Wow worst customer service ever!! Waited in line for 15 minutes just to take an order. If you want to wait a half hour to get a drink this is the place to go. And your employee with blonde hair and a black jacket tonight was rude as hell! The blonde girl walked up to the cash register making it seem like she was going to help out her other employee, BUT NOPE she looked up like she was annoyed that there were actually customers in the store and said "we'll be right with you" with a rude ass attitude!! I went in today 9/4/22 with my daughter l, the two young gentleman working were very nice, patient and provided exceptional customer service. I did not have to wait long at all. Per previous reviews all ingredients were in stock, all equipment was working and I did not have an issue with anything . Thank you . Okay so I came into this new location. I walked in, the menu is so freaking tiny hanging on the wall I legitimately could not see any is the words. I jokingly asked if I was blind and the employee said no, it's really tiny we know. Like why? So customers can't see it? Anyway, I asked for a few 2oz ginger shots, fresh pressed. The girl proceeded to walk around to behind a wall, do I have no idea what, looked at me, walked back to the front; bent down and opened a fridge, she then grabbed a squirt bottle, and began to pour it out of a bottle from the fridge into the 2oz cups. Funny how the lead person only screams across the room capacity control to only 2 people when we show up. And we have to wait outside. Worst Jamba Juice i've ever been too, save your money & drive to Juice it up. You'll be standing outside for 15 minutes waiting for them to finish two people's orders. They will make the mobile orders before they even take your order. I've walked out the last time because I was going to be late for work since she wanted to take the mobile orders before mine. The boss will sit on her a** in the back & watch the poor girl/ guy struggle by themselves. They need new management & all new employees. read more

The employee Sierra seriously handles it. We stopped in Friday morning at 9 and she's slaying. The only employee there. A ton of orders. People in line. She's very nice and professional and does not dilly dally. Jamba should have the option to add tips to card payments. I felt bad we didn't have cash to put in her tip jar. She works harder than most servers at restaurants that demand a 20% tip. read more

Went in couple of days ago...Guy taking out the trash holds door open for me, goes immediately to the register and greets me. I said oh take your time you can wash your hands and stuff, his reply: "Its ok I can't" Huh?! You were just taking the trash out!!!! Then processes to tell me they only have small cups, so any order will be split upon multiple small cups I asked when the next shipment was coming just too be nice and not run out of there horrified that this child didn't want to wash his hands after being at the TRASH. Super disappointed with the service. They gave me the excuse that the kale needs to be blended more for it to thicken but yet it was still watery.. They woman I'm guessing the manager did not apologize nor provide any valid information on why they could not make the smoothie right! I have never had this issue with the Murrieta location.. You have all these people with an attitude working, not 1 person in there provides Any customer service.. I rather drive back to Murrieta than continue receiving horrible service. Worst experience ever. We went right when it was supposed to open and waited an additional 30 minutes before opening due to nobody being there. Right when we were about to leave a girl employee showed up and saw us waiting unlocked the door and locked the door right behind her. She didn't address us at all. Update- I cannot believe how rude the employees are here. I just went in today, and I was the third person in the store. The max capacity on the sign says 2-3 people in the store allowed. The employee yelled at me to wait outside and I calmly said that the sign on the door says 3 people. The employee started to yell at me saying "no, it says 2 people". This is absolutely untrue. The sign literally reads 2-3 people allowed. If you only want 2 people in the store, please specify an exact number. "2-3 people" can be interpreted as 3 people max. How the employee spoke to me was absolutely unacceptable. I now have reached out to Jamba customer service to complain. This location is extremely rude and CLEARLY has no customer service skills. Update your signs to make them clear if you only want 2 people in the store. read more

How this place is still in business is beyond me, when you have someone like Rose managing it. Completely unprofessional and clearly hates her job, she makes everyone miserable from the employees right on down to the customers. When i walked in there was no one. They took my order then one of the workers Lolly comes in for her shift then to take her boyfriend's order and two more customers come in and order. Everyone including lollys boyfriend gets their order befor i get mine. Another worker Yvette was there but instead of helping customers she was just cleaning the counters. She had to be asked to help out otherwise i dont think she would have. They need to work on their customer service skills and be more quick and efficient read more

Ordered a smoothie and a nutty almond bowl or whatever you call it. Waited 15-20 minutes for two items. And so did the people after me. Other customers that came in after us got their orders ASAP. I got the order and can't believe I waited 20 mins for a small bowl that looked like puke with strawberries and nuts on top. And the consistency of the bowl wasn't what a bowl should be like. It was like they made it and let it sit and melt. You know, I'm actually a very decent human being (or so I think) and I love to give ppl the benefit of the doubt. one star is way too high of a rating. this location is horrible, the staff has zero idea what they're doing. they can't manage to make simple menu items. the very heavy set lady, is rude and has a horrible attitude. she also stinks a little which was also unpleasant. they wonder why they have zero staff. 10/10 would not recommend. yikes. read more

I'm so tired of coming here and seeing everyone bash this place. I'm very familiar with the staff here and it's a bunch kids who are working along with another job or school. Many people are training and it doesn't help when customers come in cussing out or yelling at the staff. Multiple times I've been in there and have seen grown adults scream and calling kids very interesting words. You guys are doing amazing! Maybe it's time people show a little respect for you guys. I understand it's hot out and the situation we are living in, but if you're not willing to obey the rules to keep the staff and ourselves safe, then what are you even doing there? If it bothers you that much then leave and attend another establishment that will tend to your carelessness of the pandemic. Please be patient with the young ladies and gentlemen that work there. Love Jamba and so glad it's closer to home now. I was afraid of going in and ordering at a new location because I had a big order! The girls were very accommodating and had no issue with my order -- even doing multiple transactions. Offered to lend a helping hand taking the drinks to my car because I had more drinks than I can carry with my two hands. So make sure you bring a magnifying glass when you're trying to read the menu... Service is decent but i always try something new when i go to a Jamba & i couldn't even read the menu while i was in line & barely barely could see it when i got up to give my order. Very clean as well. LOVE how they're open at 7am unlike some other smoothie places I've been to. read more
