The only thing that is iffy is getting parking at the lot nearby. The place was really spacious and it wasn't that busy when I went. I took this bowl to go because I wanted to go grab some juice nearby. I really enjoyed the sweet potato in this bowl and I really also liked how everything just mixed well together with the flavors. I do think there's a lot of kale and I couldn't really finish it. Also, it does normally come with almonds, but in case you do have any allergies, they promptly let you know and can remove it if necessary. This was my second visit to Sweetgreen in Rancho Cucamonga and I had another good experience. I'm currently on the Daniel Fast, and Sweetgreen made it easy to customize a bowl that fit my needs. I built my own with greens, warm and cold sweet potatoes, quinoa, carrots, mushrooms, and other vegetables. I ordered balsamic and olive oil on the side but didn't need them because the bowl was flavorful on its own. Everything tasted fresh and satisfying. Customer service was good and everyone was friendly. My friend ordered a drink and wasn't told there were no refills; I asked at the end just to double-check and was told refills aren't available. Not a big issue for me since I brought my own water, but worth noting. The restroom was clean, though it uses an air dryer instead of paper towels, which made opening the door a little awkward. Overall, I'd still recommend Sweetgreen for fresh, customizable meals, especially for plant-based eating or dietary restrictions. read more

I've had sweetgreen at this location maybe about a dozen times now. The first year they opened, it was pretty tasty and consistent. My last two visits were horrible. I thought my first bad experience was a one off but today confirmed my suspicion. The reviews are correct, quality of food has gone down. The staff members are friendly but it's not enough to overlook the poor quality. I usually get the caramelized steak bowl and it's usually pretty good. I just literally had the worst experience of my life! And that's saying a lot. I basically met dumb and dumber of the century working at this establishment. Their names are Melissa and Brie (I think. Couldn't understand her). I literally came just to get french fries since they have this new avocado oil thing going and it became the worst moment of my life. I hope karma gets them and the suffer through what I had to suffer through. I came in and went to the register to order fries to go. They rudely told me I had to get in line as if I was ordering bowls and such. I let them know it was only for fries but they just rolled their eyes as if I was talking nonsense, so I got in line. No problem. I'm moving with the line and Melissa, in the most smug manner, said I need to "wait by the greens" to order. She was murmuring so I literally asked her three times what the heck she was trying to say. Finally, I understood and moved back to the "greens" which is by the salads. There's no sign, but I guess I should just know this? When it finally was my turn, I asked for an order of fries and they said it would take 15 min to make. Keep in mind... the line I was in took 17 min already. I told them that the reason I was placing the order in the beginning at the cash register was so they can start making the damn fries. I asked why they couldn't think ahead? It would be fine if they kindly apologized but they said they didn't hear me or know I was just ordering fries. Like wtfffffff. Also, besides all this... how is taking 17 min to order when there was at least 3 of them there. And there were only three parties ahead of me. This location in Victoria Gardens is the most convenient for us to visit since it's right off of the 15 freeway, so we can easily drop by on our way to or from family visits. I love that the food here is always fresh and has healthy options. My go-to order is the Harvest Bowl with roasted chicken, roasted sweet potatoes, apples, goat cheese, roasted almonds, wild rice, shredded kale, and balsamic vinaigrette. It's so delicious and a very generous size. The service is always efficient and they have plenty of seating. Now we just need one in Las Vegas. read more

The reason why I'm giving this a 4/5 stars is because of the service and the pricing. This place has definitely changed, management could care less. This is the second time I order for our office staff and have missing protein in our bowls. The total bill each time has been around the $200, yet they dont seem to take the time to double check each bowl before it goes out. I drove back to the restaurant and let one of the ladies know, I then proceeded to tell her that this was the second time and that I would need to speak to management. It took three times of me asking before she decided to come over. She stated that the person that was helping me was a manager as well, to which I said that she should have introduce herself as one. She then replied with, "well she is in training", needless to say the lack of care at this location is on the rise. Once management is indifferent on the improvement of her staff and the establishment be ready to expect poor service. We were offered samples of the kale salad. There are so many options when it comes to putting your salad together which is made, chosen and put together in front of you.
