Yesterday, we decided to bring a few friends with us because we had spoken so highly of the restaurant. We arrived a little after 1:00 p.m. on a Sunday, and the restaurant was fairly empty with only a handful of tables occupied. We were seated immediately, and our waitress was friendly throughout the meal. Each couple ordered pizzas along with appetizers and drinks. We ordered the Italian salad but were accidentally brought the Green Goddess instead. It was a harmless mistake, and since we had enjoyed that salad during our previous visit, we happily kept it. Our friends received their pizzas, and we assumed ours would follow shortly. Thirty minutes passed, and by then our friends were nearly finished eating. Meanwhile, we noticed several tables that had arrived after us receiving their food before we did. We asked our waitress to check on our order. She went back to the kitchen and returned, explaining that our pizza had apparently been forgotten and was only then being made. She assured us it would take no more than 10 minutes. Fifteen more minutes passed, and our pizza still hadn't arrived. Since we had a clear view of the kitchen, it didn't appear there was any urgency to get our order out. At that point, after waiting nearly an hour since placing our order, we had to cancel it because we had other plans and couldn't stay any longer. Our waitress apologized and removed the pizza from our bill, but that was the only resolution offered. While we appreciated her kindness, we left the restaurant disappointed and still hungry. Mistakes happen, and forgetting an order is understandable from time to time. What was most disappointing was how the situation was handled. After waiting an hour for a forgotten order, we had hoped for a more meaningful effort to make things right beyond simply removing the item we never received. It's unfortunate because we genuinely loved this restaurant after our first visit and were excited to introduce it to our friends. Thankfully, our friends enjoyed their meals, but this experience left us hesitant to return. Great pizza is important, but great service and how a restaurant responds when things go wrong are what keep customers coming back.

There was barely any meat, and what little it had was obviously not fresh. I think they tried to over grill it to make it seem fresh but that just made it worse. There wasn't much cheese on it either. Overall it was dry and empty. The wings were OK but pretty soggy except for the edges. The ranch and the beer was good. The place is chill but the employees could be a bit friendlier.

Let me tell you this pizza is amazing! I've been coming here for years only thing that changes are improvements in the dough and that's all thanks to the friendly service and workers. I will admit I've been there so much I see how the customers can be very ignorant and hard to deal with and the amount of stress put on the worker. Overall it is absolutely EXCELLENT pizza. The dough is soft the cheese is so gooey and it just all goes together. best pizza in the IE hands down. reason being the quality of the ingredients used. the cheese is the best cheese money can buy and the tomato sauce was extremely flavorful, and all the meat was all quality. no short cuts or expenses spared in making their pizzas, yet they still some how have unbeatable prices. they literally put their heart and soul into making their fresh made to order pizzas top notch and making the customer happy and welcomed as well. all other pizza spots make way for the new pizza king. eat there read more

I have been ordering Fiesta Pizza for my family for over 5 years and I know that they use the freshest ingredients and make every effort to service each customer like they are family. As far as the owner Isaac Hanna he and his family have been working very hard to put his daughters through school, in my opinion that make him an amazing father and friend. Everyone said how good the pizza was. It was love at first bite!!! By far the best pizza I have ever had. Made me wish I lived closer. Worth the trip back there whenever I am in the area. I am like part Ninja Turtle. I LOVE LOVE pizza !!!!!!! But I'm wicked picky which one I can eat due to health issues. BUT when it comes to Fiesta Pizza OMG !!!! I can eat it every day. Picked up a XLarge and 10pc wings for ~22 bucks and took them to the Drive-In theater and it was perfect. Not expensive, actually really good, and everyone was very attentive and polite. Im eating the leftover slices after heating them up in the oven and it reminded me how good everything was. Good stuff. read more

I have been a customer for over 8 years and i will not eat any other pizza. Being a single mom and with their good price, we now have Sunday Pizza every week.
