From the poor delivery experience to the disgusting pizza to the sickness that ensued after, this was a mistake. A big one. It's balls hot in the R-side right now. Our AC is busted so it was 92 inside our apartment. Needless to say, we weren't about to turn on the stove. We decided on pizza and wanted to try a local place instead of the usual Papa John's or Dominos. We decide on Fiesta Pizza because they delivered to us and had a better Yelp rating than Lorenzo's or Papa Joe's. Since we live in a gated apartment complex, I left detailed instructions for the delivery person. Skip to an hour later. I get a call from a 951 number and it's the delivery man. He asks for directions and I explain how to get here. He keeps asking questions, so I pass the phone to my cousin since it's her place and she knows directions better. It took a good 10 minutes of phone tag to get our food. He had a female in the car with him who answered the phone at one point and was rude to my cousin. The pizza gets here and it's practically inedible. The bread sticks look like they were thrown in the box and then cheese was thrown on top, clumping the sticks together. The chicken alfredo pizza looked good, but it sucked. The bread sticks and crust were so tough and dense and flavorless! We each ate one breadstick and had enough. The pizza wasn't much better because of the horrible crust. A few hours later, my stomach is tore up. I haven't been this ill in a while. I've came before and the younger lady was pretty rude so this was a pleasant change of service. Was told my order would take about 18 minutes, which isn't bad for handmade local pizzeria, and was actually fulfilled sooner than the 18 min.
