I like this place, it's a nice addition to the area, nice vibe and a great patio area with a fire pits and heaters and plenty of seating. I'm bummed to give this place a bad review...as a frequent visitor at the San Clemente location (awesome) I had high hopes. Stopped by while in Ontario to check it out. My visit occurred on the afternoon of August 9th. Facility is beautiful and the beer was excellent. Things took a turn for the worse when we got our food. The server - a youngish lady with magenta hair and a Hop Juice t shirt - blew up at my wife when she had the audacity to ask for some hot sauce. The server waved her arms in an exasperated manner and said " I've got a window full of tickets now and I'm the only one here. I'll get to you when I can!" Then stormed off. Completely random and unprovoked. Of course she never came back; no hot sauce, no inquiries about what we needed, etc...had to go to the bar for everything. Appalling conduct from a service professional. This is the first time in years I didn't leave a tip for a server. My daughter and I came in here the other day to try some food (and drinks for me) and we were not disappointed! My daughter got me the pint life stamp book for Christmas - so we continued our series of "Trying new Breweries while Mama is at work". I ordered the bacon mac n cheese and tried the tropical seltzer and the sour beer. The mac n cheese came in a skillet and was very good! My daughter wasn't a huge fan of the breading but I loved the creaminess of the dish! The ambiance is very sports-bar-esque and filled with sports fans that were watching the steelers game. I really enjoyed this brewery! While I didn't have beer I had a delicious spicy margarita. The inside was a large open space and plenty of seating. Either you seat at the bar or you order at the bar and find a seat inside or outside. Prices are reasonable and food is typical bar food and delicious. The place has a fun, relaxed vibe and plenty of seating (you can sit anywhere that's open), but I didn't realize at first that you have to order at the register. The fried pickles were crispy and delicious, especially with the ranch and that spicy mystery sauce that added a nice kick. The bacon mac was creamy, cheesy comfort food done right. This brewery was long awaited when it first opened. I've been coming here for a couple of times and hoped that they would be able to sort out all the kinks after they delayed opening a few times. They do have a well rounded selection of beers and crafted cocktails as a brewery and distillery. However I haven't given the cocktails a try yet. I usually get the 949 Hefeweizen but many times it is out. They have a good selection of IPAs. My fiancé gets usually goes for Hazy IPAs but when that isn't available the orange county IPA is the alternative. The food is pretty mid. I've been able to try most of the items on the menu from the pretzel to the salads. And the sliders are probably best out of the menu. They seem to have a lot of different events offered. My fiancé and I went to their jeopardy trivia nights every Wednesday and it was fun when they first started out and the prizes are pretty decent: gift card to left coast and free beers. The service needs improvement, sometimes on a very busy night there is one bartender behind the bar and the line can get confusing. On a busy night we would wait a bit just to get served. There is plenty of seating inside and outside with TVs around for watching sporting events. So if you're coming to chat with a friend or groups, it can get pretty loud. It is also family friendly. Overall, I come back because it is in a good location close by and I always try to give it a chance every time I want to come back and try but sometimes it is disappointing. read more

I stopped by to use our Pint Life Passport and absolutely loved the concept. Craft brew and bbq is a great combo. I got the 2 slider combo (brisket & tri-tip) with fries and it was delicious. This brewery had good beer. It is a solid choice if you want to try some different beers. As for food, it was disappointing. We got a salad and a pretzel with beer cheese. The salad was fine. The pretzel was bland. The beer cheese was soupy and had little flavor. I had to continue dipping it in the mustard since that had a lot of flavor. Food was not worth the price. It is BBQ focused but the options are meat in a sandwich, salad or plate form! I was greeted by Laura and she was nice and informative about the place and the menu. I got the fried chicken sandwich, substituted the brioche bun for sourdough and added in bacon and red onions. Oh yea! Sooo tasty, chicken breast was deliciously fried. Won't be back based on that experience. Tommy - don't know how to respond to you - but the two workers behind the bar there this morning - one had an awful mustache and other a girl - had no business being in customer service. I've been here about four times and it gets better and better with every visit. I had stopped by when they had a soft opening. The beers weren't up to par yet, but by my fourth visit, they've truly improved. The improvement can be seen on their beers and their food. I've settled for the OC Hazy IPA. Perfect crisp and right amount of hops. We've had their food: side salads, brisket sliders, honey mini corn dogs, loaded fries, cheesesteak, and cast iron cornbread. My favorite has been their corn dogs! Try these out. Besides that, we've enjoyed coming on Wednesdays for Jeopardy Bar League nights. It keeps us going. Thank you for the fun times! Pretty cool spot to grab a beer and hangout! Upon arriving, there is only one line to order so the wait was longer than I expected. Our food and drinks came out pretty quick though. They have a great selection of beers and I love that they also have a cocktail menu for any non beer drinkers. The food menu is pretty big and everything was fairly affordable. We ordered the Cheese Steak and the Slider Combo (I chose smoked chicken and brisket for my two meats). The cheese steak was good but the sliders were okay. When you enter, you go to the bar to place your order for drinks and food. They give you a number for your table and bring the food you ordered once it's ready. I started with the vodka cranberry cocktail. It was very good made with their own distilled vodka. When I ordered the drink a second time it looked a little different and had a different garnish, but was still good. I also had one of their beers, which was great. The staff here is not capable of following instructions. Nothing is done thoughtfully or in anticipation of customers' needs. Literally everything was wrong with our order. My husband ordered a brisket burger and I ordered a southwest salad with a ranch vinaigrette on the side. We waited 20 minutes for our food to arrive, only the burger to be a completely different one from the one we ordered. My salad was brought out without a dressing on the side so we had to go back to the bar to ask for it. Once I started eating, I realized they actually mixed a different dressing in. My husband brought his burger back to the bar and told them about the mistake. After another 20 minutes, I had already finished my salad and he still hasn't received his correct burger yet so we asked for a refund. My salad was okay, nothing stand-out about it. Came here on a Sunday afternoon because I saw on Instagram there is a service industry discount on Sunday/Mondays. Place is pretty good size with lots of windows and it opens up to a nice large patio. There are plenty of tvs dispersed around the place, but if you are trying to watch multiple games they aren't placed in the best way to do that. A decent amount of people were in there and kept coming in throughout the afternoon. I had three flights of beers so I tasted twelve different ones. I didn't sample one bad beer, but my favorite was the Coastal Krush. They have an enticing menu but I wasn't very hungry so I just ordered the Fried pickles, they were very good. Most of the staff was very friendly, there was one bartender that gave us attitude and I'm not sure why. They somehow missed one of our items so we waited probably an extra 20 min only to realize they gave it to another table and had to remake it but apologized and got us the order quick. I was so excited to try this brewery after our 5k and was so disappointed. There was a line of us waiting to get our beers (mind you, we also purchased 3 more beers and $40 worth of food after our 2 beers provided by the 5k). Instead of helping the next of us in line, the woman and man behind the bar just talked to each other and I had to walk up to the bar and interrupt to ask for help. The man had to ask me multiple times what my order was because he kept looking to the side and paying attention to other situations. When I paid, I tipped even though I shouldn't have, and thanked him, he didn't even look at me. I thanked him again and he looked up and walked away without acknowledging me. They were not friendly, they were not happy to be there and the customer service was really lacking.
