Yall was garbage today lol. Aint no way yall had me and over 15 other people waiting 45 min to an hour for some breakfast. Other people left because either it was taking too long or because after 10:30 yall stop serving breakfast and because they didn't mark that they were there they ended up not getting food even after the wait. Just read the other reviews about the manager Luis and customer service. The minute there's any issue, he mentally checks out and reads his 'script' of whatever he normally says but doesn't problem solve. I'm wondering what the owner of this franchise, Jason Molinari, would think of this. It reflects poorly on him. I do a lot of larger catering orders for customers as I am in outside sales. On this particular day, the staff left off 5 items! All the same items. The staff member handed me the food and drinks over to me with confidence. I guess you could say 'my bad' for not checking the order, but again, the order was larger and the staff member said with confidence my order was fulfilled and handed me the food and drinks. Once I got to my location, I realized that the 5 items were left off. I called the store and spoke to manager Luis who informed me that I would have to come back for a credit back or he could put quantity 5 of the same item on my account (they were hash browns by the way -- which I don't need 5 hash browns only). In any event, neither of these options worked for me as I was working and didn't have time to come back for them to give me my credit card credit (which was their fault to begin with) nor do I want 5 hash browns on my account. I asked for a different food item to on my account of the same value, and you guessed it, ANOTHER NO. In addition, Luis said he could not deliver the food left off the order to the location. A lot of "no" for someone who caused the problem. So all in all I'm out of lucK, and my only recourse is to write a review warning people to NOT go to this Chik Fil A. Go instead to another Chik Fil A, but not this one. The manager is rude and appears not to have any ability to do anything beyond his regular 'script'. read more

Did not give me any of my 6 drinks neither did they give me the ice cream I ordered. When I called they wouldn't give me a solution other than to drive back to get my items, which was not possible since I live an hour away. They told me if I wanted a refund I would have to go to the store so a few days later I went to the store and they refused to give me a refund all they did was replace my items when I told them I did not wanted them anymore. I am a case manager for a boys home. I brought my boys to eat after getting a haircut the manager of Mark. Was superb him and his team the best of the best customer service in the world. My boys ordered over and he kindly reduced some of the meals he didn't seem mad he was very cool and calm. I apologized and he said no worries 1000 times. I don't like fast food chains a lot, I'd rather go to moms and pops shop, but In-N-Out is an exception to this rule, and now Chick-fil-A too. I had their classic chicken sandwich and OMG it was so great. The chicken was cooked perfectly, with delicious bun and everything in between. The guy who took the order took his time to explain how everything works since I was a bit confused after waking up early and driving a lot. I like how this place reaches out to my school with informational sessions. I learned a lot about public relations from one of their talks at my school. When you're having a bad day, this is the place to go. I've only been here a handful of times. each time the food was not hot, to even melt the cheese.
