My boyfriend and I always come to this subway, the male staff are very friendly and funny great customer service. Prepare the food fast as well. We usually come during the day but today we came at night and a girl took our order, I'm leaving a good review because we always come here and no complaints but today a girl took my order and I always get teriyaki chicken, sauce usually comes with it.. I didn't realize until I was eating it that she put way too little and I was eating very dry chicken with no sauce. It's not a huge deal but I wish it didn't happen it was dry and not enjoyful. Came here with my kids at 10:20pm because the kids were having a crazy sandwich craving and this was the only subway open in the area. I was pleasantly surprised by the great customer service we received from Isiah, he made sure we got exactly what we wanted on our sandwiches and was very patient with the kiddos. This subway has a kid that HAS to be related to mgt! Hair to his shoulders, attitude and it's now been 2 times I've watched him be rude to other customers. I know for a fact this kid has been reported, guy in line in front of me spoke up for an older woman he hassled. I followed up and was told he was "one of the best employees..." That is an absolute insult to the actual polite/nice people who DO work at that store! There's a super polite young man named Anton or Antwon (sorry - didn't have my glasses on!) and other people who've been kind. But the manager makes excuses and gets defensive, so I've stopped coming here and instead go to Subway at Canyon Crest, Delia's or Subs & Spuds - where customer service IS a priority! Sorry guys - but you make excuses for a guy with that blatantly poor an attitude and the manager isn't stepping up to address? Then I must assume that sanitation, safety, etc. is being handled with the same level (lack thereof) of service. Too many other options to go here. And to the GREAT employees there? I don't usually go to Subway but my coworker and I decided to go this afternoon for sandwiches. We walked in and was greeted by Anton, we weren't sure what we wanted and it was taking alot of time Anton was patient and told us it was okay meanwhile other customers were coming in and it got busy Anton stayed calm and patient working with us with respect until all our subs were made. Omg... this Subway is terrible!!! Every single time, it's an awful experience. Last time, the employee who was making my sandwich had her dirty sweater rubbing against my sandwich bread as she was making my sandwich. Today, I ordered a toasted sub, and the sandwich maker burnt my bread. I asked for new bread bc I'm paying an arm and a leg for my sub and don't want burt bread. He tossed my sandwich, rolled his eyes, and signed. I couldn't believe his attitude towards a paying customer! I asked for my receipt, and he said it was in my bag, it wasn't. I then called after leaving the store to speak w a manager. The person who answered the phone was the jerk who was so absolutely rude to me and claimed to he the manager. As soon as I entered the young woman there was already in some type of mood. A huge sigh that gave the feeling of "another customer? F**k!". She stopped what she was doing to take my order. At first I was whatever about it because I've been there before, I'm working on something and I'm interrupted. Then we get to the bread selection. Another huge sign as I pick my bread, sandwich & veggies like "wtf is your problem? It ain't my fault you making minimum and working in fast food!". I don't understand your getting paid a decent minimum wage (compared to when I worked in fast food) for no skill whatsoever. I know working in fast food sucks but why work at a place you hate/don't wanna be at? Anyways the whole experience was sh*t and im not coming back simply because of that sh*tty attitude. I came here Wednesday night for some cookies. I don't usually eat sandwiches here anymore. I wanted the raspberry cheesecake ones, but they were so small. I ended up getting 3 cookies: 2 caramel apple cookies and 1 raspberry cheesecake one. I got the caramel apple ones because they were much larger and the worker recommended them. I know it's only 3 cookies for $1.70, but they were about half the size they used to be. I would probably come back, but I'll just get the larger cookies. read more
