Before I came, I read the reviews for this place to see if it would be good. There were some mixed reviews but I still decided to go. Kalina saw me walking up to the door and was already at her POS/register and greeted me as I walked in. Was very friendly and right on it. Haley as well greeted me as I walked in. My order was taken, I waited no longer than about 5 minutes. The whole time they were both working hard and busting out orders. Guess it just depends on who is working there but the service I got makes me want to come back again. read more

Tryed this place again and it's terrible the lady did put any fruit at all and no yogurt it was like a slushie from 7-11 even those are better thought Iwould try it again to see if it improved but nope I had to go and buy yogurt at the market to try and salvage it and still was awful never again this place in a 0 stars don't try it you will be charged to much and she is very friendly but for that price I will go all the way to Murrieta and it Sucked never again don't stop there because it's closer but I will spend my money at another one don't bother to try not good at all the place was dirty it had cup on the bench and you don't even have fruit I swear I will never ever go back to this location read more

Juice It Up! - I tried to salvage it but no luck dont waste your money here stay away from this spot - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Lake Elsinore, California

I've been to several Juice It Up locations. This location is terrible. They skimp on their ingredients. I was expecting similar quality but it was way less of what other locations put. They put 1/4 of a banana and it was the only fruit I wanted. I paid extra for almond butter and it was a smear of it. Acai was a watery texture. The toppings were drowning in the Acai. Totally not worth what I spent and will not come back to this location. read more

Juice It Up! - Berry protein with all the ups: collagen, vitamins, and immunity - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Lake Elsinore, California

After this was bought by the new owners the quality crashed. They charge you for ingredients that come in the acai bowl for example. I have bought multiple over weeks to make sure it wasn't a fluke. On their sign it shows it comes with Bananas, Strawberries and Granola. However they skimp on all the ingredients. I didn't even get a scoop of granola in a large bowl. I got 1 strawberry diced up and a 1/4th of a banana. They then add to much liquid to it and its more of a watery smoothy that can be drank through a straw rather than eaten by a spoon. Highly recommend going to Robeks or another company to get a bowl. read more

Can I give a zero? I have been to this particular justice up before, though not often. But tonight it was so hot and my kids had other plans and I was free to choose what I wanted to have as dinner. I got to the store and the woman came to the counter no greeting or anything I still smiled and said hello. I ordered a large pina-colada smoothie. No add ons nothing changed or adjusted. She made the smoothie I took a sip as I was exiting and I have never had a more bland taste like nothing at all smoothie in my whole life. I came back to the counter and said I'm sorry I think something is wrong with this. Without a word she took it and started making a new one. Which at the time I appreciated I guess though customer service was a bit lacking. The second smoothie was barely better. I have no idea what was going on? Forgotten ingredient? Bad fruit? She tries to turn it back on me saying that she gave me more pineapple and banana and yogurt, as if I am lying? About the taste or badness of the smoothie... then a man, her husband? (What kinda weird franchise set-up btw?) you do t like it we will give you your money back. Again like I'm trying to get a free smoothie or something? I said I would be fine switching flavor as and he says no and hands me my 9.24 and I leave the 2nd bland gross AF smoothie on the counter. Talk about disappointment. All I wanted was a decent smoothie instead I could have cried from the heat and disappointment. I will never ever ever go to that juice it up again. I recommend avoiding it at all costs read more

Terrible customer service... they don't even accept phone calls. Very unprofessional.

This store is a total rip off and they are making their own rules. I signed up for their rewards program and told they lady I had a QR code for her to scan to get a free medium drink with a purchase of $5 of more and she said they can't honor it because their system won't let them, yet proceeds to scan my code. I was so upset and confused why the app says I get a free smoothie with a $5 purchase and she says they can't honor the code on the app. I contacted juice it up and told them about this. Avoid this location because they don't honor the rewards on the app. read more

Not worth it! Im new to the area and wanted to give it a try. Won't be going back. I got an açaí bowl and it was more like juice. The flavor is good but I wish it had the açaí ice cream like texture. I also only got one strawberry but into small pieces and like four slices of banana. read more

They are never open "during business hours" as stated on their door! I got to the store today at 8:05 (business hours are 8am-8pm) the guy didn't open the store until 8:25... I also had a situation with this same store, I walked in at about 10:30 or so... the doors were unlocked but not a soul in sight. I stood at the counter waiting for someone to take my order and after 15 min I got worried, I walked into the back and there was a young boy in the back just chilling. Didn't hear me say "hello" a million times or anything. This store really needs to step up their game. read more

Horrible , do not go here , will not be going back , new to the area and juice it up was very close , went in the place and it was super hot inside , had a weird smell , man had zero personality , gave zero recommendations when asked , all 3 of our smoothies and bowl were more like juice instead of a smoothie , all melted , were not good tasting .... Just do yourself a favor and go to the baskin ribbons next door or juice it up off central instead read more

I went to juice it up on Friday. They need to hire people with problem solving skills. I ordered two drinks totaling 12 dollars I said I have a coupon.. i scanned the coupon and she said " okay it's 12 dollars" I mentioned, I just gave you my coupon it should be less. She said yea it didn't go through. I said okay can you find out why? She checked for less than 5 seconds and said oh it expired. Checked the date - it did NOT expire then she said well the coupon should have a button for me to press but it doesn't. Then she stayed silent. I said is there anything else you can do? She said no. Didn't apologize for the inconvenience. Probably just go to the one in murrieta. read more

Went in to get two drinks. Not one word was said our entire interaction. I thought maybe they didn't speak English or it was a culture thing but then as soon as we paid the woman who took our order went over to what I assume is her husband (the only other worker) and started giggling and talking in English. Even when we needed to know our total she just sat there waiting for us to notice it on the screen and pay still not having said a word. Most uncomfortable and strange environment I have ever been in. Drinks were also not great I could've have paid five dollars less at McDonald's read more

I'm not going to leave a bad review because my husband and I really like the juices here. But, I ordered a 2 oz Wheatgrass shot just now because my husband is sick. They opted to give me a gingershot instead due to they were out of wheatgrass. I would have preferred they just refunded the Wheatgrass shot cuz my husband said he wouldn't drink the ginger shot. Oh well just wanted to let you guys know that if you're out of something, I'm sure most people would want the refund instead of something they didn't want. But thank you anyways. The juice is very good. :) read more

Worst Juice it Up I have ever been to! I ordered two Protein Açaí bowls, and when he said they were ready, the bowls were melted with all my toppings fully submerged! The picture is EXACTLY how I received it from him. I told him that's not how it's suppose to be. He said, "yeah, that's how." He was some Indian guy with who appeared to be his daughter. I have NEVER received an Açaí bowl in this presentation manner from Juice it Up, let alone the taste of it! I will NEVER again support Juice it Up. I was a loyal customer. Never again! Disgusted! Stay away!! I also notified customerservice@juiceitup.com, so we'll see what they have to say besides being an "independent franchise owned." Disgusted! read more

Customer service very unprofessional, do not honor the rewards coupons. I ordered 2 smoothies one I should got for free they just discounted $6.00 off, then they make a different smoothie not the one I ask for and the guy said was my fault, instead on focus how to resolve he focus on was my fault. Save your time and go elsewhere. Find another local juice bar. I've been to Jamba, Robek, Nektar and love them all. This particular Juice it Up sucks. The staff has no personality. I ordered a ginger and tumeric shot and they didn't put tumeric in and said they were out. They don't know how to make drinks properly. I also caught the man picking his nose in the back and came back out to work on door dash orders. His wife made my shot. Very unhappy and dissatisfied. DON'T GO HERE!!!! read more

I usually don't leave reviews on anything other than restaurants but as soon as I walked in I felt like I should. The place smelled so clean, it was beautiful and neat inside too! I tried to come here again and they are just terrible. The drinks are watered down and when I ordered my açaí bowls the girl making them had her hair down past her shoulders and it kept being pushed to the back to prevent from touching our bowls, since her hair was super long, you would think she would put it up or wear a braid. Don't they wear nets? She was the only person on 10/27 around 530pm. This location really sucks. I will not return. read more

Worst service I've ever experienced @ a Juice It Up...Owner was cursing out an employee while training him!

It has been about a year since I have been to this location and I will never go back. My smoothie was more like a juice than a smoothie. It tastes like water and the lady told me it's because of the pineapple (what?!?) . I told her I always order the same smoothie and it never looks or tastes this way. She tried to fix it by adding 5 cubes of ice and 2 strawberries. FAIL!!! After asking for my money back she offered another drink. I supervised her making it and had to make her add proper amount of ingredients. Never again! Go to a different location. read more

I feel badly for whoever hires the staff here- sorta' .....the last time I came by- about 3 wks ago- It was 6:30 pm and appeared dark inside, lights off and even looked as though the young lady was cleaning up at the register, and closed, so I walked past, bummed I'd missed grabbing my son's pretzels and smoothies. Only to find out she did it on purpose to avoid any customers from coming in. My guy happened to go in when he didn't see me right away (I had gone into the sushi place) me he overheard another staff member come into the door behind him and she asked the girl I'd seen why everything was turned off. That young lady went on to say so no one would come in. I am jjust appalled this individual represents this company. read more

There are always at least 4 other customers in here and only ever one worker..... Maybe up the staff by ONE person

Worst customer service ever. The staff doesn't acknowledge customers at all. Walked in and stood there waiting for eye contact or a simple "I'll be right with you" Once one of the girls that was on her headphones gossiping finally decided to help us it had been over 5 mins standing waiting. I don't understand how you can hire ppl that literally don't care about their job one bit. Gives the store the worst look. The drinks where ok. The other girl with dark hair has the most unhappy look on her face, but at least she was working it seemed like. I would give no starts but it's not an option. read more

9/18: My smoothie took 15 minutes even though I was the only one in there. They didn't start working on it for a good 7 minutes after I ordered it and I ended up being late to where I was going because of that. I've gone before it didn't take near that time read more

Good customer service, great smoothies, and bowls! Very friendly environment to be in.

So they have a new 'summer drink' called chili lime mango. The first time I had it, was delicious!! Went back the next day for another one. Since every time I've gotten it, at least once a week including today (just now) it has tasted different each time. Obviously everyone makes it whichever way they want. No consistency. Todays is pretty bad. All I taste is ginger. Sadly I give up. Won't be coming back. read more

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would! I walked in, waited a minute or 2 and was never acknowledged. Then the girl making the juices said.."Do you have a pickup?" I said "Hello" . I told her , no one greeted me and she said I asked you did you have a pickup. I walked out because I was going to go there. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE this establishment again! Being a business owner myself..I would fire both of those unprofessional little girls in there. It's an embarrassment to the brand! read more

The worker was very nice and said hi as soon as I walked in. Been to this location a few times and will definitely come back.

My family and I recently moved to this community and this is my first time at this location. Not a very delightful first experience. As I was ordering, I wasn't truly sure what I wanted so I asked the CSR for suggestions based on some of the more popular drinks. I can tell the service rep was a little frustrated because I was asking questions so I proceeded to take a stab at it and place an order based on the menu. I ordered a large green drink, an açaí bowl and a mango Mania The açaí bowl and mango mania were pretty good based on my kids feedback. However the green drink was awful and not enjoyable.I had to toss it. First off, I'm pretty sure all of the fruit/ingredients were tossed into the blender with seeds and stems and they continued to clog my straw. In addition, I continued to swallow pieces of apple seeds and peelings and it got to the point where it was overwhelming. read more
