Choose from the menu full of cold & hot sub options or build your own. I do wish they used better bacon. Its hard to get behind that paper bacon most sandwich places tend to use. At this location in particular, we've always experienced good food, a clean interior and pleasant employees. The outside seating area is small, which is expected for the location. It could use some umbrellas at the tables since there is no awning or any type of cover at the store front. We're in sunny Cali, so all outdoor restaurant seating should have some shade options, in my humble opinion. read more

I've been coming here for a while and today feb 25 2026 at 11:40 the dude making the sandwiches he seems to be the manager white dude with nice tattoos on his forearms he goes and cleans the preparing area and the. The slicer machine with soaking rag who what else he cleaned with the same rag well the slicer is now wet his gloves are soaked and he didn't change glovesplus he left slicer soaked and he proceeded to slice the meats and cheeses with the slicer soaked in the same liquid. OSHA should give them classes about cross contamination. read more

Opened my sandwich and over half of it was stuck to the side of the paper, making it essentially inedible. I've never had this happen before at a Jersey Mike's. I went back in to have them remake it, and they did so reluctantly. Employee made me give him my bad sandwich like I was a child and he was trying to make sure I wasn't trying to get a free one or something. Ridiculously incompetent and rude staff. EXCELLENT Customer Service!!! They don't make places like this in 2025. There was a mix up in my order and the misunderstanding on both parties. Myself on how to enter notes on order online and with the store on not seeing the added notes. The OWNER fixed the issue ASAP apologized and didn't question or blame anyone. As a minority I'm always iffy if places will believe there was a mix up and take responsibility. I went to this Jersey Mikes and was ordering 3 regular subs. There was a man that took my order and as I was waiting I asked a short mexican girl worker who was preparing sandwiches if she was making one of my sandwiches. She rudely responded to me saying she was preparing an online order. She used a rude tone and looked at me like if I was stupid for asking a question. The whole time I was waiting for my sandwiches all the employees were talking about a movie they were watching, and messing around. Overall just a terrible experience, I never really go on the weekends and usually go in on weekdays, but I decided to go in on a Sunday afternoon and received this terrible service. The music is much too loud for such a small place some people don't feel they can speak in that place and actually hear themselves, I came there and they gave me another sandwich but it was still difficult to tell them what I wanted due to the music is so loud. My husband and I have been here several times since they opened and before we visit, we place our order on the app so it's ready to grab and go. The staff always, always, always has our order ready on our pickup time and it's always correct. That's a big plus for this location and we appreciate it a lot. The sub is always bagged and closed for added safety during Covid. Employees are wearing their masks and also enforcing it with a sign on the door. Gloves are being worn and the restaurant seems clean and bright. The rosemary parmesan bread is my ultimate favorite! I always order our subs with this bread. I think it give the sub just that extra pop of fancy-tasting, cheesy flavor. The bread is made fresh in store (huge plus!) and our subs are always soft and chewy. Luckily, it doesn't get soggy by the time we eat it at home (as I've witnessed at other JM's.) I usually gravitate to the cold subs since it 'feels' like I am eating healthier because there's fresh veggies on it. Cold subs are also so refreshing on a warm day. However, trying a warm sub is on my to-eat list, especially in this colder weather. My top 3 subs that I usually rotate through are: #5 The Super Sub Provolone, ham, prosciuttini and cappacuolo (dry cured salumi) #13 The Original Italian Provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni #2 Jersey Shore's Favorite Provolone, ham and cappacuolo We do miss the Manager's special that they used to carry where it was 1 giant sub, 2 chips and 2 drinks. First time at this location, had Jersey Mikes only one time before many years ago. The employees were super friendly & helpful, made recommendations/suggestions on what they liked... Got 3 different kinds of hot sandwiches, which were made to order. The regular sized sandwiches are about 7 inches long and large enough for my daughter & I to share and be full. We had the big kahuna cheese steak which included grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, jalapeños & extra white American cheese. My husband had the portobella mushroom & Swiss and he said it was a great sandwich & would definitely get it again. This is surprising, as he usually gets meat-filled sandwiches wherever we go... haha. My sons had Mike's famous philly, which had grilled onions, peppers and white American cheese. Seen Danny doing commercials on TV over looking the Philly Cheesesteak so I pulled off the freeway and made the left turn. Remember they have one with mushrooms but I ordered without. Yea I put my order for the 17" Philly Cheesesteak, I was really hungry lol Got home and it was wrapped nicely and still hot. Put half the sandwich on a plate and unwrapped the sandwich revealing all its goodness. Lots of beef, peppers and onions smelled so good. Took a bite and I thought man this is really good.
