This place is awesome! I have been wanting to go for a while and we finally made it in. The atmosphere was very chill, inside was spacious and they had a unique decor. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about their beers. Everything we tried was delicious, we knew we were going to be spending a fortune here, it was so hard hard to choose what bottles to bring home because they were all so good. We ordered all 3 beer flights from the menu, I liked the more sweeter and fruity beers and my husband liked the more balanced ones. This place is so cool! I love the dark romantic vibes and the decorations definitely a cool place. We got all three of the sour tasting options. So we had fun going through all of them. The service was amazing. She was so friendly and so helpful. If you like sour beers, this is a great place. A friend of mine celebrated his birthday here yesterday. This place is located in an industrial area so I wasn't expecting much but to my surprise when I walked in I immediately thought oh I can take a nice picture over there in that couch. It's nice and dark and the decor is like antique/vintage. The place was kind of empty, I don't know if it was because of the time of day we went but you guys are missing out. Sour cellars is an industrial park on the outside, but once inside you're in the haunted mansion, with lavish antique furnishings. The music was on point, and my BF was asking for the playlist. Sour Cellars is probably one of my favorite breweries. If you enjoy good beer and sour stuff, I can guarantee you'll love it here. The atmosphere to me is kind of vintage, it's pretty cool! I personally find it super relaxing and the couches are really comfy, it's the perfect place to enjoy a beer. The service is always great. I've only ever seen the owner serving and she's always super friendly and has some great suggestions. As for the beer, it's awesome. We recently had the Ladida and wow was it good! Found this place while in the area browsing breweries on Yelp, reviews were impressive so my sister and I decided to stop by. Ok love the vibes in here!! It didn't feel haunted despite the Victorian decor, energy was great & chill. Perfect for a date night! Music was mellow & the bartenders who I think are the owners were extremely informative & nice. You can tell they put a lot of thought behind their craft. It's definitely worth trying, they have a lot of interesting yet tasty sours. They also had a food truck outside. This place is out of their mind with their taproom decor. It's beautiful. Very cool vibe in there. Felt like I should be in the middle of a murder mystery. Anyway, now for the beer. I split a flight with my wife. We were brewery hopping the beer here is high in ABV. I'm not big on beer that's barrel-aged but I already knew what I was getting into. However the beer was fantastic. The spot is very laid back with a variety of sitting designs to use. During my visit there were dogs, so looks like it is a pet friendly place. Surely I enjoyed some glasses more than others but that can just be a personally preference. I really enjoyed #2 and #3. I did get to try drink #3 (bellywengins) in its two forms and both were really good but pomegranate syrup was my preferred. The woodruff syrup is almost like a sour green apple flavoring. Sour Cellars has the most unique ambiance I have ever experienced inside of a brewery; think 1800s saloon meets 1930s speakeasy. It is warmly inviting and intimately charming all at the same time. As a fan of sour beer, I was looking forward to coming here, and I was not disappointed. I started with one of the suggested flights, and then had a full glass to finish. Sour beer is something that is very easy to do badly, but here, they are killing it. There were only a couple of other people here for most of my visit, so it was very quiet, which I don't mind one bit. My bartendress for my visit was one of the owners, and she was extremely attentive, and also knew her beers. If you love sour beer or unique experiences, I'd bookmark Sour Cellars now. While I may not be the biggest fan of sour beers, I'm definitely a fan of trying new things. I stopped by Sour Cellars while brewery hopping with a group of friends through the Rancho Cucamonga area. Sour Cellars was number 2/5 on our brewery adventure, and was probably one of the most memorable stops. Not only does the beer leave you feeling like you ate an entire bag of Warheads, but the brewery also offers an eccentric atmosphere that will make you want to fetch a cigar and Hugh Hefner slippers. The atmosphere is on the darker side (definitely not picture material) and offers a sense of secrecy and mystery - similar to the feeling of a speakeasy. The furniture has an antique feel, with large plush velvet seating and wooden finishes. In the back towards the right is a giant cellar holding the brews, and creating an overall authentic experience. read more

Best brewery ever. These sour beers have exquisite flavor and mouthfeel. They're silky smooth like Cantillon. The owners Bryan and Chintya are very kind and wonderfully inventive in sourcing high-quality and delightfully surprising ingredients including but not at all limited to jackfruit, jujube (Coqcigrues is among my absolute favorites), ginger, orange blossom, passion fruit, vanilla, and interesting varieties of grapes and cherries. They have also released some excellent small experimental batches (durian, kumquat, rambutan). The non-fruited sours like Bellywengins are top notch as well (add a splash of Waldmeister syrup to it to transform it into an intriguingly novel experience). The dedication of Sour Cellars to the craft in how they patiently and discerningly age their beers for years is really evident once you have a taste. They also have a cool aesthetic in how the beers are named, the curious label art, and the Victorian themed tasting room. read more

The weather was nasty outside so my two friends and I were the only ones there during my visit, but I loved it because we were able to converse with the owner and learn more about the brewery. I personally loved all their sours, even the darker ones and I'm not a fan of those. To start off; the decor is the best I've EVER seen in a brewery. Nothing even rivals how nice this place looks. From there literally every single sour was the best I've ever tried. Not trying to be biased by the decor either haha. I rated them 1-5 based on the flight and even my 5th least favorite wasn't bad at all. It's just that the ones with the peaches, nectarines, and the passion fruit. Aside, the stouts were absolutely exceptional and would even recommend those. Family owned and operated, Bryan and Chintya do a great job on their beers and also their tap room. Old school vintage wallpaper and decor make up their tap room with comfortable couches and tables for seating. On the back wall is a vintage piano as well. Very cool! I have visited their brewery and tap room twice now and both times have had a World Class experience. They are dog friendly and very inviting with a brewery tour if you have time. Good low key hang out spot during Covid season ... it was a good environment setting a bit dated as if I was in Italy so it was a bit cool different than other breweries... the server was great, very sweet and good experience ! Reason for the 3 star it didn't smell great when I walked in .... it smelled like dirty wet socks that were sitting there for a week ... I'd give them a 3.5 to be honest .... restroom was clean and great service 4 star for this place.
