It is always very clean, well put together and to top it off The staff are exceptional even down to their new trainees!! I've noticed always a smile and l always so very attentive and kind. Overall good experience at this McD. Woke up one morning and felt like getting bacon egg cheese bisquit with a side of vanilla cone. It was delicious breakfast. Good for the soul but probably not for your waistline. Hahaha. Drive thru experience was good. There is a bit of a wait but once you do your mobile order and give your code at the drive thru area, you get your food within minutes. If you're ordering just a Coke and fries, you'll probably be fine. But the moment you order anything more specific like a burger with modifications, there seems to be a consistent problem with accuracy. Today, we ordered a Quarter Pounder with bacon for my daughter, and it arrived with no bacon. We also ordered a Quarter Pounder with no ketchup, only mustard, and it still came with ketchup. This isn't an isolated incident every visit involves something being made incorrectly. Additionally, there is always a wait. While today was our 3rd visit and the wait was shorter than usual, the previous two visits took approximately 10 minutes each. Between the repeated order mistakes and the delays, the experience has become frustrating and disappointing. At this point, I don't believe I'll be returning. In and Out and Carl's Jr are close by.. I've been to this location a more than a few times on my way home from work. The only positive thing I've experienced at this location is there's usually just a short line for the drive thru. I don't understand why grown adults keep fighting to get paid more money to work fast food jobs that are supposed to be for teenagers and then using minimal effort to do their job and be rude to customers. It's ridiculous how long the wait time is here for just one meal with zero people inside goes to show 100% priority is drive thru they disregard inside dining customers . Since all the customers taking their own order are freeing up the "actual"employees time (customers placing their own orders in the kiosk for the employees) what is it that these employees do then that leads to such a massive wait time for food. DO NOT DO CURBSIDE PICKUP!!!! Every time I order here the curbside pickup takes 30+ minutes, even if the drive through is empty, they always take at least 30 minutes to bring your food out. They are lazy and no one wants to bring the food out. I've ordered 10 minutes in advance and when I come there's cars in the drive through that get there food before me. Ordered using the app. An item was Missing. I called the Uber driver and she told me to contact McDonalds. I called McDonalds and I was informed that the only thing for me to do is to pick up the missing item. So I had to pay delivery AND service fee plus the tip just to go and pick up my missing item. I was told there was nothing else that they can do but to contact costumer service via the app. I ended up going since the missing item was for my daughter. I came home, ate my food cold, and I sent a message on the app. Today I was informed to contact Uber. I contacted Uber and was informed that because it wasn't their fault there wasn't much that they could be but only reimburse me $3.
