This place is so much fun--definitely a "the more, the merrier" kind of spot! I honestly wish they'd expand and bring a location to Orange County or even LA County... Anaheim or Fullerton would be amazing. We drove in from Orange County and ate beforehand since we weren't sure how the food situation worked with our 9:30 reservation. Turns out, they actually do have a solid food menu, but no regrets--this place is all about the experience. When we walked in, the energy was already through the roof. People were vibing, singing along, and just in great moods all around. The setup is awesome--kind of like a neon-lit bar with two pianos facing each other center stage and a drummer in the middle. And let me just say, that drummer was an absolute beast. While the pianists rotated in and out, he held it down the entire time without missing a beat. Service did take a little while to get started--we waited about 15-20 minutes before anyone came by--but once they did, everything picked up and stayed consistent. The staff kept checking in and made sure we were taken care of. One thing that really stood out to me (especially coming from a hospitality background) was how they handled a situation where someone in the front row got sick. It could've easily ruined the vibe, but the staff jumped in immediately, cleaned everything thoroughly, replaced the table, and sanitized the area quickly and professionally. Super impressive. Came here for my birthday with a pre reserved section! Love thqt you can adjust your reservation 2 days before so you can get refunded on any drops. What a fun place! They have options for you to take pictures they display on monitors all night and if you have goofy friends like I do, they may write messages up there too. Food and drinks were alright. The show is based off of the audience and their song requests. They explain how it works throughout the show. Basically there is a sheet of paper on each table where you can write down your song request. Requests are played with cash or Venmo tips. We thought the piano dual was awesome. This place is the best of both worlds. A restaurant and somewhat of a karaoke bar. Book your table ahead of time to guarantee a spot. We had a party of 6 and was able to sit pretty close to the pianos. The playing and singing were great. But be prepared for them to roast you if you get on stage. We all had a great time and couldn't stop laughing. This will forever be a core memory for those in my party. The food was decent. I wouldn't say it was memorable. We were a party of 18 and they have 4 grown adults per table, we were all squeezed together, not much space at all for everyone's food/drinks. Do not come here if you are not willing to spend some money. To start off there was a $15 reservation fee per person , the drinks are kind of pricey and not that great, they want you to pay for song request, the more you pay the sooner they play/perform your song and if someone out bids you they can stop your song, I get it it's "fun" but all I could see if $$$. The guys were for the most part pretty funny but I don't think I would be going back anytime soon. read more

This was our first time here, and unfortunately, we were disappointed with the level of service. We had a 6:30 PM reservation and were seated promptly, which was appreciated. However, it took about 20 minutes before our waitress approached our table, despite there being a minimal crowd at the time and her appearing to manage only a few tables. Throughout the evening, we repeatedly had to seek out staff just to place drink and food orders. On one occasion, food was brought to our table that was not ours, and after waiting another 10 minutes, we again had to find someone to notify them of the mistake. When our platter finally arrived, it was missing the four sipping sauces that were listed as included, which required yet another attempt to locate our waitress. At times, our waitress could be seen in the kitchen on her phone, while two other servers working nearby were consistently attentive and visibly hustling all night. We stayed until 11 PM and once again had to search for her in order to receive our check. Overall, about 6 out of 8 interactions required us to actively look for our server. This type of atmosphere and dining experience requires consistent attention, which unfortunately was lacking during our visit. On another note we loved the show! read more

The "security" staff were unprofessional, aggressive, and flat-out abusive toward me for absolutely no reason. I was threatened and disrespected without any provocation, which is unacceptable in any establishment, let alone one built around music, fun, and community. Security's job is to keep guests safe, not intimidate or harass them. The way they handled themselves was beyond uncalled for, and it shows a complete lack of training, professionalism, and basic respect. We did eat dinner before the venue, but we could have opted to enjoy their bar menu. The musicians are all fun, witty, spontaneous, and able to work around the crowd to liven us all up. Highly recommend bringing cash to tip for special requests. They do have Venmo available as well. My least favorite part was how an audience member can bypass your special request/tip and make the musicians stop playing your song. My most favorite part was their exceptional service though, from the reservations, table reserved for our group, and their cocktails. They really helped make our birthday celebration so special. Even entertained our guest of honor with a special song. Fantastic and FUNtastic staff! BEST NIGHT OUT Checked in shortly before the 8 PM start time. Cover was $10. We were seated almost immediately, but unfortunately our server did not come up to our table to introduce themselves nor to take our order. After waiting 30 mins, we went to the bar and ordered with the bartender. He made our delicious drinks and had our food delivered. Food arrived about 20 mins later. We tried the chicken tenders, tartar, nachos, coconut shrimp and the chicken salad. All the food was tasty and freshly made! No complaints on food. Each drink and dish was around $14-$30 so please don't come broke to this spot. The piano dueling was perfect, absolutely hilarious and such a great time!!! My friends paid $100 for me to "borrow the mic" and sing a song which was such a special way to celebrate my new job. We danced, laughed, ate and had an incredible time. The bartender also gave us VIP passes for the next time for the inconvenience of our server not serving us. That was so great and definitely made our night, hence the 5 stars. Such a fun dueling piano bar. Came here on a Friday night and had a blast. We made reservations online just so we can have a more comfortable seat. We only ordered drinks so not sure about the food. The pianists were so talented and they were great at keeping it fun. Their banter with the audience and with each other was very entertaining. The parking is small for the bar and we had to go around in circles to finally get into the structure to park. The songs they play are based on the audience requests with money attached. The more you pay the sooner your song gets played unless someone else pays more to end your song which can happen. This is absolutely my new favorite place! I went to Piano Piano for the first time in August 2025 to celebrate my birthday and I had an unbelievable amount of fun! We had a party of 10 so I made reservations in advance and the online reservation system was very easy and the reservation policy was well explained (note: you'll have to pay cover charges in advance). They also send you a few email reminders in case you need to make any changes, which is nice. Our server was incredible and checked on us constantly. Obviously the best part of a piano bar is the performers and the 3 piano players they had were AMAZING. They kept the crowd going all night and were so much fun, and so talented! They made it a true party. They did songs from every genre (special shout out to Patty who rapped more than once!)and if you were brought up on stage for a special occasion, which I was, they have some dirty fun with you. We were very disappointed because we had been to a great dueling piano bar in the gas lamp district in San Diego, and were excited about getting to hear some great music, sing along, and drink some beers. I'll start with the good. The food was actually better than expected for bar food so that was a nice surprise. The piano playing was really good too. The problem was when the piano players opened their mouths. There were three different ones in rotation tonight. One of them was a really good vocalist, the second was average, and the third couldn't carry a tune. My main issue though was the multiple disgusting simulated sex acts and references by all the piano players in the first 30 minutes of the show. I'm not easily offended, but it was ridiculous, and not what I went to see. I definitely would not recommend this to anyone. We guzzled our 1st drink, got up and left.
