Pizza Plugg catered my daughter's birthday, and WOW- they did not disappoint! The pizza and wings were absolutely delicious. Everyone loved the food and kept commenting on how great everything tasted. The service was fantastic, and the entire booking process was seamless from start to finish. We'll definitely be visiting their location for more pizza. Highly recommend! read more

I've gotten more topping on a 5 dollar pizza. There wasn't any sauce it was dry as hell just a whole lot of cheese. The topping were non existent. The tortellini was overcooked and again was just cheese no sauce. It seemed as if they placed the topping on with a ruler or 3d printed it . This places is not worth the money I gave it a try but way overpriced. read more

This is my first time trying this place and for a quick summary, it was fantastic! I live a little ways from this place but it was worth the drive. Pizza Pirates is usually the king around my area but I really wanted to try a different pizza place and Pizza Plugg definitely did not disappoint. I ordered 2 larges online from Grubhub and had a $9 discount and it was about $34 (would have been about $43), one was the Paparonnie and the other was the Surrender and Lose It. Cons: Paparonnie was good but the only thing I didn't like was that there was a $2.50 charge for extra sauce and I love my pizza saucy. I didn't pay for extra sauce on the Surrender pizza and I felt it had about the same amount of sauce (felt like there was more actually). The pizza was good overall though. Pros: The Surrender and Lose it was the star of the show. It's about $22 on the Grubhub menu but man was it good. It felt like it was super extra cheese and super extra sauce and a perfect amount of toppings. I ordered it Pan Pizza style and I think this is the way to go. This pizza makes me want to go back. Overall I recommend everyone to give it a shot. I definitely look forward to trying the Calzones here! read more

The pizza is really good! I came in on Saturday 1012 I had just spent the entire morning at the swapmeet across the street. Minor inconvenience, no public restrooms and I really wanted to wash my hands. I can see why no public bathrooms as I saw at least two homeless people in the area. So back to the pizza...the crust is amazing, VERY cheesy, and not greasy at all! I will be back for the pizza and to try other items on the menu for sure. The owner took the time to tell me about an event he was hosting that night and gave a very genuine invite. I am Big on customer service as this is what keeps customers back. Been wanting to try this place, as or looks like the owner may live in my neighborhood (I see the Pizza Plugg vehicle all the time. So great job and God Bless your wonderful business! read more

Love this pizza place, I've eaten at hundreds of pizza joints and this one in Jurupa valley is one of my faves, I'm obsessed with the paparonnie and my husband and parents love the Ohana, the owner Ronnie is a great guy and him and his family really take pride and joy in their family run shop. You walk in and you're very welcomed, just like family. There are your normal types of pizzas and then house specials like the Tony Montana which has a specialty sauce (pesto jalapeño cilantro) with shrimp! Daily specials are also available. Man oh man, as a big foodie in Riverside I love a great place close to home! This pizza is amazing, from the soft tasteful crust oozing with fresh melted cheese and based with great tasting sauces. We tried the the stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and the krazy k! The krazy k's jalapeño pesto sauce and chicken was a unique flavor, highly recommend if you love your Italian foods. Lastly the wings were super amazing, the right crunch mixed with the perfect flavor. Let the pics speak for themselves, my kids devoured it! read more

Decided to try this pizza since it's close to my house. Ordered a pepperoni pizza, was $27 so I was expecting something great. It was just as good as a Costco pizza. Considering a Costco pizza is $10 I think pizza plugg is a great disappointment. Would never go back. Little Caesar's does a better pizza for way less money. Stay away unless you like being dissatisfied. read more

Very disappointing experience. Pizza was badly burned. The whole bottom of the pizza was torched black. Wing skin was very chewy and not crisp at all. Wasted my money here. Ate some of the cheese and toppings and threw the rest in the trash. read more

I am very picky with my pizza so I have only tried pepperoni and every single time I order the pizza is always fresh and hot. (Even even I ordered the luck social with the slice) They have awesome bread sticks also!!! Every single time I have been on there the place is super clean! read more

We love to try new places and support the community. Tonight we chose Pizza Plugg. The staff was friendly, we decided to do a large pizza, wings, calzone and cookies. The pizza looked amazing and the kids liked it alot. The calzones were undercooked by a few minutes and still had a bit of raw dough in the middle. We ordered boneless wings and were charged for 8 but when we got home realized we got 6 bone in wings. The wings had real good flavor but again needed just a little longer cook time to get the skin crispy. The cookies were fresh and soft and still warm. This business needs just a couple tweeks to make it a really good place to eat. read more

I ordered a pizza and they messed up my order. I know I specifically asked for a topping and wanted to add one more knowing the extra charge. They wanted me to drive all the way back so they can make me a new pizza but as a single mom i struggled getting enough money to even come up with pizza just so my son can get his dinner request since hes starving after a day of errands. They made me feel like i was at fault when ordering, but i know what i ordered. Since i couldnt go back to get my pizza redone, they wouldnt help me any further. She asked me, "what do i want?". A refund wouldve been nice but im still going to eat the messed up pizza due to my situation. Anything wouldve been nice like i get a free topping my next order. Not even an apology except when she said "im sorry you only get one topping with the combo and any additions is extra"...like i dont know how to read the menu .-. read more

Pizza Plugg - Wish it was evenly spread at least - Pizza Near Me - Jurupa Valley, California

My granddaughter, her friend and I were hungry after going to a concert downtown at RCC's Coil Building and thought we'd try the newly opened Pizza Plugg on Mission Ave in Rubidoux (across the street from the drive-in theatre.) We dropped in around closing time but Ronnie was so nice to open up for us. We ordered the only size pizza they serve, Large, 1/2 Mama Bea's Special and 1/2 Pep/Sausage. Pizza crust was the perfect thickness and so tasty. Veggies were bright and fresh, not soggy, sauce tasted homemade and seasoned to perfection. We also ordered wings. Lemon Pepper as suggested by Ronnie. Excellent suggestion because they were mouth watering tender on the outside and the skin had just enough crunch. Seasoning was on point. We loved it so much that we're ordering tonight for the whole family! For excellent and maybe the best pizza shop in a LONG time.. Go to Pizza Plugg and tell them Patsy Q. sent you read more

First time going but also a brand new store. Opened on Nov 5th so they are still going through a soft opening. They mentioned they will be all in come a few weeks. Staff were quick and friendly. Very willing to explain their choices and answer my questions, even during this soft open. Food (pizza) was fantastic!! Ordered the Hot Daisy (Buffalo chicken pizza), the Ohana (pineapple pizza) and the Yard Bird (BBQ chicken) and each were so tasty! I'm impressed, excited and most importantly, full. I will definitely be coming back. read more

Took my money and order and the place is closed locked doors. Says it's open but no. But they sure took my 40 bucks Never coming back here again. I need my money back you thieves! Nothing like burning the locals Making sure everyone I know don't order here read more

Called 2 times and got no answer (5:00pm), called a third time, got an answer. First time here so I wanted to call in for pickup. Went through my whole order only to find out at the end that they only accept payment through credit card over then phone and do not let you come in and pay when picking up your pizza for pickup. Kinda pointless for people who want to pay in cash. I really wanted to see what this place was like inside and out, i will never try pizza from here after that. read more

Pizza is 3/5 Nothing special but if you want a pizza fix it does the job. Lots of cheese and decent doughy crust but toppings are really slim. Extra topping that was ordered was pretty scarce on the pizza. Wings 2/5 Bbq lacked any real flavor and were very fatty. Overall this place has potential but definitely needs attention to its look and operation. They are in desperate need of a new menu that is easier to read and to get rid of the outside wall menu that is incorrect and seems to be for a different pizza place. Associates were friendly but operationally it looked like they were still trying to figure out their way around the kitchen ( which is easy to see since it's all open to see) Not sure how long they have been open but they have several things to improve upon, there's definitely potential. Best of luck! read more

Buyer Beware! Do not waste your money. I went in today and ordered the special "XL large 1 topping pizza". The man said it cost, $21.99. I also asked about the hot wings and ordered a 12 piece buffalo lemon pepper. When the man told me the total, I was shocked, it turned out to be $46 dollars and some change. Once I got home and I sat down to eat with my two children, the pizza did not look appetizing. I was sure that my children would devour and get more than one slice. They said it tasted horrible. When I took a bite, it did not taste good. I had ordered Pepperoni. I will never go there again! A side note, the hot wings were good. But asked for Ranch dressing and was told it cost $2 for some. A 12-piece hot wings cost $17.99. For the cost that I paid for this food, I thought it would taste really good. What a big disappointment! read more

Silly owners should have learned how to operate a business before diving right into it. The pizzas are grease pits, they rarely have to 'go slices' for single servings, they for some odd reason leave the open sign hanging 24/7 365 days a year, apparently it takes to much effort to flip the sing when they are closed which is the majority of the time I drive by, the sign says open, the doors are locked and the lights are off. Ambiance? no such thing exists here unless you like looking at old pics of lowriders? How they even remain open is beyond me. I never see any customers. read more

We had gone in to order wings because we heard great things about the food, we go to order and the cashier tips himself 5 dollars. I saw them use the precooked wing bag you can get at Costco, we eat the wing and they are all soggy and super salty but the flavor on the buffalo lemon pepper was good, too the wings were so off putting I couldn't finish them. It was so disappointing read more

Pretty good spot pizza and wings were delicious i just wish they put more toppings but other than that price was good as well as service

Placed a mobile order through grub hub and when I arrived for pickup at the estimated time nothing was ready. Which is fine, I understand restaurants get busy. However, it turned out the order was not read in the portal. When I pointed out that I had ordered more than one pizza, the guy was confused and apologized and asked if I had ordered online and what I had ordered. I showed him my order and he again apologized as it was near closing. They made my pizzas and when I received them they still were not what I ordered through the mobile order. There was only a single employee and believe he still did not check the online orders for my order. I took the pizza as the guy seemed to genuinely want to make it right and offered free cheese sticks which were declined by myself. Be wary of online orders as it seems like the employee or owner possibly may have just been in a rush to leave for the night and disregarded the order in its entirety. I ended up paying extra for toppings I didn't even receive. read more

First time there today. Friendly staff with an open type restaurant where you can see what is going on within the kitchen area, I like that a lot. We got two pies one pepperoni and one Italian sausage. Both were good compared to others around this area. I do have one or two other places I prefer but we will be going back to try other menu items. read more

I supported this place and foods is good staff is cool but that owner tho should stay in the background or in the office don't take no order don't even talk to the customers your customer service skill suck I ordered a pizza and when to pick it up and it wasn't made because they didn't make the sauce the night before at least that's the lame excuse he used did he brother to call and see if I wanted to change my order ? Naw he waited till I showed up and lied about calling me the said well we didn't make it so I'm not charging you like yooo who treats customers like that. I could go in on how you did other stuff but just want people to know not to deal you you since you don't have customers service trust I'll never go back there. I rather go pull pizza from a locker that won't be a disrespectful to me... p.s. don't bother trying to make up for it just change your attitude and customer service no one deserves to be treated like this! read more

Was excited to order here because we don't have a many pizza places close by but totally disappointed. There was one piece of pepperoni on every other piece . My husband was upset because he thought I had ordered cheese pizza. I ordered mango habanero wings and the wings were so dry and plain with no sauce on them so they tasted just like fried chicken no habanero , the breadsticks are more like 2 inch pieces of crust with butter . My son was disappointed as he loves breadsticks and he asked why they shrunk. I know this place is new and maybe they are on their trial run so maybe next time it will be better. Sauce and cheese were ok and crust was nice just the toppings were very scarce . Hope they see this and do better with toppings read more

It's a pretty good Place. They are quick, and the wings are bomb! The pizza tastes better than what it looks .
