We love Pizza Pirates! We've tried pretty much every pizza place in our area, and Pizza Pirates is our go-to. We've even had guests try it when they come over, and they always love it too! Their dough is amazing, and their online ordering process is quick and easy. Pickup is always fast, and our orders have always been correct. Everyone there is friendly, and their other food options are great too, especially the cheese bread and salads. They also have really good ranch! They almost always have a discount code available, so definitely make sure to use one because the pizza can get pretty pricey without it. Highly recommend Pizza Pirates if you're craving pizza--it's definitely worth the drive! read more

I am extremely pleased with pizza pirate! I was hosting a kids party - and I heard wonderful things about pizza pirate / decided to give it a try! I pre-ordered everything maybe three days in advance. I was being slightly annoying & called maybe two or three times to confirm that the delivery was coming - I didn't want to disappoint the kids! The staff was extremely sweet and always made sure that my needs were tended to / ensuring my order would be there on time! The day of the order, 3 large pizzas were delivered right on time! All the kids enjoyed it - I even had a few slices of my own & I have to say it was extremely delicious and cheesy! If you're looking for somewhere delicious, price, efficient, and a restaurant serving pizza with amazing service - PIZZA PIRATE IS THE PLACE TO GO! Thank you to the amazing staff who made our party possible! read more

Wow!!! Just wow! As soon as I lifted up the pizza box after picking it up and felt how heavy it was, I knew it was going to be a good pizza. But it wasn't just good, it was great. You can tell the quality was there. The slices have steak were thick and there was so many. They did not skimp out on the toppings at all. This might be one of my all time favorite pizza places in the Inland Empire. read more

Ordered through Uber Eats for a pickup, but as soon as I placed the order I realized I made a mistake and ordered from the wrong location. I contacted the store 30 seconds after I noticed it was wrong and informed them of my mistake and asked if they could cancel. The male worker said that they would cancel the order as it was not made yet. I waited 5 minutes for the order to be cancelled on the app, but nothing was happening. I contacted Uber and the customer support informed me that the restaurant has already made the order and if I wanted to cancel I would be charged for the entire order regardless if I didn't get my order. Lying to Uber about preparing my order after agreeing to cancel just to make a few bucks is mind boggling. read more

Me and a friend stopped by on a Friday and ordered a triple pepperoni pizza, Italian garlic pizza, and breadsticks. The pizza was cheesy and delicious. The breadsticks were pretty average. I like when the breadsticks are wallowing in a sea of garlic butter grease lol. These were pretty dry. This has become one of my new favorite pizza spots. read more

They dropped my pizzas and still delivered them. When I called to discuss the issue the employee was very rude and unprofessional. I had to drive to their location to receive a refund. I ordered delivery, didn't get my food and had to drive there to get my money back. read more

The pizza is made fresh and quick and it is ALWAYS delicious. This is our go to place. Love it

I grew up in the area and this place used to be the best pizza around. The quality has gone sooooo much and it is now basically inedible. Not to mention they are stingy af with the toppings. Last time I ordered my pizza was burnt (1st pic) but I figured I'd give them one last try. I ordered a pepperoni DELUXE and there is barely any pepperoni on the pizza. And it's sooooo greasy! read more

Great food and great deal! Ordered a large pepperoni, mushroom, and olive pizza with wings and an antipasto salad -- everything was hot, fresh, and flavorful. Used the 20% off coupon for pickup and saved a good amount, plus the staff was friendly and quick. Definitely one of the better pizza spots in Jurupa Valley. Highly recommend for takeout or pickup! read more

Food is good, but service is rough Past two deliveries both pizzas not cut through, not even close My wife didn't want me to order from them this time because of that headache, but I told her l was sure it was a fluke and would put a note on the order. I did and wrote "please make sure the pizza is cut all the way through". They either ignored the note or didn't out of spite Also delivery took much longer than estimated "nearly 90 minutes" and pizza was not very hot. We had to microwave it so it would be It's a shame because flavor is good and price is reasonable read more

It I could give negative 0 starts I would The owner is an a*asshole he has the gull to give my gf sh*t (while I wasn't t there btw ) because I made her cancel a order last minute as if they were not going to eat the fckn left overs at the end of the day or sell it ?!! this is how this shitty overpriced entitled pizza parlor treats it customers !! I will never patronize this place ever and you shouldn't either !! read more

One of the best pizzas I've had. I just love how the cheese is silky smooth..we got the ultimate and they were not stingy with toppings.

First I must say we love pizza pirates, we order at least once a week (just about) but lately something is off with the quality. Pizza has been very watery/runny, the dough is very flimsy. I don't know if it's the dough or the sauce. I always order my pizza well done so they come out crispy/crunchy (I literally put it everywhere in the comments) and still doesn't seem to help. I hope you guys can take this review as constructive criticism and maybe go back to your old recipe if that's the case, but something is definitely off read more

Please don't waste your time placing a large order with this establishment. They are not equipped staffed or managed to be able to handle more than 1 pizza per order. Sadly we tipped prior to finding out the we wouldn't have our entire order delivered. We had an entire staff meeting waiting for our food to completely arrive. Save your money and your time, go somewhere else. read more

I used to work down the street from this place and I can say that I miss the pizza and salad from here more than anything else about working in Jurupa Valley. I wish they had a location closer to where I now work or where I live. I was in the area to run errands and had a ministry meeting. I decided to order a veggie pizza and my favorite Greek Salad with added pepperoncinis, and tomatoes. When I go to any salad bar or buffet, I now mimic what is in their salad. Their ranch dressing is amazing and worth the calories to dip the pizza, wings, and drench the salads with. The service is always friendly, even when they are busy with large orders. I had placed my order a few minutes after they had a large business order. All they asked for was a few minutes after my pick up time. This place was my go to for all business luncheon and parties. I wish they had space to put in a few tables in or outside, but oh well, everything else makes up for it. read more

Absolutely disappointed my wife and I have been working all day. We're very tired. Looking forward to a pizza. We have made our order over an hour ago and still have not got her pizza delivered. We called the driver no answer. We texted the driver no answer. We called the store Justin Jones. The manager told us I'm sorry we're closing soon. We can't help you. We've been waiting for over an hour and now it's too late to order anything for most places thanks a lot really appreciate it. read more

Just received my delivery order . Placed order over the phone at 8:36pm . I live in Eastvale , the order arrived at 9:30pm . The driver mention they made a mistake accepting my order due to my address being out of delivery range . But he said he decided not to cancel and deliver anyways ! I told him it was my first time trying this place ! And he assured me it was the best pizza in town . He sure was right ! Tons of topping ! Cheese taste amazing good portion of sauce and perfectly baked to perfection . I will definitely be ordering from here again and even know it's a little Out of Eastvale it's worth the drive!! Great service today pizza pirates ! Thank you for my pizza I will be back soon ! read more

I ordered their hot wings and a classic cheese pizza for the first time! I was able to pick up my order from the phone at the front desk, and the lady was very nice and helpful. The Interior is a bit small, but it makes sense, since I see plenty of people come and go for their orders. My food was good! I enjoyed my pizza and thought it was a solid bake with good ingredients. The hot wings were good, but I felt that the sauce needed a bit more consistency/ needed to be a bit thicker to stick to my wings properly, so I wasn't getting a lot of the buffalo sauce on my bites. I will come again for a new order with a new sauce next time because it's close and delicious. read more

I have been ordering from pizza pirates for more than 15 years and just ordered a pizza the other day and noticed that the crust is not the same. It's a bready and soft like it used to be. It was stiff, thin, and tuff and chewy in a good way. Crust was terrible. Please don't change your crust it was the best place ever for pizza. read more

I ordered pizza a couple of nights ago and was very disappointed. This was the second time ordering from them. The first time was great, which prompted me to order again. This time, though... I got a medium with pepperoni, sausage, ham, and jalapeños. The sausage was almost non-existent, and there was maybe only 1 pepperoni per slice! The large pizza wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great either. I don't know what happened between this time and the last time I ordered, but the quality just wasn't there this time. It was very disappointing and I am not sure I am going to order from them again. Attached is a picture of the medium pizza, and you can see how few toppings there are. read more

Placed my order through door dash and I forgot to ask for pepper flakes on the side. Called the location and asked if I can get them on the side, or if I can purchase a bottle over the phone and for it to be added to my order. They declined Makes no sense! And I think it's ridiculous nothing can be added unless u place it through DoorDash. Not even condiments. AND TO FIND OUT DOORDASH DOESNT DELIVER for them. THEY DELIVER their own food and they couldn't just do me the courtesy of bringing condiments. I will not be ordering from here again!!! read more

Their pizza is absolutely delicious and I get what I love with the build your own. This location is less than one mile from our home. Yesterday afternoon though was a disaster, especially when I asked the supposed manager for help. I ordered on line and submitted accidently and before I could choose the sauce and cheese. I called back within 15 minutes and was told the pizza is already on the way and "I am NOT making another pizza for you!". "But, I can't eat tomato sauce", which the default unless manually changed. This chap didn't care. NO help. NO customer service. We left the pizza outside, the driver retrieved it for return. Still charged 25$ I reordered, online. New pizza arrived. 27$ charged. 52$ for 1 - 8 slice pizza. Bad juju because of a bad attitude and lack of customer service from the so called manager! BEWARE. Pizza tasted delicious though. read more

Honestly I do not really care for pizza, but the pizzas here are actually surprisingly really good. I wasn't expecting much, but just the look and smell of it made me want to try it. I have celiac so I only ate the toppings/sauce and that was good by itself. Apparently the bread was spot on too. Their ranch is FIRE. It's not cheap ranch. It tastes like they make it themselves.
