Had an awesome experience at The Cut. The food was incredible -- everything came out fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The pizza was next level with a great crust and bold flavors, and you can tell they really care about quality ingredients. Adam was our waiter and he absolutely nailed it. Super attentive without being overbearing, great energy, and made sure everything came out exactly how we wanted it. He checked in at the right times and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Great atmosphere, great service, and great food. Definitely coming back -- and definitely asking for Adam again.

Love stopping by this place since it's never really packed. Great ambiance and friendly staff. It's a little on the pricey side for what it is but they have a good happy hour. I came with a friend and we got a couple of cocktails and one of each of their shareable appetizers. Everything was pretty good. I highly recommend their Crispy Calamari. The only dish I wasn't much of a fan of was the fried mozzarella. The cheese was cold and it didn't have much flavor.

Food was amazing. Very savory GIVING 3 stars due to the Storng HORRIBLE pungent smell comeing from the ice in my water. That's usually caused by Mold in the ice machine. I asked for a beer instead since I know it won't have ice. The kind waitress brought me a new water in a chilled glass and what a difference. The table next to me noticed it too. Other than that the food is 5 star's

Went to The Cut for my birthday lunch with my sisters. I was very impressed. We had mocktails, poutine fries, and flatbreads. The conversation was good and the food looked so tasty, I almost forgot to take photos. It was the weekend so they only had the brunch menu. I was a little disappointed because I checked the menu ahead of time, and had my order made up, but the food did not disappoint. I had the steak flatbread it was delicious and enough to take home. Our server Christine was excellent, she was very attentive and observant. She kept the water flowing, and saw that I liked ice and brought me a whole cup. She was friendly and welcoming. The decor is nice and simple and it wasn't loud like some places where you have to shout to be heard. I will be back and can't wait to try something else.

We went here for the first time yesterday to celebrate my husband's birthday. Cute place. Super modern. Good size but not huge by any means. It was very clean and welcoming. We had a very attentive and kind server named Victor. He took great care of me and my family. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and made some great suggestions. We ordered the fried mozzarella, bone marrow and bread and butter for appetizers. The fried mozzarella and the bone marrow were exceptional. However I was very disappointed with the bread and butter. On the menu it states that it is focaccia. It's definitely NOT focaccia and it had a very sweet flavor to it. It only came with 2 little "triangles" of bread and at a price tag of $14 I was pretty disappointed. For dinner we ordered the crispy pork belly with mushroom risotto, the steak frites, the brussel sprouts, beet salad, the French dip with tater tots and the truffle Mac and cheese. The main entrees were PHENOMENAL, especially the steaks. The chef cooking the meats knows what he's doing. He cooked both my husbands steak a perfect medium rare and my daughters steak to a perfected blue rare. This chef cooked these steaks better than most steaks I've had at other fine dining restaurants such as Mastro's, Capital Grill and Ocean 48 to name a few. Clearly, I was very impressed! All of the food in general was excellent and we were very pleasantly surprised during our first visit here. For dessert, Victor brought my husband a small birthday butter cake with ice cream to celebrate and we also ordered a chocolate cake. Holy moly the chocolate cake was good. The accompanying hazelnut gelato with the cake, not so much. It had very little flavor and basically tasted like frozen ice milk. The chocolate cake had this delicious chocolate mousse on top that is chefs kiss. The butter cake was not very good but restaurants in general, in my opinion, have big shoes to fill when they offer butter cakes. I have yet to find a restaurant that comes close to the butter cake at Mastro's. I hadn't found any restaurant yet to beat it. All in all, we had a great experience at The Cut. We will definitely be back. Great food and great service. Keep up the great work!!

Stumbled on The Cut in Rancho after seeing it on IG/TikTok and glad I did. Came for lunch on a weekday, got seated right away. The host (maybe the owner/manager?) checked in a few times and our server was on point--never had an empty cup and super attentive. I ordered the Truffle & Brie Burger. Yeah, it's $25, but worth every penny. Looked simple at first, but the flavor was unreal--juicy patty, melted brie, truffle, and pickled onions all coming together perfectly. Honestly one of the best burgers I've had. The little side salad I swapped for fries was solid too. My date had the Jerk Chicken and I had to try it--super flavorful, juicy, and the mango salsa made it pop. Definitely a winner. Didn't get to try their cocktails this time, but the menu looked great. Already planning to come back for brunch and happy hour. Solid spot with great food, service, and vibes.

    Happiest hour menu

Ambiance was good. Service was great. Food was a bit salty and but taste was good. Cut-let sandwich was just chicken sandwich which was not really better than Raising Cane's. Soup and salad was good. Bone marrow is overpriced.

I went for lunch and ordered the aged burger with tots. The tots were nice and crispy. The burger can only be ordered medi7m rare or medium. I ordered it medium. Wasn't really feeling the burger not sure what it was couldn't put my finger on it. Also ordered the butter cake. It was good. Was a little hard in the middle but the raspberry sauce and caramelized sugar is what made it. Nice set up inside, it is small location. Service was good.

A very minimalist type of environment however, the food is absolutely amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone and David was an outstanding waiter. The service was phenomenal. I will definitely return well worth the money I spent.

Another great experience at the cut. Got the Rancho Salad with Grilled Chicken today after the gym and it was amazing! Super flavorful and filling, so good that you could prob eat it without adding the chicken as it comes with bacon, but that extra protein was the cherry on top. Next time will see if I can add avocado!

Met a friend for an early dinner around 4:30 and we were seated right away. Loved that we could order from the happy hour menu without sitting at the bar. I had the "Gotta Keep Ya Gin Up" cocktail -- super refreshing and would definitely get it again. We shared the calamari, which was good but slightly over-fried. The shishito peppers and sauces were a nice bonus. For entrees, we had the banh mi steak sandwich and the chopped wedge with skirt steak -- both were solid. Ended with the donut dessert. Tasty and generously portioned, though the caramel sauce was a bit too sweet/thick for me -- the ice cream helped balance it out. Service was friendly and attentive. Looking forward to coming back and trying more

It's got a nice view, nice ambiance, good 90's-2000s music and then towards the end of the night some Bad Bunny and Spanish rock, It had comfortable seating options. We only came here for drinks and to watch the sunset. Our server was so kind, friendly, and patient (wish I got her name). My husband wasn't sure what he wanted and she offered a few suggestions that were pretty tasty. She also kept checking in on us even though we weren't ordering food. The night ended with us watching the fireworks from ONT field. Overall a great experience! Highly recommend trying.

I normally give credit where credit is due, but this restaurant completely ruined our Mother's Day…read morebrunch. We had a 1:00 PM reservation and were told after checking in that the wait would only be 20-30 minutes. We ended up waiting about 40 minutes and were then seated at a tiny table for six people with the sun directly hitting us the entire time. Our waitress greeted us with only one menu and said she didn't have any more. We asked about bottomless mimosas and she responded, "I don't know, I saw one person doing it but I don't think so." How does a server not know whether the restaurant offers bottomless mimosas? We ordered drinks almost immediately after being seated, but they didn't arrive until 2:10 PM. It is over an hour later , while tables seated after us already had theirs. The food service was even worse: 2:09 PM: only 1 out of 6 meals arrived No silverware or napkins were provided We had to ask another server, who placed loose forks and knives directly on the table and said he only had 3 napkins 2:30 pm only 2 more plates came out Another plate arrived later by 2:33pm while 2 people still had no food at all By the time my food arrived, the waffle was dry and stiff, and the "chicken and waffles" looked like one chicken strip cut into four tiny pieces. And was $22. My son's burger came out much later, and my husband's food didn't arrive until 2:50 PM which was another $22 dry chicken and waffle plate. At that point we asked for the manager because our entire Mother's Day brunch had been spent waiting while everyone ate separately. The manager seemed completely unconcerned and said someone would handle it only after my mom asked what was he planning on doing besides apologizing as we were still missing a plate. Meanwhile, our waitress barely checked on us unless we flagged her down ourselves. No refills, no silverware, no urgency, and constant "your food is coming in two seconds" excuses. The food itself was disappointing too. Chicken and waffle Portions were tiny, flavors were off, and even the horchata colada tasted nothing like horchata. This was actually our second bad experience here. We previously came for Taco Tuesday and experienced similar disorganization, but decided to give the restaurant another chance. Huge mistake. Parking is terrible, the waiting area is overcrowded, and the restaurant felt completely unprepared and understaffed for a holiday they should have planned for. But we were sitting waiting for a drink. I heard other waitresses freaking out telling people Dont Give Out lunch menus sad that they can't even handle brunch. Honestly, you're better off going somewhere like The Broken Yolk Cafe if you want decent brunch service and to actually enjoy your meal together. Sad that a place trying to present itself as high-end. If you're gonna boast about being the first rooftop in Rancho, your service and your food and your drinks better be good. Completely ruined our Mother's Day. We will never return! The 20% off a $220 bill was paid right back at the waitress tip which, if my family hadn't paid, I would've gave her nothing. Isn't your waitress supposed to see your table that one person has food for half an hour shouldn't she go back and ask shouldn't your waitress see if you have your drinks within 40 minutes shouldn't your waitress know what you serve there shouldn't your waitress check on her tables completely ridiculous. A single rose does not make up for horrible service. I included pictures with time stamps
