fruits but wanted to give it a shot anyways. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I wasn't a big fan of the smoothie, but I didn't hate it which is saying something[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] and the staff made my experience fantastic. They gave me great suggestions as I was not sure what I wanted and had never been there before. Kudos to management for hiring these young people who are so friendly and helpful. Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Two girls in there knew NOTHING of what they were doing and were extremely rude. They just looked at me like I was supposed to know how to do their job when it came to using my reward. I've gone here 4 times and each time is a f-n disaster. I think the owner truly doesn't read the room of his employees or the owner must be the parent of the young girls working the store. Also ordered a strawberry bowl, the strawberries were over ripe and mushy the bananas were brown and slimy. I have been going to Jamba Juice consistently for over 10 years. I was excited when I found this location when I moved to menifee 5 years ago. I have given this place so many chances but today was the last time. It takes them at least twice as long of not longer to make drinks then any other location I have been too, and then they don't make them right about 80 percent of the time. The workers don't seem to enthusiastic about their job and the training needs a lot of work. Again this is my assessment after a 5 year period. So sad I have to give up on this place. If you are in a hurry dont bother coming here. This place has absolutely No Sense of Urgency giving customer service. Walked into this place 17:05 with 2 customers in line and 1out of 2 associates making drinks and taking orders. So this associate wearing a teal shirt takes 1 order go makes it then takes another order and makes it. She's doing her best. There was another associate that wouldn't take the time to acknowledge any customers that are coming in to the store. She just ignored all of us.. I was so happy she came to the register thinking she will take our order but NOPE ignore us. She then asked the associate in teal what time she schedule till and walked away. By now theres 4 customers behind us and 1 customer just left. Its 1725 still haven't got my order in and theres no one infront of me. Finally got my order in at 17:28 for 2 drinks and walked out at 17:35. The blonde associate that was wearing black sweater should at least help the only 1 cashier/ only person making the juice or maybe if she want to clean than start washing the blenders because its piling up at the side of the counter. I'm very surprised to even seen a broken round table as soon as you walk in the store its falling down. Lighting are horrible in the store too. Sure enough she calls my order out and I got two 1 ounce shots (it's not that big of a deal I get it stuff happens but this is my FOURTH time going through issues with her) So I simply said "Hey, Sorry I ordered two 2ounces not 1 ounces" and she looks at me and says "well it says 1 ounces " and turns around and ignores me. I didn't want free 2 ounces, if she would've given me the chance I would've very much paid the difference..... but I didn't get that chance. The staff is always cheerful and very helpful when i have questions. So far they have all been great. But one in particular that goes above and beyond to make sure that i am satisfied is Krista. (could be spelling this wrong) Although this location seems to always be missing things, they make the most out of it. Jumba Juice corporate, please take care of your stores. First they ran out of DISH SOAP so they shut the store down, next day they were out of larges, then i ordered a small smoothie and this douche bag made a large and instead of giving me what's left in the blender (so it doesn't go to waste) he puts the lid in there and tosses it in the sink.
