I decided to order a flight since it was my first time. My flight consisted of JTQ Short, Rye of Sunshine, Guava IPA, and the Kolsh. JTQ Short was probably my favorite out of them all. Stopped by this brewery not knowing they were celebrating their 8th Anniversary, congrats! My sister and I were in the area and enjoyed this brewery. They had indoor seating with sports playing and outdoor seating due to the event. My sister and I ordered a flight each and since they were busy it was given in these cups. I really liked the JTQ Short, which was a Tangerine Blonde Ale. My sister enjoyed the Altbier, which was a German Amber Ale. We met the owners who were so kind enough to gift us free stickers for stopping in. We would stop in again if we're ever in the area. Their beers are tasty and we enjoyed their service. read more

This is a very overdue review. We found this brewery about 3 years ago because they had trivia. We have been regular Thursday night trivia goers since then. The owners Raul and Jennifer really get to know their customers, making you feel at home. David is a great trivia host. The regular Thursday night crowd feels like a second family. We celebrate birthdays and life events together. The beer is delicious. The guava IPA is one I compare all beers to when we venture out to other breweries. One of my top 3 beers ever! SERVICE: My family has been coming here for a few years now & every time is a good time. The couple & staff who work there are always friendly & willing to help you decide what drink to get. FOOD: This is an IPA heaven. The drinks here are reasonable priced and there is a good selection. You can even take your drink on-the-go if you ask. Also, check their Instagram page to check for their monthly pop up markets / food vendors. AMBIANCE: on a packed day, there is limited indoor and outdoor seating. I knew I would be in the area so I timed it when this brewery would be opened. The last time I was in the area I was about an hour early so I missed out that time. I get there and I'm the second customer and the owners are so nice and explain all their beers. I got a flight and the beers were very tasty. Let me also say that the owners are very friendly and so down to earth. I was very impressed with how helpful and open the owners are. I got a flight and I was impressed all the way around especially seeing how I didn't know what to expect. I had some favorites like the Cambria Sunset and a blueberry lemon. Came over on a Thursday evening where apparently they had a Bingo night going on inside. Despite the event, was still able to secure a table in this modest taproom. Started off with the Double Gava IPA ($7) - hefty imperial with a considerable amount of hops that lingers. Paired this with some snacks they had on hand (no other food/trucks to speak of). Also had the Sunsation IPA ($6.50) - a less intense, but still strong hopped ale with a clean finish. Bartenders here are friendly and patient, never really a line to order either. I just love this brewery! I don't live in the area anymore but I really like coming here whenever I'm in town visiting family. They have a nice indoor seating area plus outdoor seating that's great for when they have live music and food trucks around. The thing that makes me a tremendous fan is because they make THE BEST stouts and porters. And not just one boring ol' stout, they make fun stouts. I'm writing this as I sip on a freshly-canned toasted coconut porter. Plus, their staff is so nice and friendly. It's always a nice treat to come by here for a crowler to go or hang out to make your own flight. My only complaint is I wish they made 4- or 6-packs so I could check a couple in my suitcase, 'cause I can't justify buying a half dozen crowlers read more

This place is my absolute favorite brewery off all time. I've frequented many places over the last 30+ years and by far, Solorio is my favorite. The owners and staff are outstanding. They really go out of their way to make everyone feel welcomed. Most importantly, their beers are all outstanding. My favorite of all time is their Oatmeal Stout. I've also enjoyed a range of great brews from Hazys to Sours to Kolsches. Each one is brewed to perfection. The ambience is friendly and intimate ( they are a small mom and pop place). Had a great time here. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Beer is reasonably priced. I had their michelada and it is in my top 3 ever. I think they have their own mix for it but regardless it was delicious. They have indoor and outdoor seating. They have a board with their food vendors and events so you can keep up with a specific day you might want to be there. My only knock on this brewery is their restroom was crazy hot. I Came here last night with my boyfriend since I heard a lot of good things about this little magical place. Boy was I happy we decided to try it the staff was very friendly and I let them choose my flight I told them generally what I like they they poured my flight beers perfect. There was not one beer that they poured for me that I didn't like. The flavors are delicious. My favorite one if I had to choose would be the blue lagoon it's a blueberry blonde ale. The owner and his wife are so nice, friendly and easygoing. My husband and I always feel so welcome and well taken care of every time we visit. Nothing on our two taster flights stood out as excellent. Best one was the coconut porter, very light and nicely balanced. Light beers seemed cleaner than dipas which all used sirup for their (over the top, fake, chemical) fruit flavoring. I do like their sunny logo and shirts though :) read more

We've been trying to make it to the brewery for ages and I'm so glad that we finally made it in! They've got a solid selection of beers, with a little something for everyone one. My husband and I both said that this is the first brewery we've ever been to, that we liked every single beer in our flights. My personal favorites were Blue Lagoon, Oatmeal Stout, Toasted Coconut Porter, Big Ed and Cucumber Mojito. A huge shoutout to both Robby and Joe, not only were they super nice, they kept the line moving when things got busy! It's located in a business complex, like so many of the Mom and Pop breweries are. They've got a good amount of seating, both indoor and outdoor. The only downside is that there's only one bathroom, but even that doesn't take away from my love of this place! I know food and entertainment at breweries is always hit or miss, but last night, both were hits. 626 Tacos were dishing out some delicious tacos and quesadillas (that green salsa was so good) and 4 The People is probably the best band that I've ever seen at a brewery/bar.
