Very poor experience this morning. I do a Mobil order after 9am opening time. Get to location and drive thru window. Pull to window and have to wait. The location is still trying to open up for business. Now after 10 mins waiting for my food items. There was NO ARBY SAUCE available. This is one thing that the business is known for and completely out. Than as I get back home and open up my food items. (2) Beef n Cheese sandwiches, the bun isn't a onion bun at all. It's a regular bun with beef n cheese only and no sauce. The fry's were ok in bag. This isn't the first time having problems at this location. If the business is going to product problems. Be up front with customers and not hide things from them. At least offer a discount on items or give refunds. Not a happy customer for being one for over 40 years now. read more

Why Arby's why?!?! I've been defending you when people throw you under the bus and this is the thanks I get?!?! I ordered the Pulled Pork sandwich and added onion straws and cheese. They had no more sweet barbecue sauce to put on the sandwich, so I was offered barbeque sauce dippinh cups. The sandwich just didn't do it for me. The meat tasted and looked a lot like just regular the roast beef. The color was a little darker, but the taste, tasted nothing like swine. Cheese was half way melted. Thought the onion straws would be softly fried, but were fried very hard, and tasted stailed, like they had been warmed up. The Mac and cheese tasted very box made. My brother and I currently frequent the Arby's on Hole Avenue in Riverside. There is always a very efficient " go- getter guy who is courteous and professional at the front servicing the customers. I don't think I have ever not seen Michael there. I saw him today. He looks " young". I told him " they should make u manager. He told me he was functioning as such. Today 3/2 went to this Arby's after seeing the $7.99 special. We came from Moreno Valley excited haven't had their food in a while. Got to establishment parked saw a sign on door drive thru only get to order sign and it's says speaker out of order I'm totally shocked 4 cars in front of us waited for some time get to cashier not very friendly takes order my husband asks for Pepsi she responds don't have he says root beer she says don't have he asks what do you have? She responds he then asks why no dining and then no speaker her response is I don't know I only work here. Sad don't have better customer service it seemed as if Dayana was alone in the store. So sparsely spread, that's one thing that characterizes the chain, think about it, how many Arby's are there in your area compared to McDonald's or other fast food options? This one lies across the street from the comic shop so it's a periodic treat, but I've never once set foot inside. Drive-thru all the way and never once have they failed me (sometimes I wish I had that Jedi power to choke a fool like Darth). Not yet at least. From way back the only thing I've ever ordered is the basic roast beef sandwich. I never liked the cheese or onion bun on that other sandwich, and recently it occurred to me that one Double is better than two standard because it's less carbs and more meat for only $1.50 (or, $4.19 up to $5.79). I never liked 'Horsey Sauce' and the BBQ sauce is so watery and anemic it's just sad. So what then? Ketchup to the rescue, and only Ketchup will do. Occasionally, but it's been years, I'll try the seasoned curly fries, but one long-time favorite is the fried mozzarella sticks with the marinara dipping sauce. Surprisingly, their sticks outshine some otherwise respectable local Italian restaurants. Naturally, those restaurants have superior marinara sauce but it is sufficient for the task. All-in-all, this location is clean outwardly, and the drive-thru is always fast and accurate. read more

Too Expensive! I've been to Arby's for several years. The food is above average. Today, I thought I would try one of their new hamburgers. The cheapest one, the Deluxe, was okay, actually it was rather good. HOWEVER, for a hamburger, curly fries, and a medium drink it cost just under NINETEEN Dollars! That is crazy! I can go to Brandon's Diner and get a full Salmon dinner, and have leftovers to take home for $16. This Newsom thing with the minimum wage is to blame. Restrooms are transgender- sink had dirt inside and restroom wreaked of urine with what appeared to be as urine on floor in front of toilet. Will definitely not consider using their facilities again. He would travel far and wide to himself an arbys.. so one day I was hanging around, lurking for some food to eat and I see the big homie arbys.. I convinced himself to try it out. I got a roast beef and cheese sandwich and a Swiss French dip sandwich and yooooo, for what it is(a f*ckin arbys) it was pretty delicious. Maybe it was the alcohol.. but damn it was good. All right so update from the next day: i went back the day after I wrote this review and ate the same stuff sober, and it's still delicious.. This place has never been bad and I always ring the bell when I leave, The employees are nice to everyone and they are nice to each other and my food is always hot and never cold I do not go through the drive thru. They have all the sauces they have always had and the speciality sandwiches are the best always, the other sandwiches that have been around for a while I'm just not going to eat. But a lot of people bring in the coupons and eat the sandwiches and they really enjoy coming inside this fast food restaurant. I've been to this place several times to see this happening. Jeremy and Hylie! Thank you soo much for being so sweet and friendly to my mom and I. We came in today for dinner. We hadn't been to an Arby's in forever. The menu is soo different than what I remember from all their classic roast beef sandwiches. It's soo much more than that now. Jeremy was taking out order and was being super patient while we took forever to decide. Another staff member Hylie asked if we wanted an recommendations. We said sure! She suggested the bacon, Swiss chicken sandwich, which I tried and Jeremy recommended the roast beef dip sandwich which my mom tried. Sandwiches were delicious, and the price was great. First experience at an Arby's and I'll never go back. My friend and I went to this Arby's after going to Tyler mall, she ordered the turkey sandwich and I ordered the roast beef burger. The roast beef seemed like it had just been defrosted. It smelled and tasted like it was spoiled and the cheese wasn't even melted, it had a yellow ring around it.
