I've had multiple negative experiences at this Starbucks location, and unfortunately it seems to be a pattern rather than a one-off situation. Each time I visit, I feel uncomfortable due to the attitude of some of the baristas. When I choose not to leave a tip on the payment screen, I'm met with eye-rolling, rude body language, and a noticeable shift in how I'm treated. On more than one occasion, my drinks have been handed to me aggressively at the window, and I've been spoken to in a condescending tone. Something as simple as asking for a bag for my order seems to frustrate them, and I'm made to feel like I'm inconveniencing them just by asking. As a paying customer, I don't think it's fair to be treated poorly based on whether or not I tip. I understand working in customer service can be stressful, but basic respect should always be part of the experience. I hope management takes note and addresses this, because it's disappointing to feel unwelcome at a place that's supposed to be friendly and inviting. read more

Shannon was super rude from ordering to the window. Made us wait a few minutes to order once reaching the drive thru screen followed by cars in front of us sitting for a few minutes each. Once reaching the window she said our order wasn't ready and to get into the back of the line. Her reason...I ordered on the app ahead of time and it wasn't ready yet. I understand the Starbucks mobile drive thru process isn't good (if I order ahead of time there should be no problem starting it as if I just ordered at the screen, this even makes her job easier??) but even if that's "out of her control" the trash customer service from Shannon has no excuse. read more

Have never been to this store before, but have been getting tips on the Hello Kitty line merch, so my husband has been a few times to snag stuff for me. So far, I've been able to get 2 out of 6 items there, the plus and the acrylic cold cup. So, I was super excited about finding these items to add to my collection. The great service began at the door with friendly greetings. They were extremely patient with my family, and I in ordering, genuinely the best experience I have had at a Starbucks. I normally try to avoid Starbucks, but they were so kind. Definitely changed my perspective. Great experience. I ordered a Matcha latte with lavender very good. And a jalapeño and chicken wrap. As a Barista with years of experience, this is one of the best locations I've become a regular at. There's no way for them to have known, but my family member passed away recently and having kind things written on my cups has honestly helped a lot, it puts a smile on my face which is better than nothing. I pass like 3-4 other Starbucks to go to this location several times a week because they have the absolute best crew around. The employees are all super friendly and helpful and greet me right when I walk in and the biggest pro is they always ALWAYS get my order right. I swear it's not that had (sweet vanilla cold brew with extra sweet cream and extra vanilla) but nobody else ever makes it right. They always nail it plus it's always ready by the time I get there (I mobile order). This is the best Starbucks location period and I will continue to go out of my way to come to this location only because they remember my name and my drinks. Ambiance. You'de think with all the money being made, this store could invest in cozier chairs. I cannot sit for long there and some seats have such short backs you feel you could fall over backwards. Now the hip beaneries have been popular for twenty years maybe more. I have been to more than a few. The look and feel is so comfy along with their delicious drinks, great music and friendly vibe and most of all those big cozy chairs in the corner , you'll always want to come back for more. In these days of high inflation a new perk for the customers would be good for business. Summer is coming and people will want to come in for a refresher to get out of the heat but i fear they wont stay or may just drive thru. because the seats are too hard. read more

Can someone please explain how they constantly mess up my very simple drink order? This is supposed to be a vanilla sweet cream nitro cold brew. Two ingredients, nitro cold brew and sweet cream. This has happened so many times. My husband today asked if there was sweet cream when they tried to give it to him. They took it back and poured a tiny amount of sweet cream in. I can't even taste it and the coffee is incredibly chalky and bitter tasting. Another time this happened I asked and they remade the drink and it was much better. This is ridiculous that it happens so frequent and a waste of $6. I used to come multiple days a week. Now I try to go as little as possible once a week or so. And then this is what happens still. Great location and employees. We were on work travel and this Starbucks was our meet up point. We mobile ordered from the bus and when we arrived our drinks were ready for pick up. The staff welcomed us as we came in and were really friendly and caring. It is also easy access to the 15 freeway (and there was plenty of parking for our bus). I wanted to give a shout-out to Daniel! He was the barista that helped me today and he was super sweet! He had great customer service and made my experience in this store a great one. They were a bit busy when I showed up, I waited a couple minutes and he was apologetic for my wait (although I didn't mind!) He also was very nice in asking if I wanted straws or a drink carrier and telling me to enjoy my day. Even though that seemed like something small and common, he seemed very genuine and sincere. The whole shop looked clean, the restrooms were clean, and I like that they offered masks/hand sanitizer out front! This is my "home" Starbucks! I think this one is probably the best Starbucks location out of all of the ones I go to. Their customer service is great and the employees are just wonderful. I don't know the employees by name or anything, but whenever I come here they always seem to be in a great mood! I feel like the workers are genuinely happy to be taking my order. I have never had a drink come out wrong - and I'm "one of those" people that makes my order all complicated. Haha. The line can get pretty long, but fortunately, it moves fast! When I go to the Indian casinos in Temecula, we stop at this Sbux on our way back to the OC. Located in the edge of a strip mall off Clinton Keith Rd is this Starbucks drive thru. Its not the biggest store I've been to, but they have a decent size inside/ outside sitting area, and their baristas are friendly. This location, and the one opposite side of the freeway seem to have plenty of merchandise, if you are looking for the harder to find mugs, tumblers or what not. Plenty of parking out front, and there is a drive thru. read more

Ordered at the wrong location somehow. The Hidden Springs/Clinton Keith location told me it was here. Turns out it was much further away. Either way, this is not the first time I've made this mistake. Every other time the barista volunteers to make the drink when I show them i legit ordered & paid for it. These folks were very apathetic & wasted my time by not just telling me directly that they did not want to make it. Patty said, "well are you going that way?" If I was going that way I wouldn't have asked if you would make it anyway. I'm irritated and caffeine free. Spoke to the manager at the California Oaks & 15 location. She advised that she couldn't give me a refund over the phone & that they usually make the coffee even if it's ordered at the wrong place. So I went back in & Clarissa or Clarinda & Patty looked at me suspiciously like I was trying to steal the coffee. They made me feel super uncomfortable. Clarissa (sp) finally capitulated & said, "I can make it this one time but you paid for the supplies at the other location not here." At that point I was upset & embarrassed so I left. Called the other location back & the manager was very apologetic. She said she would f/u with the store & offered me a gift card if I decided to come in. I did and the staff was nice & apologetic about the situation. I hate to say it but I believe wholeheartedly that if I looked different I wouldn't have had this experience. read more

If you like your coffee with a nice steaming hot side of high school drop out "my parents forced me to get a job" attitude this is 100% the Starbucks location of your dreams. If not go pretty much ANYWHERE else. I literally will not go here. I do Uber deliveries and I try really hard to not take the orders for this location.
