I recently tried Noodos, a Chinese restaurant, and had a really great experience there. One thing I immediately noticed was that the staff spoke both fluent English and Mandarin, which made the experience feel very welcoming. There was a really sweet man working there who was incredibly helpful. I mentioned that I have a peanut allergy, and since many of their dishes normally come with peanuts, I asked if it would be possible to remove them. He immediately said no problem. What I appreciated even more was that he double-checked on me while I was eating and reassured me by saying "no peanuts," which really eased my mind. At a lot of places I've been to, when I mention my peanut allergy it sometimes feels like it goes right past them and they don't really take note of it. Here, they clearly paid attention and took it seriously, which meant a lot. The restaurant itself is also really spacious and calming, which makes it a nice place to sit and enjoy your meal. And the food was so good. The noodles were cooked just right, and honestly nothing feels better than having Chinese food that reminds you of home. I miss homemade Chinese food sometimes, so it was really comforting to find a place like this that brings that feeling back. read more

This place was such an unexpected hit, authentic handmade noodles, great texture and flavorful broth. The service is nice and quick, interior is clean and plenty of seating, the parking lot is also huge. I loved the Chinese burger/sandwich, crispy handmade bread with seasoned meat+chilis+cilantro. It is packed with filling and the outside is a perfect level of grilled. The beef noodle soup with hand pulled noodle has a very clean yet savory broth with chewy noodles, and you can spice it up with chili oil and vinegar condiments on the table. Small mom and pop / family run type restaurant or cafe located in a strip mall with plenty of parking. The folks here are very friendly and I feel like you're visiting family friends when you come here. Their menu has a lot of dishes showcasing fresh hand pulled noodles, along with various dumplings and a few other Chinese classic sides, etc. Within the last month, I actually have been here twice. Once for dinner after work (and on National Fried Chicken Day) and recently to bring my family here when they were in town for a tournament my niece was a part of. The dishes I ordered/tried: Dan Dan noodles, fried chicken wings, beef noodle soup, and the soup dumplings. Also tried the plum drink. Honestly, everything I've had here was tasty. The noodles had a great chew and were cooked perfectly. The wings were very crispy and the dumplings were structurally sound. Nice level of spice and the dishes that you can adjust to taste as well. Finally had time to try to this place and it was pretty good! They took over the bb.q chicken location and it's quite small and very minimal inside. The menu is pretty limited. When I pass through Rancho Cucamonga, I like to stop at this shopping plaza for dinner. We decided on Noodos as a quick bite and we wanted to support a new business. We are so glad that we stopped by. The hostess took our order and seemed a little flustered with the POS machine. One of the items I ordered, didn't have a button programmed in yet, so she apologized profusely and offered each of my kids a beverage on the house. We went with the beef noodle soup, scallion pancakes, Dan dan noodles, and pork and chive dumplings. Let me say...this was some of the best noodles I've had in a while. The noodles are made fresh to order. They have a awesome chewy texture that is hard to describe. The beef soup noodle had a clear broth and served with loads of beef, cilantro, and green onions. Scallion pancakes come in a generous portion and was lightly pan fried and flaky. Dan Dan noodles was spicy and a little different from the taiwanese sesame cold noodles that I was used to. Their Dan Dan noodles was full of minced pork and fried chilis. The dumplings were juicy and full of flavor. Like the noodles, these were made fresh to order. The dumpling wrapper was thick and chewy. The restaurant has been open for less than a month, so the restaurant was new. Overall I was surprised to find such an authentic Chinese restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga. Looks like they are still figuring things out and tweaking the menu. Excited to come back soon. read more

This place is actually pretty good. They came up on Yelp and decided to give them a try. They make fresh hand pulled noodles and it was good in the soup. We ordered the Tomato and Egg soup with flat noodles, Chicken Pine Dumplings, and the Cucumber Salad. They all tasted good. I really liked the Tomato and Egg soup, I was expecting it to have a slightly thicker broth but it had a different flavor compared to other places I've tried in the San Gabriel Valley but it was pretty good. The beef roll was delicious, however it was a little too floppy and could have been a little better as it kinda fell apart when we picked it up. The beef noodle soup was delicious! The broth had a perfect flavor of beef and there was no gaminess at all. Tasted very fresh. The service was fast and the service was very attentive. Inside was really clean. They had chili oil and soy sauce on the table. Over all really good. I ordered the braised beef noodle and the soup was waaaayyyyy too salty to my liking. I ordered the beef roll $12.99 for one roll, it was small AND soggy AND cold when it arrived. They put regular onion and cilantro in there which I've never had it like that with the regular onion. The pan fried dumpling skin is waaaayyy too thick and it was oily. Service was bad, they only had two cook and one server. I had to grab my own everything (ie. Hot sauce, water) because she was too busy cleaning and taking order. The food came out SLOW!!! The inside of the restaurant was nice and trendy. I will not be back there are better options close by. read more

i saw this place and wanted to go try it with my dad! i had very high hopes. but let's start with the food, my dad got the order of clear beef noodle soup with thick noodles. he's a grumpy old man so off the bat he started to complain about how thick the noodles were but that's what he ordered. i didn't take his word for it until i got my order of dandan noodles with the thin noodles. my dish had very little sauce and i ended up asked for more to go, it kind of disappointed me because i saw the reviews that it was the most ordered and it looked so good in the pictures! i will say u can tell it was made fresh BUT some of our noodles were clumped together when they got cut which kind of put our food down. i will say the beef dumplings were so good and i loved them, the scallion pancake was a bit too greasy as my dad said which i agree. the smashed cucumbers was good, the service was good, but our waiter talked very low that i couldn't hear him. the ambiance was okay when every other customer left it was quiet and no music was playing. but overall i would love to try it again but maybe on my own next time. and maybe next time my experience will be better. read more

Lazy sat noon, came out and ordered seaweed salad, pan fried dumplings and the beef noodle soup with preserved vegetables. the owner offered me free deserts. the jelly desert TASTE authentic . So good. Their noodle were handmade, you can see the chef make noodle from the scratch, that's crazy and cool. The noodle soup itself is great, the beef and vegetables are fresh. I waited 40 minutes for a simple noodle in a nearly empty restaurant--only two other customers were there. When the food finally arrived, it was the wrong order. They also had a "grand opening promotion" sign clearly posted on the door, with no expiration date. But when we asked about it, we were told it was over TODAY. Apparently, they can decide the promotion ends whenever they want, and justify it with: "The store reserves the final right of interpretation." It's frustrating to be misled by unclear promotions and then made to wait this long for something so basic--and still not get it right. The chili oil is excellent, fragrant, spicy, and adds just the right kick without overpowering the dish. Easily one of the best I've had. The cucumber salad might actually steal the show, though. It's perfectly balanced with sweet, citrusy, and salty notes, and the cilantro on top is such a good touch, it ties everything together and makes it super refreshing. Finished shopping Ontario mills and wanted to try a new Chinese restaurant that had dumplings and noodles. Probably the best, new quick Chinese food you could want. Five stars because the taste is definitely there and if you want some simple Chinese food this is it. Nothing crazy and no gimmicks.
