Five Star Pizza definitely lives up to its name, no wonder it's called Five Star because everything was delicious! We ordered takeout and tried the pepperoni pizza, the pepperoni and sausage thin pizzas and 24 wings with garlic parmesan, buffalo, and lemon pepper flavors. Every single thing was so good and full of flavor. The wings were cooked perfectly, and the pizza were fresh and delicious. It's a little far from our home, but honestly, it was absolutely worth the drive. We'll definitely be coming back again! read more

They have a lot of different options to choose from. I ordered takeout and got the 5 Star Combo & Loco Pizza. The pizzas were pretty good. They didn't skimp on the toppings. I saw they offer a lunch buffet for $15.99, which is a pretty good deal. I might have to come try it out one of these days. read more

The pizza was very delicious and definitely the highlight of the meal. It was fresh, flavorful, and I would order it again. Unfortunately, the fried chicken was disappointing. It was very oily and lacked flavor, so it wasn't enjoyable. The customer service also needs improvement. The employee didn't greet us, wasn't very welcoming, and communication was difficult. A friendly greeting and better customer interaction would have made the experience much better. Overall, the pizza saved the experience, but the food quality needs to be more consistent, and the customer service could be much more welcoming. read more

5 Star Pizza - Fried chicken - Pizza Near Me - Ontario, California

This was our second visit, and overall it was just okay based on the food. The customer service really stood out--everyone was friendly, and the person who took our order and brought our food was especially kind. The pizza was about a 6/10 and felt a bit small for a large. I thought it was decent, but my husband and son didn't love it. The crust was a bit on the harder side and not very doughy. I also tried the fried chicken, which was pretty good, but the fried potatoes were a bit underwhelming--lacking flavor and not as crispy as I'd hoped. On a positive note, the space is clean, nice, and great for larger groups. We'd consider coming back, but it's not a top choice for us. read more

I really enjoy this pizza place. I work in the area, so I come here for lunch pretty often. It's a buffet, and you really can't beat the price -- you get pizza, wings, chicken, salad, and a drink for a great deal. They also bring out fresh pizzas as soon as the trays get low, so there's always a different variety coming out. I came here with my four-year-old son and they let him eat for free, which was awesome. The customer service is great too. The only thing I'd suggest is keeping a closer eye on the chicken and fries -- sometimes they look like they've been sitting out a little too long. Other than that, I can't complain. I'll definitely be back again. read more

Don't waste your money, this pizza is not worth it. It's like they forgot to add sauce. Margherita pizza is not made traditionally, it's basically a cheese pizza with diced tomatoes read more

Ive passed by this place many times and never stopped. Was in the area last night, hubby wanted pizza so we gave it a try. Im so glad we did!! Now when placing the order, you have to be patient and make sure the gentleman has your order correct as there is a little language barrier...thats the only downside. Everything else is awesome!! From the crispy yet soft n fluffy dough to the fresh cheese and great toppings, I give it a 10 out of 10! And their prices are not bad at all!!! We both ate and have leftovers for lunch, cant beat that! The gentleman made a mistake on another customer's order and he tried his best to make it right for her... I felt bad for him because she was obviously upset and he just wanted to make it right. If you enjoy sports, they do have a few TV's and I believe they also have an all you can eat lunch buffet M-F 10am-2pm. Give it a try, you wont be disappointed! read more

In town for the night, looked like a really good artisan pizza in the reviews, hotel fairly close by. So we drove up and went in, first clue prices do not match on line menu, second clue owners do not match environment, third clue small pizza two sodas 31 bucks. 5 small slices, 4th clue we were only customers on a Saturday, we ate a half slice each while we listened to owners argue on what I believe was Farsi but not sure, pizza came to table not shy with toppings, but tasted awful, like a frozen pizza out of a box. From the way they acted I would harbor a guess that they purchased it recently. Hopefully they can make it but not with That food read more

Not a bad place to try. Pizza is fine, just nothing super special. Cooked well but my small pizza was $14.50 so I'd rather go with another place. Buffet is very small but only $15.99. Worth trying if you are in the area. My husband likes them, I think more just average so it's all about preference. Really nothing bad about them. read more

We were going to go out for a nice dinner the day after Christmas and that was a big mistake lol hours to wait for a table so we decided on trying a new (to us) pizza place. 5 star came up on yelp and the food looked really good and the prices were pretty decent. We walked in and it was empty in the dining room besides two other groups which is better for us lol. The staff were very friendly when taking our order and the food came out pretty quick. We ordered just a large pepperoni pizza and some cheese breadsticks and of course some drinks. The pizza price is very good compared to some big chain pizza places, the breadsticks price was a little high but was very good in flavor. The pizza itself came out shortly after our breadsticks and this pizza had so much flavor! We debated on getting extra cheese but eventually decided no and we were so happy with it. read more

We are a fan of 5 star pizza! We had a misunderstanding when we ordered online (we had an early day that turned into a long day in the sun and where just looking forward to some pizza), but when we went to pick up our pizza, they where so kind and went out of their way to make sure we got what we wanted. Kindness goes a long way in customer service and the food industry and we will for sure be recommending and coming back to this location. The food was great and customer service was awesome. read more

5 Star Pizza - Mini Pepperoni Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Ontario, California

I ordered a pizza online today and when I went to go pick it up I noticed that there were no customers in there. So I asked the lady how long it would take to get an order of potatoes wedges, she said 3-4 minutes I agreed and paid since I was on my 30 minute lunch. It took about 16 minutes and no update since I was on my lunch break I had to leave without them. The pizza is okay but the service was meh. read more

Amazing service and very punctual! We used this place for our company lunch- everyone was satisfied with quality of the food and service!!

Nice guys, good food, good prices, We go there often for lunch buffet. I would definitely recommend.

First time visiting, and I only stopped by to grab a slice of pizza for my daughter. They didn't have slices available at the time, so I decided to order a mini pizza instead. To my surprise, they offered me a larger pizza for the same price because it had been made by accident. Such a thoughtful gesture! The service was excellent, and after tasting the pizza, I can honestly say it was delicious. I'll definitely be coming back to try more of their menu. read more

Parking: Open, easy, free lot I ordered a 16in, half chicken alfredo and triple pepperoni. TOTAL: $25 I highly recommend this size for two people. it was filling. I thought pepperoni was typical but the chicken alfredo was different. I really enjoy a white pizza and this had small chicken chunks on top. I think what would make this 5 star would be less skimpy toppings. All in all, would come back for a chicken alfredo pizza read more

..I was craving pizza, stopped bye 5 star pizza on my 30 minute lunch break. I asked for the price of a couple slices of pizza, and a couple pieces of chicken, she offered me all you can eat for $15.99. It was a little steep, and I didn't want that much food. Long story short, I ended up paying $11.99 for a couple slices of pizza (small slices) and 2 small chicken legs, after eating... I was still hungry, I walked back up with 1 small slice of pizza, and another small leg..... she rang me up, 5.99! I walked out spending $20, for 3 small slices of pizza, 3 small chicken legs, I felt like a fool walking out, but as I said, I was already there and I only had 30 minutes to eat. never again 5 star, never again.
