Heather Marie always greets us with a smile, she's very courteous and polite, checking on our table regularly to see if we need anything else. Girlfriend and I stopped by on the weekend for some Brunch, restaurant seems to be very popular so I had high hopes! To begin, you can't join the waitlist online or over the phone, only in person once you arrive. So you can sit out in the sun while you wait to be seated (which takes quite a while). Before that, prepare for the war that is the parking lot, I circled the lot about 5 times before I was lucky enough to snag a spot. Once seated, it took about 10 minutes to be checked in on by our server. We also had to change our chairs, as there was syrup on both of them. And another wait for even our waters to be brought out. The water tasted dirtier than tap water, so not the best impression. Our food finally came out, and as excited as we were to finally eat: we had to wait again as we hadn't been given any utensils and had to request some. Mimosa flight was disappointing, not very flavorful. Which is good if you love the taste of pure champagne! Ranchero Skillet was also okay, looked like it would've been super flavorful but it was actually quite bland. Girlfriend got the El Fuego Omelette, which despite its name was not very spicy. But overall she enjoyed it once she added a healthy dose of salt and pepper, which it needed. Overall, the food and service were okay! And it's a very lively and busy place. Went yesterday for my birthday for the first time and honestly my wife and I really enjoyed our time there. From the food to the service and to the food overall it was all really good. I got the salmon Benedict, which by the way it wasn't bad but the salmon could've tasted better, if anything more fresh. My wife got something with chorizo and she really enjoyed it. Upon entering no wait at about 9am, when we sat we were greeted by our lovely server Katherin. She was very welcoming, kind and made our experience this morning wonderful. She checked in on us, and made sure we were happy with our meal. I got the smoked salmon Benedict and it was delicious. The portion size was big! I loved the hash browns on the side and their rancho sauce to give me a bit of yummy kick (ask for this because it doesn't come with the Benedict) The table was clean and the music was nice! Went for a late meal after working out across the street and we were able to be seated with no wait! The server was pleasant and able to offer some suggestions. We ended up getting the bottle of champagne for mimosas so share at the table. Can never go wrong with mimosas. I tried the chorizo skillet and my cousin got a burger and onion rings. The skillet tasted okay but thought it would be a larger dish. The potatoes needed some seasonings they were just thin sliced potatoes under the other ingredients. Loved the condiment basket that had everything you needed from Ketchup and hot sausage to salt and pepper. We sat outside where there were plenty of umbrellas for shade since it was a hot day. I was really looking forward to trying the food, and after waiting an hour and a half, I was hoping to be amazed by the menu. Unfortunately, it was pretty basic, nothing really stood out. The food wasn't bad, but it definitely wasn't worth the long wait for me. Because of that, I probably won't be returning. That said, if you're looking for a cute spot with a great aesthetic and food that photographs well for Instagram, this is definitely a good place for that. I love powdered sugar lol The lemon ricotta pancakes were 7/10 for me on this day. My husband got the Chicken Fried Steak & Eggs. He loved it. His hashbrowns were exceptionally good. The drinks were delicious. Our favorite was the pineapple matcha--it really had that pineapple flavor. The two types of avocado toast were the perfect size. Our sweet trio felt a little overcooked but overall the flavor was good. Service was quick and they are quick to clean up a plate.
