Nice ambience for a business dinner. The appetizer of spinach dip and crispy shrimp was excellent. I asked the waitress what is their best selling item and she recommended the ribeye. It cooked it rare and it was average tasting nothing really special about the meat. We also got a side dish of the macaroni and cheese with lobster that was very tasty. The brussels sprouts with bacon was also very delicious. The broccoli was average. The asparagus was tasty however they did not trim the ends of the asparagus so it was woody. Overall experience very average for the price that was paid.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Wow! This is the best steakhouse I've ever had in my life. My wife and I came here for our Anniversary and we were extremely satisfied. The service and food were exceptional! 100/10! I ordered the Porterhouse with the Lobster Mac and cheese, and the Brussels sprouts! My wife had the filet mignon with the lobster tail. Must try!!!!

Been wanting to try this place out for a while now! My bestie and I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here last night! I made a reservation for us online. We arrived a little before our reservation, but they were able to seat us right away. Love the decor in the place! It's very elegant, clean and roomy. The lighting strikes the perfect balance--bright enough to see your meal beautifully, yet soft enough to preserve the intimate, upscale ambiance. Liliana was our server and she was excellent. We were having trouble deciding on what to order, so she brought us some waters and bread and butter for the table. The bread appeared to be freshly baked or at least warmed and the butter was soft-churned so it was easy to spread. Wonderful! We decided to share the jumbo lump crab cakes which were so flavorful and loaded with delicious crab! I was a little surprised they weren't served with a dipping sauce, but it honestly wasn't needed. We each decided to get the 6 oz filet with 3 jumbo shrimp. The sides are shareable, so we ordered the grilled asparagus and mashed potatoes. Everything was incredible! Our filets were cooked to perfection and were like cutting into butter. So fresh and flavorful. The plates really do sizzle as they're finished with clarified butter and parsley. The shrimp were a nice addition to the plate. The grilled asparagus was a great way to add greens to the meal, though I didn't try the hollandaise sauce that came with it. The mashed potatoes were creamy and seasoned perfectly! I can see why this place has such amazing reviews! We also didn't feel rushed during our meal and were able to casually sit there, chatting and enjoying taking our time. I honestly can't wait to go back and try more of the menu!

The ambiance is nice and welcoming. The restaurant is very nice inside. The filet mignon and the grilled shrimp were cooked just right. Tender and juicy. Both very tasty! The mashed potatoes and the vegetables were enough for 2. We had some left over to take home. The chicken was very good and not overcooked. The hot fudge cake was very good! Well worth it! Everything is à la carte in case you have never been here. You order your main dish and, for 2, you can share the sides. Enjoy!!

Had a pretty great experience here with only minor hiccups. Service - Great, our server was awesome. French Onion - I thought it was really good and flavorful. My dad thought it was passable. Carpaccio - I was super excited for this as I only rarely see this at restaurants, but they were out! Very disappointing, but I can't hold it against them unless this is a regular occurrence. Jumbo Lump Crab Cake - This was the worst crab cake I've ever eaten. It was extremely "fishy" and had lots of hard bits in it. Not sure if this was the style, but it was disgusting. I could barely eat any. My dad said it was fine. Chopped Salad - Fine, neutral. Dressing could pop a lil bit more to give it some identity. Otherwise it was okay as a placeholder generic salad. Ribeyes - Excellent, very unique. My dad's was overcooked (medium instead of medium rare). I traded him since I'm less picky. The way they season and cook it was extremely flavorful, melt in your mouth, almost like a wagyu. One of the best ribeyes I've had. Steak sauces - Mid, bland. Not the worst, not the best. Halibut - Only had a bite, but seemed pretty tasty. Creamed Spinach - Yummy. A nice touch. I rarely see creamed spinach at nice restaurants so it was a great change of pace. Sauteed Mushrooms - Sliced very thinly with onions which I thought was a great stylistic choice vs standard button mushrooms. I like it either way but I appreciated the uniqueness. Asparagus - Just typical neutral veg, perfectly fine. The hollandaise it comes with is a nice touch. Creme Brulee - Perfect, but totally normal, which is a good thing. No innovation necessary. In summary, I would return. Lots of things were great, a couple things were concerning. But overall I had quite a positive experience.

My partner and I went to Cornelio's steakhouse on a Friday night and it was good to see that it was busy but with no wait time. Also love the large parking lot in the back, it's never been hard to find parking. We ordered a rack of lamb and a steak with plentiful sides of mashed potatoes and mushrooms, overall the entrees were pretty good and well cooked. The calamari was seasoned great with a good crunch. The chocolate molten cake was tasty but unfortunately did not have any melt so it was more of a decadent chocolate cake which paired very well with the berries and ice cream. The item that really blew our minds though: that beautiful starter of bread and butter--let me tell you that I haven't had such good bread and butter in a while. The bread was perfectly toasted on the outside with a soft and warm inside and the butter was an addictive perfectly salted entity that was to die for. We would honestly come back just for that bread, so delicious!

Service was beyond excellent!! My server Alleeta was so sweet and very attentive and welcoming... kudos to the chef The filet was like butter melting in your mouth everything was very well seasoned and perfectly cooked to perfection. The New York strip had a perfect chard and was cooked to perfection.. dessert was delightful

This restaurant is across the way from Ontario Mills in a small strip mall. The parking was a little challenging for a Friday night. The inside was cozy and felt intimate. Great for a date night! We stood with the hostess for a good long time despite there being plenty of tables and servers. We were eventually seated but the waitress seemed busy. After waiting a while again, the host took our order. The ribeye, lobster, Brussel sprouts and the baked potato were all very good. I loved the bread that we started with. Unlike other steakhouses, the bread was not refillable. They were going to charge for more bread. Overall, the food was delicious. I think the service could be better for a place like this.

Went here on a whim last night to try a new steak house. We got the Caesar salad, brussels sprouts macaroni and cheese and the 6oz filet and the 8oz filet. The bread was really yummy. My filet was cooked medium well when I requested medium rare. My husbands was opposite. I required them to make a new one. For $50+ I wasn't settling for over cooked. The second one to come out was much better but really nothing exciting. The salad, Mac and Cheese and Brusssels were just MID as my teenagers would say. Definitely not high-end steakhouse quality. I guess the best way to describe this place is it wants to be high end, but the food needs a lot of work. The ambience and the staff were great. The servers were very attentive and kind. Overall.... It's not the worst experience but definitely on the Low end for a good steakhouse. It was more Logan's steakhouse food quality with a champagne type ambience. If that's makes sense. For the price vs food quality, I'm not sure we will return.

Tried it for the first time and all I can say is I'm coming back soon.. the steak was delicious the sides are shareable size we were a party of 4 and we ordered 4 sides and it was more than enough for all of us great service and environment highly recommend it.

A friend recommended this place a few months ago and we ended up coming here for an early birthday dinner for my sister. It's off of 4th street in the same lot as Sonic and across from Ontario Mills. I would eat here again versus one of the big chains for sure. I ordered the 8oz filet mignon medium rare and it came out like on the border of medium well, but it was delicious! It was seasoned perfectly, I could smell the butter when they brought it to the table and it was a great piece of steak. For the sides, I loved the creamed spinach followed by the sauteed mushrooms. The Mac and cheese I'd skip. It was more liquid than I'd like and it wasn't anything spectacular. For starters we had the calamari and it was delicious, just wish they gave us more for the table. The bread was very good and I used it to eat the artichoke dip which was alright. I'd rather order the creamed spinach over the artichoke dip. I had their Caesar salad and it was perfect! Not too tangy or soggy and it really didn't need anything extra but I did add pepper at some point and I think it was fine without it. The French Onion soup to me was passable (I read another review that said it too), but I'm not a French Onion soup fan. Read the other reviews and did not order dessert, plus we were too full after all of that food. Our server was Liz and she took great care of us. This restaurant is inside of a small space that's part of a shopping plaza so don't expect a big sprawling dining area with fancy features. They have a bar a television or two and it's table dining only, no booths. We were four girls having a girls dinner and even we were trying to channel our inside voice because there's literally people sitting all around you like you're at a wedding or banquet event. We did dress up a little, but there were people that rolled in with tennis shoes and shorts and a polo shirt, but for the most part no one was dressed like they were going to run errands. I'd come back because it's such a small intimate space and you feel like you're being taken care of here and the food is excellent. Skip Flemming's, Texas Brazil and Fogo de Chao and come here instead.

Amazing food and service. The steaks were superb, but it excludes side dishes, so it is very expensive. The vegetables, side dishes, baked bread excellent. We are out of town, and decided to stop by due to the many great reviews, we will be coming back. Alita, our waitress was excellent. The owner was apparently the one that prepared our dishes; tender. Highly recommend this location. The restaurant is also very clean and fancy.

Where do I begin? We just ate here for NYE. Rebecca our service was so nice and very informative about the menu. We had the salmon wellington with oscar crabcake add on, loaded mashed potatoes, chopped salad, 6oz filet with shrimp. For dessert we had the creme brulee. Omg it was all delicious and we would come back again!

All the meats were juicy, tender, and packed with flavor, and the salad bar had an excellent variety of fresh options. The sides were just as delicious, especially the French fries, cheese bread balls, and fried plantains. The service was hands down one of the highlights of our visit. The staff was incredibly attentive and consistently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Even the manager came by to offer us water and ask if there was a specific cut of meat we wanted. He made sure it could be brought out right away, which really showed how much they care about providing an exceptional dining experience. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, with soft background music that made it easy to enjoy our meal and conversation. It sounded fancy, and honestly, who isn't always in the mood for brunch? We headed over and were pleasantly surprised by the ambiance. Not quite a restaurant per se, more like a cute little dining nook that decided to dress up for company. We were seated at a wooden half‑circle booth with plush pillows, which felt both cool and weirdly comforting, like brunching inside a stylish treehouse. Our waitress was sweet, attentive, and had that effortless "I've got you" energy. The Wife locked in the eggs Benedict, and I went for steak and eggs. Portions? Generous. Flavor? On point. The Wife will tell you the bacon was a tad firm, she's particular, but everything else was deliciously stacked on a biscuit like a little brunch monument. My steak was cooked perfectly, and the eggs were buttery enough to qualify as a personality trait. The martini that tied it all together? Exceptional. All in all, the service, food, and ambiance blended beautifully. We'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu.

I had heard that management had changed, so maybe that explains the very disappointing service we experienced the last time we dined in. We ordered wine, calamari, and two pasta dishes. When our food arrived, our server repeatedly asked if we needed a box to pack it to go. We had literally just received our entrees, and my wine glass was still full. There were no other tables dining at the time, so there was absolutely no reason to rush us. A few minutes later, another employee came over and asked if we needed a box as well. Then our server comes back and asks us if we need a box again. At that point, it was honestly becoming uncomfortable. We were clearly still eating and hadn't even finished our wine. Then, shortly after, our server dropped the check on the table without saying anything. My boyfriend finally spoke up and told her that we were still having dinner and that repeatedly being asked about a box was making us feel rushed. We hadn't even finished our wine, which was clearly visible. Her only response was that she was sorry, but there was no explanation for why we were being treated that way. We just left exact cash and just ended up walking out. Unfortunately, the entire dine-in experience gave us a very strange vibe. There seemed to be a lack of awareness among the staff, while the Asian manager was hovering around and very creepily staring, walking in and out of the restaurant peeking through the windows.

Sixteen years can go by in the blink of an eye... unless you walk into Steer 'n Stein…read more I moved back to Rancho Cucamonga in 2010, and somehow all those years since then have flown by. But every time I come here, it feels like 2010, 2011, or 2013 all over again. Back when life felt a little simpler, before everything got a little crazy. While Rancho has grown and spots around Victoria Gardens keep coming and going, this place has stayed exactly the same. It also brings back even older memories of going to the original Chino location with my grandparents as a kid, which makes it hit on a deeper level. This is not just a restaurant to me. It is tied to different chapters of my life. We dined in for the first time in about eight or nine years, and it felt like nothing had changed in the best way. Same menu, same warm and attentive service, same familiar steakhouse atmosphere that just feels comfortable and genuine. The food still delivers. The stockyard steak is reliable, the baked potato comes out piping hot, and the French toast is still a standout. Even the simple house salad works. Crisp, fresh, and no frills. And your drink will never go empty. There is something special about a place that does not try to reinvent itself. It just stays consistent, and in doing so, it becomes part of your story. My only small critique is the credit card surcharge being passed on to customers. I understand it, but it would feel more seamless if it were built into the pricing. Time keeps moving, Rancho keeps evolving, and life keeps changing... but this place stays right where you left it. And that might be its greatest strength.
