Fun 'sports bar' located inside Haven City food hall. Great vibe but gotta look for it because it's kind of hidden. Very sports bar themed with the requisite neon beer signs. Large liquor selection and burgers and fries food selection. Indoor/outdoor seating, TVs for watching sports and a great variety of music. Staff were very prompt and service was quick. Had onion rings and a strawberry margarita as it was lunch time. Onion rings were average. And margarita was tasty. They also have a great selection on dole whip for desert. I imagine night time brings out the crowd, and with happy hour and being located in a food hall I imagine they get pretty busy. Overall a great vibe.

From the main entrance head right. It'll be on the far end by the doors leading to the patio. Nice space with designated seating area, screens to watch the game, beer on tap and soft serve that kept staring at me like it knew me. My eyes would wander around and I'd catch it still staring at me. I had to go over and take a taste. The matcha is awesome! creamy and dreamy. It's a nice cool down. They have some good burgers too. Great service from the staff. They really are so welcoming and friendly, informative. Plenty of parking right in front.

Burgers, Fries, Chicken Strips. It's fine my reason for not more stars is simple. They charge for ranch, it's not even homemade just comes out of a tub you get at smart and final. Ok fine they charge for water down ranch. HOWEVER if you get a chicken and fries plate or fried pickles at least offer 1 free!! To charge for the first one is ridiculous especially if it's warranted. Advice Bring your own ranch unless you want this water down one they serve you at .90 cents each.

Their menu offers a yummy variety. Other spots in the area sometimes fall short -- rude/poor service or running out of key menu items. Today, I felt compelled to finally leave a review because of a special experience. I was enjoying some wings, an alcoholic beverage, when an employee -Jazmin engaged with a sweet compliment, brought my food out to the patio, came by and asked if I'd like another drink. It may seem like a small gesture, but her attentiveness, warm smile, and genuine energy really stood out -- it's rare to find that kind of customer service these days. Not only did she anticipate my needs before I even asked, but she also made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Her thoughtful check-in led me to place another order, which speaks volumes about her professionalism and positive impact on the business. Jazmin is truly a diamond in the rough -- a shining example of what great service looks like. Bar Daddy is lucky to have her! We will be back.

Just reviewing their dole whip ice cream. I asked my boyfriend to get dessert such as shaved ice, the one place that had shaved ice in the menu said they weren't serving any at the time. The other options were popsicle or dole whip ice cream here. We ultimately decided the ice cream! Just the ice cream itself was very vibrant and colorful. We got pineapple and strawberry ice cream on top. The staff had to put it together for us despite the ice cream machine being accessible to anyone. It was refreshing and cool, tart and sweet, and came with a tiny umbrella. Since there are so many other options to choose from, I'd probably come back to try the others.

This 1 Star review is only for their FAKE "FRIES" Location: At Haven City Market food court. SHORT VERSION: Their "fries" are mojo "fries" that aren't crispy at all. Basic sliced potato rounds smothered in garlic aioli gravy. Just order the gravy and ask for a spoon. EXTENDED VERSION: I wanted better fries to go with my Fire Wings than the ones sold at Fire Wings for $8.00. (Not worth it, fyi.) Saw that this spot had "Garlic Aoli Fries" for about $6. Ordered them to go. Service was fine. The "fries" were packaged in a neat little box. With fork. (?) Good smell coming out. So, of course, once I was in my car, I opened it up. The white sauce on top looked legit. Went to grab a fry .... NOT what I was expecting. What the hell kinda fake fry is this???? Where I'm from a "fry" is short for "French fry." They can come in a lot of ways - thin, thick, curly, crinkled. But they are always some form of rectangle cut. Like a stick. What they are not is potato sliced in circles, aka, "Mojo fries" aka always prefaced with "mojo" before "fries." Bar Daddy's "fries" are Mojo fries. That's not what I wanted. Now, don't get me wrong. The aoli garlic sauce is legit. I thought it would make up for the fake fries. But to do so, the fries would actually have to be "fried," aka crispy. Not soft all over. Not like the very same thing I can easily make at home, only better. I mean, the whole point of eating out is to get something that I can't easily make at home BETTER. I felt bait and switched! Potato tricked! The only good thing to come out of this is that it has inspired me to find the best FRIES aka FRENCH FRIES, at Haven City Market. So far, the Cajun fries and Garlic fries at the Shrimp spot are the best. They are actually fries. And better than Fire Wings fries (Fire Wings have great wings) and Bar Daddy's fake fries. I may come back to Bar Daddy one day to try their bar. But based on 1st impression, probably not.

Just stopping in for a beverage -ok beer! Friendly staff and clean bar area is a plus. Tried Modelo's pineapple beer. So yummy! It's really on the sweet side and can probably balance this out with more regular beer but I'm not hating it! Cool bobble heads flanked at the bar of voodoo ranger and snoop dogg :) great company and beer at this local spot in Rancho. Fun! Definitely will return when in the area.

Located inside the Haven City Market center in Rancho Cucamonga, it offers counter ordering with no table service. It has table seating in front with TV screens showing different sports. Full bar service is available, along with vegan food options, and I had a delicious Angus beef burger cooked perfectly for dinner .

Bar Daddy is not a bar. Its a section in a food court that serves alcohol. Its actually pretty cool. You order at the counter and you dont have to tip a server, just tip when you order. They have tall boys for $6 and $7. Much cheaper than a bar. The food is Burger IM. I got a combo of fries and onion rings for $5. The rings were good but the fries are disc shape and dry. I would not get those again. You sit at available tables within the food court. There is also a great patio area with seating and fake grass. I would go back. read more

We had the angus sliders which were very good. Their sweet potato fries were also very good. Perfect ratio of crispness on the outside to creaminess on the inside. Everyone was very nice and helpful. A great location to stop and eat if you're at Haven City Market. read more

I found Bar Daddy on Instagram, and drove from OC to have their watermelon Dole Whip. This flavor is hard to find, other than Disney(in the summer), a spot in Waikiki, and Koloa, Kaua'i. So far, Disneyland has the best texture and consistency for Dole Whip. The cashiers were nice, at Bar Daddy. I will return in the future and order food too, since it is such a long drive. read more

My husband and I come at least once a week to heaven city and we always come to Bar Daddy! Their bar is fully stocked on draft & plenty of tall cans to choose from. Their grande miche with pineapple ace is my favorite, definitely recommend! Their prices are great, the service is always amazing! Shout to Jasmine for being so sweet to us and always making sure we get the best and fastest service & the owner who is always here working as well. They are so helpful and sweet. The ambiance is cool they have a few T.Vs that stream all the games and they have their own seating for customers.The food is made fresh, we get the wings and they are delicious and crispy and they are not shy with the sauce/seasoning yummm. The burgers are so flavorful no matter which one you get & my favorite thing on the menu to end our stay is of course the dole whip! read more

The first time I tried there Dole Whip, the server suggested a Cherry Dole Whip with pineapple juice non-alcoholic since I was sharing with my kids. Very nice lady! It was delicious! This time around I went for other one and 2 servers(men/women were surprised about that drink! Both looked very lost... I told him pretty much she just put Cherry Dole Whip with pineapple juice. The guy said well this is how he would make it and serve me "Cherry Dole Whip with the cup full of ice and pineapple juice....very disappointed that I paid 11 dollars for this non-alcoholic ICE Ice-cream drink read more

Me and my husband came in on a Saturday afternoon. Looking for somewhere to have a few drinks Natalie the owner and her staff are wonderful they have such good customer service very welcoming. The drinks are good and not overly priced, we had appetizers fried pickles ! We didn't try the burgers but they all looked really good! Definitely something to try the next time we go in, cause we definitely will be back soon. Used to be IM Burger. On a Sunday about noon we ordered a Cowboy burger with sweet potato fries and a crispy chicken sandwich with onion rings. Our food was good. Not great. The onion rings were not tender. The onion was tough and difficult to chew or bite through. The sweet potato fries were warm, not hot. Our burgers were pretty good. The cowboy burger could use more bbq sauce. Beware they charge 98 cents for a tiny side of ranch dressing used to dip fries and onion rings. Overall lunch for 2 was $37 and not the best. Dispensing Coke was messy. The machine spit and sprayed soda as it dispensed. We sat at the long table to eat which are pretty comfortable for being picnic table style. read more

Inside Haven City Market. The meat is tender and juicy. It is definitely cooked well and not dry at all. The potatoe wedges were soft and tasty with the right amount of salt. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lively atmosphere and they have a great selection of drinks as well. read more

Visited this spot today for lunch and wasn't disappointed at all! The food was delicious and prices very reasonable! My kiddos enjoyed the sliders and I loved that there was an option to have grilled chicken sliders too! JASMINE went out of her way to provide us with friendly & over the top service! Very attentive to detail, made some great recommendations and always had a smile on her face! The ambiance is fun and things are kept clean! We look forward to going back! read more

I went here Thursday after my dentist appointment and I was not disappointed after not being able to eat for hours, not only is their team friendly but the food is delicious, I also came during happy hour and they had a $5 dollar margarita! I will definitely be back. read more

When I paid, I tipped even though I shouldn't have, and thanked him, he didn't even look at me. I thanked him again and he looked up and walked away without acknowledging me. They were not friendly, they were not happy to be there and the customer service was really lacking. It was a disappointment because we really were excited to try this brewery and the beer was good!

What made this worse was the lack of customer service afterward. The manager did not come back out to apologize, did not offer any kind of discount or compensation, and did not acknowledge the inconvenience at all. Mistakes happen -- forgetting an order is one thing -- but how you handle it matters. In this case, there was no effort made to make things right. For a paying customer who placed a pickup order in advance, this level of service was unacceptable. Good customer service isn't about never making mistakes; it's about how you handle them. Unfortunately, in this case, Heroes showed very little regard for a paying customer's time. I hope management sees this and takes a hard look at how customers are treated when things go wrong.

The employee even said I could "just do whatever with them," which honestly makes no sense and feels like an unnecessary charge. Policies like that don't feel customer-friendly. To be fair, Big Al's is a fun place overall. The arcade games and general hangout vibe are great, and I'd still come back for that. But the bowling experience itself just isn't worth it based on what I've experienced. There's definitely room for improvement staff should be more proactive about enforcing basic bowling etiquette, making sure groups stay within their assigned seating areas and respect neighboring lanes. Better monitoring, especially when alcohol is involved, could help prevent disruptive behavior. Clear limits on group sizes per lane, ensuring kids stay within their own lane, and revisiting the shoe rental policy for guests who bring their own equipment would all go a long way in improving the experience. There's definitely potential here, but the bowling side needs better structure and oversight.

I went here last night on a group gathering for my birthday. First, the food was not that good compared to many other places in Haven Market. I've been to quite a few others and this is my least favorite. The burger was soggy and sloppy. I sat at the table outside in the "burger IM seating area" and two of us out of the 8 that were there were eating at Burger IM but we were still harassed multiple times to move from our table because it was for customers only. Well, we were customers but still felt like we couldn't enjoy our dinner without worrying if we'd get yelled at again to give up our table. There were no other tables available, otherwise we would have, but it was just plain rude. I get it if no one is eating from there but we were, so it's not right to be rude to your customers. I won't ever be returning, not only for the bad customer service, but because of the bland, soggy food. Do yourself a favor and try some of the other awesome places at Haven Market, the Cajun shrimp place (not sure the name) is bomb and the customer service is awesome! Edit to add after reply from owner - it's funny that the customer service continues to be bad. We did not order kids meals. We ordered full meals with sides and drinks, and a third person ordered a beer. A customer is a customer no matter how much money they spend, but I can see that you don't feel that way. Been coming here for months. The location is always clean, the staff is always friendly and more importantly, the food is consistently great. The prices are fair and the beer is cold. I'm usually with a large group of guys (6-12) and they have no problem with accommodating us with our needs..... The owner's, Mike & Natalie always make time to say hello and make us feel welcomed. I highly recommend this place. One added note, if the weather is good (as it usually is) I also recommend going outside to their patio area and get some fresh air. BurgerIM was a great find for someone looking for a burger that isn't from a fast food chain. The Big Burger IM Cowboy burger had good quality meat, BBQ sauce, and the right amount of toppings. The onion rings were good but not exceptional, and the cherry coke came from a soda robot and wasn't mixed well so I wouldn't recommended it. The meal took about 15 to 20 minutes to prepare, but it was worth the wait. Overall, this is a solid burger meal for around $16 and is a good alternative to fast food chains like In-N-Out or Five Guys. read more

Great food and great customer service. I've already had almost every burger on the menu and enjoyed every single one. Lines can occasionally be long but that is the same with any restaurant in a packing house so it is understandable. The bar top at night has really nice LEDs that make it a fun place to sit and converse. My favorite thing though would probably be the milkshakes which I cannot enjoy a meal without. Stopped by here on my way home from the desert and I am obsessed with their cute and yummy sliders that come in their family box. We got the Spanish burger with grilled jalapeños and the Buffalo crispy chicken. Both burgers has so much flavor and they were very filling. The box came with fries, onions rings and wings which were also so meaty and yummy. Will definitely be back to try the other burger flavors. read more
