I come to this subway on a regular basis. It is very close to my house so it's pretty convenient. All of the workers are very friendly and helpful. I've ordered take out and divert from this store. It's kind of a hit and miss on delivery. Today 8/28/20 I had delivery what an ugly mess I received. I ordered a Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki, where do I start, to much mayo, i didn't ask for cucumbers and they were there, i asked for Spinach and i think i got 3 or pieces gobs of pickles (to many) two slices of tomatoes. There was so much Onion Sauce and Mayo the bread fell apart and the bread was soaked. It was gross!! But like I said it is a hit and miss. Sometimes it's on point but sometimes it misses! It was 8:30 and I live across the street so I went over for a spicy Italian sub. The chairs were up on the table and there were covers over all the toppings. A young man came from out of the back and proceeded to tell me they were out of Turkey, salami, tomatoes, and a few other items. There went my spicy Italian sub and there my business went. Omg! Worse subway I ever been! I got here today 8/23/18 at 3:10 pm & I never felt the this unwelcome in my life! First of all I say hi & only the guy( I think the manager) who said hi back to me was him. The other girls gave me a look of tell me what u want & leave me alone. They didn't have any customers just one couple eating, After a few minutes she asked what bread I wanted I said 2 italian please, she said we only have 1 so I said 1 Italian & 1 wheat. She looked like hates her job but on top of that the bread was so hard, the vegetables weren't good looking either & the worse thing was the tomatoes looked like a bottle of pepper felt on top of them so I didn't put any in my sandwiches, thinking it wouldn't b worse.. Like usual, this subway is the same as other stores but the customer service was awesome. Guy named Chino was the only one working at the moment and he was kicking ass. Served 5 customers in 10 minutes. Between taking multiple orders and opening bathrooms when needed, I was impressed. We ordered 3 sandwiches one of our sandwiches went home with someone's else and we got their sandwich. When we realized the mistake we took the sandwich back. The other people did the same. the workers handed my daughter the sandwich the other people took. No one offered to make her a new sandwich. But the other people got a new sandwich. I think that is nasty you dont no what they did to the sandwich or what we did to the sandwich. You cant just pass the sandwich to the next person. Very disappointing. There was a FLY crawling all over a 12in white bread that was getting ready to be prepared for a sandwich. The customer indicated he wanted a different piece of bread because of the fly. Instead of throwing it away, she put it back with the rest of the bread in the bread container!! Another Subway lady came out and didn't see what happened. I stated loudly enough for everyone to hear that the other lady put bread back the bread with a fly crawling all over it and i didn't want that one. She did nothing and the other Subway girl smirked. So to be completely honest, I've been to better Subways, the employees at this one really try to give you as little as possible. I asked for extra cheese and avocado and they put as much, maybe even less, than the normal amount I've gotten at countless other Subways. On top of that, the location isn't that great because it's right next to a bus stop and there are always homeless people asking for money or being rude. It's just an unpleasant experience and I would recommend going to another Subway. read more

got a turkey lunch special on honey oat bread w/ guacamole. sat down to take a bite and noticed MOLD on the bottom side of bread. YUCK!! ask for the manager, but, was told he wasn't there. So this is my second time at this subway and I came in close to closing. The sandwich artist was helping another customer and rite away asked me what I wanted and I told her a tomato basil wrap... she asked me what kind of wrap twice! She wasn't listening to me and she was in a rush. Didn't even start my wrap it sat on the counter for a min. The customer in front of me asked for honey mustard and she put something else on her sandwich and the customer had told her that's not what She wanted but the sandwich artist insisted it was ok. She came back to assist me and she doesn't even bother washing her hands after handling the register. Big no, no! I worked at subway for months and after handling anything we washed our hands. I even caught the co worker wiping down the knife against the metal where the white boards go. get up to the register and I told her I wanted a small drink she rung me up and didn't get the small drink, I also told her I had my rewards app three times and she ignored me. Me and my boyfriend took the bus together to rcc my school then stopped here for food. Got the italian sub. The girl was nice. It was empty so it went fast. Got a drink and the macademia nut cookies wit cranberries in them. Omg they were soft and chewey and moist. This has been my second attempt @ online ordering to find out once I arrive to my destination and time for lunch to that my order is wrong. I would think if it's written down and actually doesn't even require many ingredients that it would be an easy task. When I arrived to pick up my order, the employee told me that she would be with me in a moment, then proceeded to get a fountain drink for herself, take a drink, before going back to the counter to help me. This review is solely based on my experience today. I have been coming into this subway for many years with no issues. However the staff there today especially Esmeralda displayed unprofessionalism. As one of subways "mission statement : "Delight every customer, so they want to tell their friends-with great value through fresh, delicious, made to order sandwiches, and an exceptional experience ". Well my fellow Riverside neighbors it's seems like the staff especially Esmeralda clearly needs to be re-educated on customer service. Yelling aggressively across the room, with customers present in the lobby and refusing to provide service and ring me up. Now her fellow staff member clearly saw that there was no issue since he attended and made my meal to go. But when asked for her name she refused multiple times to provide it and made her intentions clear that she did not want to attend me. Today I came into this subway and was curious about the applewood pulled pork sandwich so I asked the subway worker if it was any good. She said " oh yah it tastes really good this sandwich is my favorite"... So I decide to give it a try... The worse choice ever it was like I was eating nothing but bread and the pork meat tastes gross. I called the store to let them know and the manager who was also the person who recommended to me said "I'm sorry but there's nothing I can do about it and I feel bad because I told u that it was really good" and I said " we'll it's not it's really bad and I disliked it" she says " well I like it because I eat it everyday..sorry but goodbye" first off she's a liar since that sandwich is a new recipe so how can she eat it everyday...just what they say just to up sell a new product.
