This used to be Dale Brothers and now Last Name Brewing. But they are the ones that make "Pomona Queen" One of my favorite brewery in Upland. Their beer menu changes seasonally but they keep their original popular beer all the time. They have plenty of video games you can play inside and plenty of seating inside and out. Depending on which day you go but they usually have food truck vendors there you can order food from. But best part of this place is you can bring outside food there. Great staff and great beer so what else do you need? Must try if you havent yet and some nights they do live music there. read more

Picked up a beer at the brewery, and a couple tacos at a food truck on-site, before a show at Ophelia's jump. Service was friendly and it was pretty lively on a Saturday evening. They have a good variety of beers and I liked what I got (a wheat beer). Glad it wasn't onlyyyy IPAs as sometimes happens at breweries. The only downside to me is the location being in an industrial park. If in the area give them a try! read more

I started to second-guess myself the minute I walked through the door. What the hell happened here? Where is everybody? After the beer tender confirmed that this was a brewery we got a couple of beers and they were nothing to fuzz over. The ambience is honestly kind of sad. read more

I found this brewery while organizing events for my previous job, and I fell in love with it. Around October, they have a pumpkin beer that is excellent--I used to take growlers home to enjoy whenever I wanted. I'm not sure if they still have it, but it's definitely one of my favorite local beers. read more

First time visiting, cool little spot that is easy to find when you know what you're looking for. Indoor and outdoor seating so options abound. Had a live band the Saturday we were there that was pretty solid for a 2 man band! Shuffleboard was fun and right in the perfect spot to watch the band and have a drink. Beer tenders were nice and informative, some reviews knock em but aside from not having an urgency sense they took the time with each person they were assisting. Way better selection of beers and seltzers than what shows online. The strawberry blonde was delightful with the perfect balance of sweetness at the finish. The red was good, nutty but not overpowering. Didn't see any stouts on deck but may have overlooked it. Worth the visit for sure, maybe skip the food truck and hit the Hat like we did. Something about chili cheese fries after some beers is just perfect! read more

What I had: - Get Witty Wit It ($7-8) - Lucille Blonde - Vincent Man-Gogh - Gigawatt How it tasted: - All solid beers. I didn't have a single complaint. Why did I give it a four? - Solid prices, good atmosphere, and awesome food truck selection. I would want some outdoor heaters, but that's my own personal thing for winter months as inside was a bit crowded initially. Verdict? - Give it a shot if you're near the Upland/Claremont area. read more

Good beer, music, I bring my own food. Great atmosphere. Definitely changed management/company. Different from years ago. No more pinball or cornhole. I will definitely still visit occasionally. Live bands are new and honestly it's kinda cool. Cool spot by yourself, with someone or kids. I bring an activity bag for my kids and just hang out. read more

I love coming to Last Name Brewing after I finish flying at Cable Airport. The staff here are wonderful, and they have a really cool looking space inside. I tend to lean towards the IPAs - and my favorite is the runway IPA. They also had this delicious Green Kiwi seltzer for St. Patrick's day that was delicious. You can order flights and then take any of the beer home with you that you liked. They also have a pinball machine and numerous other board games that you can play with your group. They will have food trucks from time to time and you can check their instagram page to see what food trucks will be in during any given day. Bottom Line - Come check this place out if you haven't already! read more

Last Name is one of my favorite breweries. They are the brewers of Pomona Queen, one of my favorite beers. They often have good entertainment and varied food trucks. I was excited to receive the text about their Seis de Mayo celebration. Latin music, food, and Loteria were advertised. Upon arrival (5:30pm) we noticed there was little too no Latin music playing. The DJ was playing club music. He obviously doesn't know the LNB crowd or authentic Latin music. The other thing we noticed is how many children were there. There were as many children as there were adults. It looked like a Saturday afternoon at the playground. We had one beer and left to go to a more adult setting. None of these things are the totally the fault of Last Name Brewing. But it will make me think twice about going again. read more

Last name Brewing formally known as Dale Brothers is located in an industrial area, easy to miss at night, but easy to see in the day! I was excited to try this brewery as I've heard great things about it, but sadly won't be going back anytime soon. I tried their award winning beers and they were okay, within 15 miles there are sooo many other breweries to try, that have a great environment, great service and great beer. I do give kudos where kudos are due, and their service was really good. The lovely ladies serving beer were so polite and very knowledgeable when it came to beer, I love that! They no longer have pinball machines at the location, nor play music. I went on a Saturday night and it was pretty dead sadly. Overall the service was a 4 parking was a 4 Location was a 3 And beer was a 2 I averaged everything out to a 3 They do have food trucks outside or you are more than welcome to bring your own food as well! Came here for a beer it was our first time. Place is nice and spacious. The patio is very spacious and they have heaters outside. Inside you can reserve for a private event which is cool. They also have garage where they have live music. read more

This place is awesome! Huge place and the beer was good! They have seating indoors and outdoors. Lots of separate patio tables instead of big benches. Pinball machines! Super cool! Love the names of the beers too! Lucille blonde, james blonde, gigawatt, and disco parade were all delish! Parking was easy! Lots of room. It's hidden in a business complex area in the back side but not hard to find. Staff were great. They pick up your empty glasses keeping the place neat and tidy. There was a live band playing on Easter Sunday but missed it since I came later. Wished this place was closer to me but will definitely come by again when In the area! read more

PRE-COVID REVIEW: Went here with friends a few times after work to drink some beers! I'm not too big of a beer person, but I enjoyed their Pomona Queen! Seems like it's a big hit on Yelp and I agree. They have a good selection of beers available on their menu the last time I was here, so I believe they really do have something for everyone. Since this was pre-covid we did also come since Last Name was hosting a cool trivia night! I thought that was an awesome idea and it was a lot of fun participating... unfortunately, we didn't win haha. But I would love to do it again whenever things return back to normal! Updated Review: Andy reached out and took full responsibility for the misunderstanding in being able to redeem our Groupon deal. Very nicely done! His follow up and professionalism were excellent. We were able to go back, pick up the glasses that we were supposed receive, and tried another beer. We tried the American Black, which was smooth and enjoyable. (Last time we got the Pomona Queen which tasted like a weak 805.) The person who was there today was Dominicus, and my husband said he was super nice and helpful! We definitely want to keep supporting these guys as they struggle with no dining in due to Covid restrictions but continue to brew the good stuff! read more

The staff at LNB is always friendly and welcoming! They usually have a variety of beers and seltzers that is sure to satisfy anyone. The atmosphere of the place is great, I typically go on Saturday right when they open so there is never really too many people at that time (not sure how much more busy it would be closer to the holidays though). I stopped by Last Name Brewery this past weekend for some brewskys. I've been on a mission to try every brewery in the IE, and Last Name is definitely one you don't want to miss. Between the three of us we tried a little bit of everything. Each flight was $10 and came with four beer tastings. I decided on the Cream Ale, Blonde, Oktoberfiesta, and went a little crazy with the Watermelon IPA. I definitely want to return to give the handmade nonalcoholic Root Beer a shot. Overall my favorite was the Cream Ale which was incredibly light and easy to drink. The atmosphere was great with a large shaded patio, fun board games, plus couch and table seating inside. read more

Thoroughly enjoyed this brewery. Lots of open space and lots of seating indoors. Lots of merchandising for sale: T-shirts, hats, cups, mugs, stickers, key rings, soaps (?), etc. The bartender was friendly and chill. There are 5 pinball machines as for funsies as well. We ordered the: gigawatt hazy IPA and the grapefruit IPA and both were delightful. Definitely will come back in the future if I'm ever in the area. read more

"Long live the queen!" Pomona queen is my favorite beer and Last Name makes it lol! It's so good, it's a crisp lager. I love when local eateries have it on their menu...so good! The most recent time I visited was during the pandemic, they were doing to go only so we got 2 growlers of Pomona Queen to go lol! Service is always good and they make you laugh which is something I AM LOOKING FOR in a brewery LOL! So cool, love everyone there! As a tip to guests, for some reason it's always warm, dress down with something cool for sure. I dont know if they're able to regulate the temperature due to it being a warehouse... I dont know but all the times I've been there it's been warm. They normally have events too which is awesome (e.g. live music, games, food vendors). Overall definitely recommend Last Name brewing it's amazing! You gotta try their Pomona Queen you won't be disappointed! read more

This is my first time going out since Covid-19 and this brewery made it easy. All the bartenders are wearing masks, the tables have signs "sanitized please have a seat" or "not sanitized please wait to be seated". It has a large outdoor seating area with multiple picnic tables, high tables, and low patio tables. They are dog friendly and kid friendly. Great music and amazing environment. I love this brewery. It's conveniently located near my father in law so if I need to run to the grocery store or whatever reason I can come up with I can stop here for a quick beer The beer is really good, great IPAs and everyone seems to really like the fruit beers. This is a regular spot for some friends that live here and I can see why. Definitely a great place to hang out on the patio on a Sunday afternoon with friends, or when you have to run an errand for your FIL. Win win. read more

Brewing award-winning craft beer for almost two decades, Last Name Brewing is one of the oldest and most respected breweries in the Inland Empire. Our COVID-compliant beer garden features 20 (or so) award-winning beers on tap, as well as a weekly line up of food trucks and live music. Kids and dogs are always welcome! History

Established in 2003.

Dale Bros. Brewery was established in 2003 by dashing and talented brewer Curt Dale with a 4 barrel system (that's small) and 1,100 square feet (also small) of industrial park space in Upland. Curt hand-delivered his first keg of Pomona Queen Amber Lager to Pizza N Such in Claremont, replacing the Budweiser tap - yes, the Queen toppled the King of Beers that day (though inBev continues to do just fine.) Curt's younger and equally dashing (though shorter) brother Andy joined the brewery to oversee business operations during our first expansion in 2007. We expanded again in 2012 into our current space just south of Cable Airport. Our beer is available in your favorite restaurants, bars, and retail stores from Fontana to Asuza. Or if it's not, it should be, so speak up if you don't see it on the menu! You can also join us in our tap room located at 2120 Porterfield Way, Upland, for good beer and good times.

I'm not aware of any vegan beers on their menu. Best bet for that would be to check out Trader Joe or maybe Sprouts.

Before sitting down, you're supposed to order your beers with the nice beertenders at the front. I usually get the Haze Against The Machine. They also have a good menu and a happy hour! I had ordered their garlic fries and their poke nachos. The beertenders gives you a number, then you can display it at the table of your choice. The atmosphere inside is nice' they have cute string lights placed all around. They're also usually playing modern music or country. It does get a bit loud in there dependent on how many people are inside. Their garlic fries are very crispy and have garlic pieces sprinkled on top. The sauce it comes with is addicting. My favorite is definitely their poke nachos! It has an abundant amount of tuna sprinkled over it with jalapeños, pickled onions, pickled radishes, and their delicious sauce. Their wonton chips are very crunchy, too! I washed it down with my IPA that was super hazy and crisp. I've been here a few times, but forget to check in/do a review. I didn't forget this time! I emailed with Alex, the taproom manager, a little less than 2 weeks before the date I wanted, and she told me that they would be able to accommodate us! I was so incredibly relieved! After our axe throwing, we walked the VERY short walk across the street, and Alex and her staff had our tables ready to go for everyone! They made our huge group feel so welcomed and taken care of from the moment we got there! Alex explained to us that the food and drinks are ordered at the registers, which made it so easy and convenient for everyone to not have to worry about doing separate checks for a big group (that can get confusing and messy sometimes). The beers, seltzers, and food were all incredible!!! Even the most particular people in our group raved about how good everything was, and trust me when I say, that is a high compliment! The staff were absolutely incredible as well! They were so knowledgeable about the beers, so patient with our big group, and were just so helpful and kind! Everyone is still talking about how great everything was, and I'm truly so grateful to Alex and the rest of the staff at Rescue Brewing for making my husband's birthday so amazing!! I chose a pint of the Chocoholic Anonymous Stout (6.0%) which has always been one of my favorites. She liked the Peanut Butter Stout the best, so we ended up sharing a pint of that before we left. The part was ready when I arrived, along with a small printed cat which was very sweet. He was kind enough to give me a tour of the makerspace and told me the story of how he came to start the makers space. I really loved his mission and how he is clearly passionate about his work. After the tour he made it clear if I needed any changes or adjustments to the part, he was happy to help me. The part worked perfectly, and I was able to finish the repair within a day of it breaking, all thanks to Rob. I highly recommend his business, 3d printing is one of many other machines and services offered at his facility.
