I was there on April 11th 2021 around the time of 5 to 5:15 p.m. when I got there with my wife they asked us to wait outside because they have a limited capacity because of pandemic I do understand the reasoning behind it and I do understand they only have a limited capacity for the customers but you guys really need a better system in place before more people complains about your location there is no order of things for ordering people's order or your customers order I see people go in and out while I was waiting outside no communication whatsoever eventually me and my wife decided to go somewhere else for our juice needs you guys don't have any kind of way of communicating with your customer when their turn is up or any kind of shade for your customer to wait while they're outside in the Sun. Terrible service!! Completely made my drink wrong! First they were out of pineapples which is cool no big deal. So I asked to replace it with blue berries and strawberries. Watched him make it with blue berries and bananas. Asked him if he added strawberries looked me in the face and said yes. Asked if he was sure and said yes again but wouldn't look at me. Took my smoothie and walked out due to being pressed for time and a line was forming. The truth goes a long way. Definitely will not be going to this location ever again. I never do this but felt like I needed to this. This location was super slow and uninviting when there was only two customers. And also the two times I went (which I will literally be driving all the way to the Temecula location to get a smoothie next time never coming back to this location) the smoothies are supposed to be thick and every time I ordered from here it was literally like juice. Menifee has the worst Jamba in our area. No online ordering, slowest service I've ever experienced at any Jamba and I frequent Jamba at least once a week. They also don't make the drinks the same as other locations. It's awful. During Covid only one person inside to order and you have to wait outside... nobody will tell you your order is ready either, it will just sit there. Honestly....they must not need the business. They won't have mine ever again. They don't accept Apple Pay and when I tried to use my debit card I wasn't given an option to enter a pin. The cashier asked for my ID, that's fine I appreciate that. My bad, I didn't have it. I asked if there was anyway I could just enter my pin. She said no, if I don't have an ID, she can't accept my card. I pulled out an old expired I'd with my maiden name on it and the girl didn't even bother to look at it and let me pay. Wow! Went in around 2:15pm this afternoon and couldn't decide what i wanted. The sweet young lady with the long braid made a suggestion but it came with banana which jm allergic to so she substituted banana for blueberries. Instead of relaying the message to the other young lady she told her to get the next customer so she could make sure mine was done correctly! I am so impressed by that. Sounds small but it means a lot that she wanted to make sure there was no miscommunication and no accidents making my drink by handing it off to some one else. Ordered smoothies for my kids and I via Yelp for pickup. Yelp said order would be ready in 30-45 mins, however I was already on my way (10min drive). When we got to Jamba Juice we were still very early, so we took our time going in. Once we walked in, we were greeted right away and told she'd be with us in a moment (there was a customer ahead of us). Once she was ready for us, I told her about my order and she immediately went back and grabbed it. I was stunned at how fast they were made and happy we showed up a little early. Despite it being made earlier than expected, they were kept at a cool temperature as if they had just made them in front of us. There was an employee in training, which is fine, but what is not fine is the fact that I paid for a product and did not receive the quality I expected. The watermelon breezes were mixed incorrectly (he put in peaches instead of pineapples). The consistency was not like a smoothie on any of the drinks I ordered. Also, one of the cups was about 3/4 filled. The other employee noticed that these items were not correct and asked if I wanted her to make them again, which at this point I had been waiting much longer than expected. Can't order online and when you get there you have to stand outside. My home jamba in Irvine never did this however it is what it is if you like the products you deal with the rules.. tried to call in an order same thing you can't order you have to go to the store and wait. Then you order your go to ask for extra peanut butter and pay for it but they never add it. Any other jamba I went to they are great at this. I went to Jamba juice in Menifee. Trying to find out if it is a franchise. The girls in there were rude and unprofessional. I asked why their mobile app did not work and the girl said it's never worked. She took Door Dash order a head of me and told me I just had to wait. After waiting 10 minutes she finally took my order. I told her I had just gotten out of the hospital the day before and did not appreciate her rude and condescending treatment. She said you're the one that chose to come here. I double-checked my order with her as I added bananas and extra protein (which she charged me for) she said yes, I got it right. After waiting 25 minutes, I got my 2 smoothies, which did NOT have bananas or extra protein. I went to my car to take some pain medicine and the 2 girls came out front and told me to "go already." I tried to drink my smoothie again without the extras I paid for and waited for my medicine to kick in. When I got ready to leave, both girls came out front and clapped. I did observe both girls as I waited, and neither wore gloves nor did they wash their hands. I sent feedback regarding my experience, and a month later, I never got a reply from anyone at Jamba Juice. I waited to post this review, hoping to hear from Jamba Juice and see what they had to say. I was hoping not to post a negative review. Customer service and sanitation are not a priority at this Menifee Jamba Juice. read more

Every time I go it's closed due to one person running the store and they need to take there break so they close the shop. They need at least two people running it so when one person takes a break the other can run the store while one is off then switch. It's absolutely ridiculous.
