Bread and oil service

Had such an amazing experience at Biest! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, open, and welcoming. One of the coolest parts of the restaurant is the open kitchen concept -- you can actually watch everything being freshly made right in front of you. Watching our pasta being handmade was such a fun and authentic touch. We ordered the Pappardelle Al Ragu pasta, which was absolutely incredible, rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The Wise Guy Pizza with spicy salami was equally delicious with the perfect balance of heat and flavor. The focaccia bread with the oil service was also outstanding and such a great way to start the meal. SOOO FRESH!!! As someone who makes bread at home, they definitely know what they are doing. To top it all off, they surprised us with a complimentary pistachio cheesecake that was honestly to die for. Easily one of the best desserts we've had in a long time. The service made the experience even better -- our waitress was so kind and attentive, and the manager checked in on us throughout the meal which made us feel genuinely cared for. Overall, an incredible dining experience and definitely a place we'll keep coming back to!

Found this place near my house and decided to try it out of curiosity. It's on a lot right next to U-Grill. To start off the drinks were delicious and came with a nice presentation. The food?! Delicious! The service was also amazing! To top it off it's also budget friendly! I'll definitely be coming back. Come in and enjoy with friends or family.

Wow we had such a great experience here. We were somewhat of a big party but we didn't feel rushed at all. The servers and staff were so incredibly nice and helpful when it came to helping us with wines and entrees to get. We love it here and can't wait to be back!

Came here for a late Mother's day dinner on a Wednesday with my daughter and the server Lisa was very attentive to us she was very sweet as well as informative. We had the calamari very fresh! The pizza and the homemade pasta all top notch. Chef sent us something yummy to try pastry wrapped with cheese and pistachios also very yummy. Finished it all off with dessert a fig panna cotta omgee soooo good we definitely will be back thankyou BIEST!!!

First, I want to preface that yesterday was the grand opening, and is not the same menu, nor chef, nor recipes of before. With that being said, only bar seating was available. Our server greeted us promptly. His name was Jesse, and he was very helpful and patient. Because it was opening night, no modifications were allowed. One thing that was really disappointing was that they charge per $4.50 per soda (tiny cup with ice) which is not written on the menu nor disclosed to us. Not worth $9.00 for 2 cups of soda. I forgot to mention they do provide you with complimentary bread with oil and vinegar (9/10) hot and served fresh. Here's what we ordered: Spicy arrabiata gnocchi, stuffed with ricotta: 7/10 It was good, but I wasn't a huge fan of the gnocchi, but to be fair, I just wanted something spicy (they did not have crushed red peppers). The sauce was good (9/10). However, it was a little bit salty. Also, not worth the price for the portion and no protein offered for 24.00 dollars. Chefs pizza bianco: 9/10 One of the best things we had and the flavors were there. I'm not a huge fan of mushrooms, but everything else about it was great. It would've been a 10/10, if they put a little bit more arugula and had an option to add a protein. Great price as well. Ribeye: 7/10 Not worth $65.00 (no sides) only the costs of the steak. Steak was not even cooked to order (I asked for med rare and it was more like medium). It was a little tough. Honestly, Longhorns bone in ribeye is wayyyyy better and cheaper and comes with side's. This was almost as disappointing as the $4.50 can of soda. Pasta Carbonnara: 9/10 Full of flavor and delicious. Crowd favorite. Overall, it is a hit or a miss. But, I'm hoping they will allow modifications at some point and maybe review the reviews. There's definitely potential. I was so excited to come back as we discovered this place before they shut down. Aesthetically, it's beautiful inside. The restrooms as separated from the sinks (sinks are outside of great room area). Our total was $157.33 for the two of us which is on the pricier side. We will come back to try other dishes and will update accordingly.

Panna cotta

The food was splendid! We had the vodka pasta al dente, pizza and the chef brought us out some panna cotta to try. I can say the service was amazing and fast. Although fast it was well made. It was not busy and the place was really clean and open.

Walked in for dinner on Sunday night. There were just two tables seated before us, and three that came while we were seated. The waitress was nice however. We always put in our full order at the same time, and let the waitress know that we would like the appetizer first, then the main course, and afterwards dessert. We had maybe 2-3 minutes in between each dish coming out .... This is our table with our appetizer, two main dishes, and dessert in the corner. Between my husband and I we like to get share plates and share the dishes so we had barely gotten a chance to pour our plates when the next courses were rolling out. I was honestly shocked. Food was okay...no complaints but not what expected from any restaurant as far as dishes coming out and really not why I've experienced ever before. I felt rushed and kind of like they wanted us to eat and get out.

Vodka pasta

I was looking for a some Italian food and found this hidden gem. Everything I had is 10/10. The staff and chefs were also incredibly nice. Also, the restaurant is cute too.

We were waiting 25 mins for food, but it was great, celebrated Mother's Day ‍ Excellent food, wonderful service, and a great atmosphere. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Highly recommend!

NY strip with a side of shrimp & pancetta Mac and Cheese

The food was tasty! Appetizer was an octopus carpaccio and dinner I ordered the NY strip with a side of the shrimp & pancetta Mac and Cheese. Yum! The inside is nice, clean and well lit.

My friends and I came here for dinner and it was not busy at all. The ambience was nice and lovely with the dimmed lights and cute vibes. As for the food, we ordered the cesar a la parmasano, stuffed portobello mushrooms, pappardelle pasta, risotto, and a pizza margherita. For dessert, we tried the tiramisu. My favorite out of all the dishes was the pizza margherita as it was savory but not too heavy! I would come here again to try the rest of the dishes!

The service was great. We went on a Thursday evening and basically had the restaurant to ourselves which was good for us. Unfortunately they didn't have any prosciutto so I couldn't order the things that looked most interesting on the menu. What we did have was good and we're likely to come again. It's a beautiful restaurant it's just in an area we don't really go to. I would recommend it for a quiet date night.

Okayyyy this place made SUCH a good first impression. They started us off with warm fresh bread and…read morebutter and honestly... that already had me sold. Nothing hits harder than fresh bread at the table. We ordered the calamari and it was chef's kiss. Super crispy, perfectly seasoned, not greasy at all, and the marinara tasted so fresh and homemade. Like the kind of appetizer you accidentally keep eating even when you swear you're saving room for your entrée. The Caesar salad was also so good -- perfectly dressed, fresh, crunchy, and balanced without being overly heavy. For my main, I got the Penne alla Vodka with added chicken and WOW. The sauce was rich, creamy, flavorful, and had that perfect comforting pasta energy. The chicken was juicy, the pasta was cooked perfectly, and every bite just hit. You know a pasta dish is good when the whole table goes silent for a minute. Everything tasted high quality and made with care, which honestly makes such a difference. Definitely one of those spots where you immediately start planning what you're ordering next time before you even leave. Can't wait to come back and try the rest of the menu because if this was the first impression... I already know there are more hits waiting.

This half Italian can run rather brutal in Italian restaurant reviews. This is because my recently…read morelate Momma could humiliate almost every Italian restaurant in the Inland Empire. So I adjust out of fair play. This restaurant violated one of my strict restaurant rules, that applies to all cuisines: if you walk in and don't smell any food of any kind -- if the place smells like nothing -- turn and walk out immediately. But since YELP insisted this was a go, I stayed. TIP TO THE OWNER: if I were you, just before you open each night, I'd roast some garlic and hide it in the dining room -- maybe with a small fan on it. I'm not kidding. Okay, we were greeted by Sinatra in the air and Veronica, who gave us a gracious 'Italian' welcome. This is as much a part of the experience as anything. I've recently been to a new Italian spot that flubbed this. We were nudged towards risotto balls, which I'll be honest I've never managed to try but yum they both were. As was the marinara served with them, which is more of a delicate art than people understand. Some rolls came out and they were freshly made and delightful. They weren't doused in salt and so they needed that dash of provided soft whipped butter. So good I had one more roll than I wanted. Veronica made an excellent wine recommendation and off we were awaiting our entrees. We got there at opening and so we were seated in the bar/dining side. Ambiance was pretty okay but needed tweaking. I know tablecloths can scare off budget customers, but the room needed some warmth and that would have helped. Also bright setting sunlight was pouring in and I'd recommend lovely blinds for such occasions. The door at the bar leading into the back needs some paint. My vegetarian partner in crime got the eggplant parmesan, something both the menu and Veronica particularly recommended as a house specialty. It was good, but to this half Italian, not as special as it needs to be. Proper Egg Parm must absolutely melt in your mouth. If you must chew the eggplant at all, it's 'chewy' and not authentic. Look on YouTube, find an Italian -- do what you can to fix this. Trust me. My Chicken Piccata was good too, but not great. It was off somehow. To my tastebuds it wasn't creamy. If the owners PM me, I can tell you of two places within 40s minutes that do this plate properly. I enjoyed it, finished it, but I wouldn't order it again. Each of our plates came with two carrots, two pieces of broccoli, and two wedges of roasted potato. We could have had pasta but went with these sides. THEY WERE SHOCKINGLY GOOD. Not over cooked, not over seasoned, just perfect. It's an extremely odd experience to have a great wine, great appetizer, great bread, great sides -- but merely good entrees. This ate a star, sorry. We will return and try two other entrees. If they too disappoint, we likely won't return. But understand we want you to be great, because I strolled into Brio later and it was noisy cringe.

been going there for 15 years me and my family and always have a great experience, food y great ,…read moreservice is very good, and ambience y great,

We went here for mother's day. It was my first time here. It is definitely a pricier establishment…read moreso I was looking forward to finally trying it out. We sat outside and the ambiance (both inside and outside) were nice. The outside was definitely a lot quieter than inside, and the server next to us even offered to turn on the heaters (though not needed). I enjoyed being outside. We started off with appetizers which included grilled octopus and oysters. Although, even though they were on ice, the oysters weren't cold enough for me. Still, we downed them with the fresh horseradish and cocktail sauce and just prayed about it later lol. My family liked the grill octopus. It was tender and had a very smokey char flavor but if I'm being honest, it was not MY favorite so I probably would not personally order again. Even my mom said she thought it was "just alright." I ordered the Branzino and it lacked in flavor. I was not a fan of the green sauce it had on the side. It was not completely terrible, but not great either. It was cooked well and crispy, but that's all I can say for it as even Tabasco didn't make it great. The best thing of the night was probably the lamb chops and the cheese ravioli. They were both cooked well & tasted great so if I were to come back Id stick to pasta and that. The lychee mocktails & their ricotta cheesecake were probably my favorite things on the menu. The tart was decent. Our waiter was slow at times and kept either forgetting certain drinks or what we asked of him or the kitchen was just slower than usual. I'm not sure which, but service wasn't on par with the price point in my opinion. Luckily we were pretty relaxed, but my mom had finished her food by the time her wine arrived. Overall, it was an ok night. My family at least had fun and enjoyed their time there. The food was presented nicely, and service was OK as a whole but I'm not sure I'd come back on my own accord again. Definitely nice to say I've visited & tried it out at least once though!

It comes with chopped clams, garlic in a white wine sauce and also has a few whole clams in shell. It was so good. It was very "seafoody" which was just what I was craving.
