McDonald's - Burgers Near Me - Riverside, California

This has got to be one of the worst McDonald's drive-thrus I've been to. Every single time I come here, the wait just to place an order is ridiculously long. They also have a strange system with the two ordering lanes where they seem to take orders one at a time between the lanes. It honestly feels like they won't even take the next order until the previous cars have finished picking up their food, which completely defeats the purpose of having two lanes. On top of that, it's incredibly hard to hear the employees through the speaker. I asked them multiple times to speak up and still couldn't understand what they were saying. I'm not hard of hearing, so I can only imagine how difficult this must be for customers who are. I finally gave up trying to order today. I'm leaving this review because I've been here multiple times, at different hours, and it's consistently the same issues. This drive-thru seriously needs better organization, communication, and service. read more

Should NOT be in the fast-food category at ALL. Worst service EVER. Slowest customer service EVER. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Unfortunately, it's one of the only options left on the way home from soccer practice twice a week late at night. Average wait time parked and without being acknowledged (AT THE SPEAKER) is 7-10 minutes. Was just there last night and after 10 minutes at the speaker, drove to the window and was told, "We told you to WAIT!" No apology...NOTHING. Total wait time from entrance to drive-thru to leaving with our food: 39 minutes. Workers inside have the sense of urgency of the sloth in Zootopia. Franchise owner and management should be ashamed of themselves. How does this place stay open? McDonald's founder is no doubt rolling in his grave. read more

When I was trying to use the restroom I heard one of the girl co workers tell the chef "You better give me this food or im going to knock this man out of the window!" She grabs the food and goes to the window. Another coworker give me the code to the restroom. read more

Overall good experience at this McD. Woke up one morning and felt like getting bacon egg cheese bisquit with a side of vanilla cone. It was delicious breakfast. Good for the soul but probably not for your waistline. Hahaha. Drive thru experience was good. There is a bit of a wait but once you do your mobile order and give your code at the drive thru area, you get your food within minutes. Usually food at this place isn't as consistent but today's breakfast bisquit was made super fresh! read more

Every time I go in it's polished to perfection. Definitely providing feel good moments effortlessly. I am a small business owner and respect who ever is training this team. Crew trainer is nailing it. The energy and vibe inside the lobby is so peaceful and clean. Restrooms are always spotless... Wait time here is always the worst. And the young girl that works intercom sounds miserable.

If you're ordering just a Coke and fries, you'll probably be fine. But the moment you order anything more specific like a burger with modifications, there seems to be a consistent problem with accuracy. Today, we ordered a Quarter Pounder with bacon for my daughter, and it arrived with no bacon. We also ordered a Quarter Pounder with no ketchup, only mustard, and it still came with ketchup. This isn't an isolated incident every visit involves something being made incorrectly. Additionally, there is always a wait. While today was our 3rd visit and the wait was shorter than usual, the previous two visits took approximately 10 minutes each. Between the repeated order mistakes and the delays, the experience has become frustrating and disappointing. At this point, I don't believe I'll be returning. In and Out and Carl's Jr are close by.. I truly believe the there should've been better options of as far as other restaurants with better quality and service it could've been put in that spot!!! read more

Yet again this location hires the worst employees I've ever dealt with in my 36 years and this location especially the younger generation so rude and disrespectful. And get mad when THEY forget to put something you ordered in the bag like it's my fault..... like I said horrible customer service and attitude at this location read more

Worse customer service ever. I went in today and they just ignored me the whole time. The workers have this don't care attitude and a girl wearing glasses has the rudest customer service i've experienced. She was awfully mean and had an upset tone of voice. Overall, i would not recommend this Mcdonalds unless you want to be treated like trailer trash. Zero stars. read more

Honestly this McDonald's sucks!!! Every time I come here; the line is so slow due the drive through employees instructing cars to park curbside to wait for their food. This is ridiculous and defeats the purpose of having a drive through !!! Management do better !!!! read more

I got charged $20 for an $11 meal and I even called another McDonald's to make sure that I was correct with the price and everything because I did substitute something on my sandwich and they told me that is what made it eight dollars more expensive, but really they just up charged me eight dollars for no reason. The other McDonald's told me it should have been like $12. read more

I like the location of this McDonald's, but this is the SECOND time I've found SHELL in my egg sandwich for breakfast... To be enjoying something and bite into a hard shell is horrible. Employees, please pay more attention when cooking, if it were you, how would u feel. Once is a mistake, twice is a problem! read more

This review is for the drive thru only. We were stopping by before hitting the drive in. As soon as we parked and were ready to eat. I've been to this location a more than a few times on my way home from work. The only positive thing I've experienced at this location is there's usually just a short line for the drive thru. I don't understand why grown adults keep fighting to get paid more money to work fast food jobs that are supposed to be for teenagers and then using minimal effort to do their job and be rude to customers. I've never gotten a friendly employee at this location, I get that sometimes work isn't fun but atleast pretend to have customer service skills. Obviously standards for fast food shouldn't be too high but this place just doesn't even try. Ordered a chicken sandwich today and there's barely any lettuce and the sandwich was so small and it was $13 for the combo. read more

rediculous, applied for a job, got a call and was told to come in and talk to the gm melissa. My resume states i have worked for two previous mcdonald's locations as well fyi. i drove 25 minutes and filled out a packet and waiting for the gm and she came out with a very bad attitude and didnt say anything to me until i asked how she was doing, and then told me they dont hire people with mcdonald's experience and wouldn't give me any information further and had a dirty look the entire time. wish i could give 0 stars read more

It's ridiculous how long the wait time is here for just one meal with zero people inside goes to show 100% priority is drive thru they disregard inside dining customers . Since all the customers taking their own order are freeing up the "actual"employees time (customers placing their own orders in the kiosk for the employees) what is it that these employees do then that leads to such a massive wait time for food. The one who actually attends to the customer which there is no urgency whatsoever needs customer service training ,acts like the customer is burdening her and doesn't want to attend to the customer, they hand off food and refills with depressing unpleasant demeanor , takes 3 MINUTES for them to attend to you regardless they see you(when asking for a refill). All of them like this -so rude, at the very least pretend to somewhat fake a smile . read more

I ordered the sausage egg cheese muffin deal the muffin and the hash brown were 2 1/2 stars with the copies five stars that's why I gave three stars I mean it was good but it wasn't delicious except for the coffee I just don't get it I just know I get it nobody cares The general manager Melissa Gonzalez seems to care but I ain't calling I will say the customer service the girl handing out the food was really good it's funny as I sit here drinking my coffee I heard the manager say let's get the times down because that's all that counts is getting people in and out quickly who cares about the quality of the food read more

Always check your bags. They always forget to put what you ordered in the bag. ALWAYS. How do you pack a happy meal and don't put the nuggets in the box. How do you order an entire deluxe breakfast and they only put the syrup, butter, and fork but not the breakfast. On top of that this is the most expensive McDonald's in the area. This place is a joke. $20 an hour lol read more

The person working the window was not friendly. This is not the best place for him to work. I ordered a large French fry and two large drinks smd it was $12.58. what ?????? Because the iced teas are NOT part of the $1.49 drinks. Also just FYI a large fry is $5.59. This is absolutely ridiculous. Then I waited for VERY long time to get my fries and two drinks. How do year people make $20 a hour???! read more

Overall: Ok. Just ok. I mean some days are 2 stars, some days 3, and some occasions 4 stars. Come here about once every 2 weeks. Customer service: 3 stars. Again some days 2 stars, some 3, some days 4 stars. The manager has been nice and has offered a free meal when a couple of my items have been missing from my order. And this has happened on a few occasions. Employees usually seem friendly. Friday evenings are one of the worst times to go. They have one lane closed on most Friday evenings. (I'm in the other lane as I type my review. The wait was so long I was able to type half of my review. Lol) Word of advice: Check your order before you leave...even if you only order 3 items. The 4 star times were when I used a coupon via the app (free fries with $1 purchase, buy one get one free 6 piece nuggets, $1 large fries, or $2 Big Mac, etc) and parked in their ONE curbside spot and got my order quickly without having to wait in the long line. Restroom: ask and they will buzz you in. read more

Took over 40 minutes for them to get less than 15 people through the drive through. That's fucking ridiculous.. took over 7 minutes for them to take my order once I was at the ordering board. And over 8 minutes for them to come to the window to take my payment . It doesn't even take 40 minutes to get food at your table at a restaurant. I would've left the line if somebody didn't come behind me and block me in read more

RIDICULOUS! Order over 40 mins ago and still haven't received any of my food. They ONLY prioritize the drive thru orders and door dash! We all pay the same why they favor other orders is literally so insane ! ALSO workers are purposely avoiding the front register completely such terrible service read more

This has got to be the worst McDonald's around now. Use to be fine years ago. Now it's "can you park in the front and wait for your food" every single time and then wait times are crazy. Every single time during the day and most times in general. Only positive thing is at night sometimes they have a gentleman who is polite and efficient even by himself. He never gets the order wrong and he has some speed to him, promote him and hire other people who care. read more

My daughter bought a McChicken Sandwich. I looked at it and said "oh how nice! They make kid's chicken sliders" She looked at me and said it was her meal. Oh come on what the heck is going on with McDonalds? I stopped going there because of the price hikes. Now they are miniaturizing food. What does 20 bucks to an employee get you? Look at the pictures. They should start calling all food McLittles and their prices McBreakYou. It's so small you could fit a kid's fries, coke, and toy in the box with it. It's so small it fits in your pocket. No bag needed! it's so small you yell "Where's the chicken!?" It's so small McDonald's stock price is down from 302 to 251 since January. I ain't lovin it. DO NOT DO CURBSIDE PICKUP!!!! Every time I order here the curbside pickup takes 30+ minutes, even if the drive through is empty, they always take at least 30 minutes to bring your food out. They are lazy and no one wants to bring the food out. I've ordered 10 minutes in advance and when I come there's cars in the drive through that get there food before me. When I get my food it is always cold and this is because it sits for so long and no one wants to bring the food out!!! Seriously terrible service this place is TERRIBLE!!! read more

Ordered using the app. An item was Missing. I called the Uber driver and she told me to contact McDonalds. I called McDonalds and I was informed that the only thing for me to do is to pick up the missing item. So I had to pay delivery AND service fee plus the tip just to go and pick up my missing item. I was told there was nothing else that they can do but to contact costumer service via the app. I ended up going since the missing item was for my daughter. I came home, ate my food cold, and I sent a message on the app. Today I was informed to contact Uber. I contacted Uber and was informed that because it wasn't their fault there wasn't much that they could be but only reimburse me $3. Never order via the app because if their is an issue Uber eats and McDonalds will play the blame game. read more

This McDonald's is so overpriced it's not even funny. Combos are at least $3 cheaper at the McDonald's on Hole.

They need to have negative stars on yelp. What is this world coming to? Why the hell can't I place my order with a worker inside. I don't get paid to figure out how to input my order on their stupid screens. They get paid $20/hr + and no one can take my order!!!!! I will not be back read more

Would leave it zero stars if I could. This location is one of the worst locations in Riverside California. The service is terrible the management even worse for hiring bad employees. I have gone here several times each time they forget something in my order. And this morning I ordered online and they forget to put my hash brown in my order that I paid for. For getting paid 20 dollars an hour you would think they could do something as simple as packing an order right. This location should get new management and staff. read more
