Bummer, came in at 8:30pm. They said they wont do a "juice" because they are closing in 1/2 an hour..really? I had 4 large juices (80.00 worth of juice?) I don't know about that. I understand the day is long but I work 2 jobs & I have to push through the day to make money too. Not a good policy for the business either. I'd reconsider this one. Best to you guys! Wow..another group just picked up their juice , must've been made before 8:00pm. That's when they say they stop. read more

Came in here Friday morning, I could tell the Indian guy handing out the orders was racist because after he slid me my order without looking me in my eye and saying nothing as he walked away. The whole situation was unwelcoming and poor customer service. Not to mention the smoothie I ordered didn't even taste right. I ordered the new guava, passion fruit & orange joint. This was my first and last time ever coming to this sorry location. I would advise any & all black men to not eat/drink or support this location. read more

First time at any Juice it Up, I prefer Jamba Juice. But there was no Jamba close by and my husband wanted a smoothie. So we stopped in here. The employee had just mopped the floor so the strong aroma of bleach hit you when you walked in and stood in the waiting area. The was us and one other person who had ordered. The other person had to ask the employee to wash his hands before starting our orders because she walked in on him mopping the floor. He wouldn't have washed his hands had she not asked. The employee wasn't engaging or friendly just "order taker". The smoothie itself was good. However, I still prefer Jamba. read more

Ordered 2 drinks! Everything was made correctly and tasted great! Thank you for the tasty treat!

I've only been here once. Only other one I've been to is in Costa Mesa. The Costa Mesa location was 10+!! This location was poor in the meaning that I spent $12 and change for a substandard lg acai bowl. First it's before 9 am, it's hot inside there already I even asked them geez poor employees. Then my bowl came w hardly any granola, it also was not filled as I expected it to be as I've only had once in C. M. , service was great. Also, I must add I asked the girls what time they opened as I tried repeatedly to call seeing if they were open she told me if I looked them up on Google the number doesn't work and the manager/ owner doesn't do anything to correct it. SO. I will not return. Perhaps the Mission trail one will be great. I have just received a reply from Juice it up customer service asking me to send a pic of my review to them. Umm. No. YOU are representing Juice it up. You replied w generic reply. You can send my review to that business owner. I've now unfortunately read many reviews regarding that location and I won't be back. Perhaps, this locations business owner should asses what the Costa Mesa Business owner is doing right to improve his location. You can do your job as you are in customer service regarding tummy post. Thank you. read more

What a great find if you've got a hankering for a Guarana energy boost on your drive down the 15 or just trying to stave off scurvy. Shoutout to the punk style cashier who was extremely patient and knowledgeable about making a substitution to the the vital proteins blue smoothie to make it vegetarian friendly. He should have a tiktok channel just for making balanced smoothies. Also recommend the mango mania which tastes like a healthier version of the Jamba Caribbean Passion. read more

Updating my review. This place has come along way since the times before. I waited a long time to go back but I must say. The new staff is awesome and inviting. They definitely make you feel welcome and when they're busy instead of ignoring you they let you know they will be woth you shortly which they don't have to but I appreciate knowing I'm acknowledged. Great job guys. My drinks are on point and you're all so kind. I'm glad to be a customer there again. read more

As I see others have mentioned, this review is based on the service. The food and smoothies are the same Juice It Up quality you'd come to expect-great.... I'm just not sure what it is about this Juice It Up. Maybe the location. Maybe the pandemic and shortage of workers. If you walk-in, expect to wait 15-20 mins for your drink. Knowing that, I said 'fine, I'll just order ahead of time.' Downloaded the app and started placing my orders through there. The great thing about the app, it tells you it'll be ready in about 30-45 mins. Cool. Give them all the time they need so they can have it ready and I can avoid the lines. This works maybe 80% of the time at this location. But somehow, you can still put in an order 30-45 mins ahead of time. Get there late, walk-in, not be acknowledged at all...only to find that your order hasn't even been started. I attempted to have some understanding. Maybe they're short-staffed? I saw 3 people in there. Two out front, one in the back. I saw no 'we're hiring,' sign, so what's up? I will still enjoy smoothies and Juice It Up, just not from this location. read more

The service was horrible, waited over 1 hour for 3 Açaí bowls. The people working could not handle all the orders as there was only 2 of them. Multiple people cancelled their orders after waiting a very long time. Bad service and would never go back. read more

The two cashiers that were standing at the register were not very welcoming at least the guy working smiled I had placed my order for a fruit bowl that was advertised I had asked for no banana since because I dislike the taste of banana There was no smoothies or products being made so I was heard clearly But they still made it the way it was advertised with the banana They did t give me a receipt so I can't even complain about it They changed their tone with other customers afterwards and even asked them if they wanted their receipt so there is a difference in the way they treat their customers I really did like this place but this visit truly marred my perspective on this location read more

The service was quick and decent at this place! The only thing is that this place isn't inviting whatsoever! The place lacks ambience! Every time I go I feel there's less things in there and less maintenance being done to it, it almost feels like they're getting ready to shut down. There's no seating inside, there's missing covers on the outlets, and cabinets are chipped. The drinks are always good! They just seem to be getting more pricier and smaller! So it makes me wonder why isn't money going back into the store to make it nicer? read more

Terrrrrrrible !!! My fiancé showed up because I was sick and there was only one person in front of him. He ordered and three more people showed up ordered and got their drink before us they then handed him the drink and it was wrong so they made another one and specifically asked for the ingredients and no banana and no pineapple, they continually had problems trying to mix it which hello? Add more juice if it's not blending. Which if there was no banana there wouldn't have been thay problem 30 minutes later I got my drink from the initial time I ordered and it still had banana in it when I got home ... how do I know I'm allergic to bananas and immediately had a reaction. I have tried calling over and over and no one will answer the phone . Someone needs to call me and refund this order such a joke a $10 smoothie took 30 mins with multiple errors. Awful service ! And now I'm having an allergic reaction due to them not paying attention on top of being sick... thank you read more

I understand closing early to short staffing. What I do not understand is that there are three ladies working inside, I don't see the short staffing. The open sign is blinking and all the ladies are inside, but there's now a posted sign. One lady even came out to her car to get some items and go back inside while I was still standing out front. I understand closing early due to short staffing, but I also understand being honest. You just closed early three ladies at 8:30pm is fully staffed. read more

I don't know how the other options taste, but the three plant based options are absolutely terrible. The texture, the flavor, all of the above. I've tried the green one, the red one, and the turmeric one. All three are absolutely terrible. All other options contain dairy and I cannot try them. I am always disappointed when I get Juice it Up. read more

Not sure what has changed in the last year, but we have a different and inconsistent encounter these days. We frequent in the evenings still, and depending on who works there- we've been told they won't cook a pretzel 15-30 minutes before closing. Frustrating, but it is what it is. Then, we get home after tonight's quick visit a half hr ago- and open the bag to find a pretzel with only a few granules of salt when we requested a butter and salt pretzel. Hope they resolve these concerns soon. read more

We walk-in at 8:23 p.m. (10:00 p.m. closing time) and ordered immunizer juice and the girl said that she can't serve it because they already 'cleaned the juicer'. My wife heard it and she said to her it's only 8:30 p.m......The girl then said 'Yes' we'll go ahead and make it for you...we waited outside...and in a few minutes our order were ready --- To the the 'Admin' who'll read this comment of ours: 1. (?) Last call/Time to order juice 2. (?) No consistency on making/preparing the cup of Juice --please see the photo for your reference...Why half of it is green and half of it is not? The 2 cup of juice don't taste the same...Why? The other cup taste like the immunizer that we always ordered but the other cup taste different. Did she not made enough immunizer and just made 2 cups out of what she'd made.? As much as we like your store we believe that we should not patronize your business anymore, thank you and Goodluck! read more

I'm going to write it as if you've never had Juice It Up! before. They are losing one and a half stars just on service. I come here a lot due to it being in walking distance from work. Unfortunately on multiple occasions I've had terrible service. On one occasion, I walked in, wasn't greeted by the 3 staff behind the counter. Only one other customer besides me in there and they had already been serviced. Cool, no worries. I walk up to the phone order area to receive my drink and they were just standing around. I waited 5-6 minutes before I finally asked for my order which had been sitting there the whole time. Had I not spoken up who knows how long I would've had to continue to wait. On another occasion, similar situation except my drink hadn't been started yet. Both times there were either one or no customers ahead of me but 3 workers. Both times wasn't greeted or anything. If you're busy taking orders and are packed I can excuse the bad service but when I'm your only customer I should have decent service. Food: I've only had a bad experience drink-wise once. It was grainy and wasn't blended correctly but for the most part they are usually on point. I recommend the Strawberry Wave. That's my go to for sure. Overall: if you look passed the service, stop in and get a smoothie for sure. read more

Went in to pick up my açaí bowl and a smoothie. The place felt like a sauna and it was hotter inside the building than it was outside, to have employees working in those conditions is unacceptable. My açaí bowl was completely melted and looked like syrup. I was not going to as anyone to remake it as there were numbers people in line waiting. I will also be calling OSHA to advise them of the conditions those people are working in. Shame on you Juice It Up. I would have given zero stars as well. read more

This is what a "large" gets you ... honestly thought it was a joke. I wouldn't have minded the shortage but when they're 4/5 people on shift it shouldn't take 20 minutes for a bowl that had to be remade because I didn't even get the right size at first until corrected & this is what I got. 10/10 disappointment. read more

The drinks and bowls they serve here are amazing!! By far my favorite smoothie place around here. I have come in twice now, my first time I ordered a Pina coolada and it was out of this world amazing. The second time I ordered a normal acai bowl and it was also shoutout to the service. It was the same 2 boys both times. The guy with glasses and was dressed nicely was really cool! He walked me through different options I could get on the menu and personally made both the drink and the bowl for me. He also walked me through the different health benefits of each of the boosts and was, overall, just a really nice guy to both me and the other customers! I wish more people knew about this place, I'm convinced I found a hidden gem! read more

1st time customer. Last time customer. Had to get something w/ no strawberry's. Ordered a pineapple colada. Wasn't blended well. Had funny little yellow balls on bottom of cup. Clumps of pineapple on bottom. Was gritty from what ever he put in it, and then sets it on the counter, and doesn't say a word. Just goes and serves another customer After what seemed like minutes I asked if that was mine. Guy looks around, say's oh yeah. Gee thanks. I"ll never go back. Drink was terrible.
