Located right inside Victoria Gardens, this Yard House is always busy with patrons who are busy shopping or trying to catch a quick game on the television. My fiancé and I came in for Octoberfest. I had previously bought my Prost pass from another Yard House, and wanted to redeem my daily $5 half yard drink. I was serviced by Brad, who is phenomenal. Shout out to him for being a quick, easy, and funny server! My fiancé and I ordered poke nachos and their cauliflower from the little machine on the table. Brad had put in my pumpkin ale drink - which to my surprise, came with a cinnamon sugar rim! Delicious! The other Yard House I went to didn't give me a fun rim, like this location. One of my favorite places for happy hour (M-F, 3-6pm). Love that they still do happy hour on holidays. It gets really crowded and wait times might get crazy after 5pm. I like their fried calamari, pizzas and sliders. I recommend upgrading the fries to truffle fries or sweet potato fries. I had two shrimp tacos and one chicken taco, and everything was good. The two Hostesses in the front were very friendly, professional, and welcoming and even let me play with their Hotwheel in the front pretending to run over my Enemigos John Wick Style before seating us in the tastefully designed dining room ;0) The Hostesses courteously matched our pace while walking us to our table and happily accommodated Austy's request to sit in a specific booth by the Kitchen Ninjas and in Master Server Anna's Section for the evening! We were on a tight schedule because of our plans to tango with the latest Gerard Butler Movie in about half an hour after we got seated, but Anna offered us excellent assistance in choosing foods that would be prepared quickly and nourish us thoroughly! Austy and I chose the Chips and Guac Appetizer and the Two Taco Plate with the Fish and Birria Tacos with the Spicy Rice and Beans. I asked Anna to recommend me a gourmet Mocktail and she happily helped me select the Scorched Melon quickly as one of her Spirit Free Favorites! From the moment we were seated, no one acknowledged our table or came over to greet us. After waiting for quite some time, we had to place our own order using the tabletop device because there was simply no service. I ordered the Shiitake Garlic Noodles, but when the dish arrived, it didn't even have any mushrooms. When I pointed this out, the food runner insisted that I had ordered the wrong item instead of checking the order or offering to help. That response was both dismissive and unprofessional. The biggest disappointment was my Korean Ribeye. I specifically ordered it medium rare, but what arrived was completely well done. Ironically, there was even a steak marker inserted that said "Rare," yet the steak itself was cooked all the way through. It was so overcooked that the texture resembled braised brisket rather than a ribeye steak. Between the lack of service, the incorrect dishes, the dismissive attitude, and the severely overcooked steak, this was one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I've had. I expect much better quality control and customer service from Yard House. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, reviews what happened during this visit, and improves both service standards and food quality so other guests don't have the same experience. read more

We got seated quicker than expected on a rainy day. This location was relatively small compared to others, but they have a lot of servers working! The best thing was they have outside seating, kinda like patio seating but all covered up and you couldn't even felt any rain coming in even when it was raining! For appetizers, we had the brussel sprouts and the queso dip. The brussel sprouts were really salty and oily. We had to dip the brussel sprouts into the sauce, which was sweet and creamy, to balance out the flavor. The queso dip was okay. Much better than the brussel sprouts. But the service was slow and the food not hot, just warm, and I swear, my Cheesesteak, while very tasty, was smaller than the one I had in Hawaii.
