Bad service attitude, collect tips on your own initiative. The meals take a long time.

BUT where they lack in creativity or modernity they make up in EXECUTION/QUALITY. All the dishes were so good. They also have dim sum on the dinner menu! The crab was fried to perfection. You could easily bite in to get the meat. We had two crabs dishes... The house signature black pepper and the fried crab. The French beef dish was so tender I was surprised they could do it that well. The macau pork belly had the perfect amount of crisp and not too much fat. The Beijing duck comes with the duck like shredded so I'd be aware of that. I still found it to be really good tho and to have a ton of meat. The scallop and shrimp dumplings from the dim sum menu were solid. Nothing special but they were good. Overall, if you're in the area looking for good sir down banquet style Chinese restaurant I'd def recommend.

The Xiao Long Bao is quality stuff. Delicious w/ a good amount of broth in it. It was also packaged well for a to go order. The lunch prices for dimsum are good. I got the XO seafood fried rice as well. The ingredients were fresh and shrimp was thick, but the dish lacked flavor in general. Overall: Poor service Good prices for dim sum (lunch only) Would have given this place 4 stars had it not been for the lack of attention to customers

Chicken dumplings had a good filling to wrapper ratio, but the filling needed way more seasoning. It just tasted like wet, mushy stuff inside, and drowning the dumpling in chili oil barely helped. And the two fried dishes weren't flavorful either--they weren't dredged very well, so they just tasted like oil. This was especially disappointing for the scallion pancake, since it looked nice...but didn't taste of scallions at all. Overall, really disappointing. I might give it a try at a different location if the opportunity comes up, but with the menu being rather small, I'm not even sure it'd be worth the time.

There's lots of traffic so be weary of the cars that pass by and when we went there were tons of people. We walked in and they took our name and phone number and about a 40 min wait. This place can probably fit 40 people, it's so small. We tried a few items such as their beef roll, wonton with chili sauce, their seven grams xlb, , fried mini buns, noodle with scallion oil sauce, and potato string shrimp. Their seven grams xlb was disappointing, the broth and meat inside didn't have any flavor to it IMO. The mini buns were sweet and heavy, and we split one and didn't touch the rest. The noodle with scallion sauce was just okay...again, not much flavor. I didn't like the potato shrimp at all, too doughy and hard. The beef rolls were just okay to me, again kinda bland without dumping it in shoyu and vinegar). The best dish was their spicy wontons. It had a nice kick to it and we saved the sauce to dump everything else we ate in it lol.

The shrimp lo mein was super flavorful and cooked perfectly, and the pork dumplings with the sauce were amazing. The only miss for us was the beef noodle dish. It came out extremely hot (hot enough to burn my tongue), and the flavor just wasn't our favorite, especially compared to how good everything else was. The taro tea and mango smoothie were also pretty tasty. Overall, it was a great experience and we'd definitely go back, just skipping the beef noodles next time.

As soon as I dug into the food, I realized that the broth was mid. It did have the pork flavor but little of the umami. It was a bit disappointing. The egg was boiled and not soy-marinated or poached. But the noodles had great bite to them. And the portion was big. I wholeheartedly recommend their slushies. I was able to customize mine and ask for them not to put any sugar in it. Service is great. The staff is polite and courteous and keep the space tidy and sanitary. I'll probably come back for the slushies and juices and I'll try other items on the menu.

Loved it here! Food was delicious and so happy we decided to give it a try. I've been to a lot of…read moredumpling places and wanted to try something new. Checked on Yelp and came across Dumpling Artisan. Saw some comments saying it was similar to Din Thai. I felt that this place was better. The smashes cucumber was massive and so delicious. Perfect amount of sauce and flavor. Also got the crab Rangoons which were perfect and loved the sauce. Had the classic pork xiao, wonton in chili sauce and the chicken steamed dumpling. Everything tasted so good and fresh. I enjoyed every part of this meal. The staff was so friendly and our order came out quickly. We also got one or their teas, mango passion fruit green tea and it was soooo good! Also love that it's right next to Haven City so you can stroll over there after for dessert.

This place is a little small inside with limited seating. If you have a party of 6 or more definitely call ahead to make sure there's seating available. The decor is definitely Asian inspired and I love that you can watch them prepare your food through the glass. We went inside to place a to go order. They gave us a menu immediately and were available to answer our questions. We spent a little over $73 and ordered Mongolian Beef, 2 orders of Pork Wontons in Chili Oil, Salt & Pepper Crispy Chicken, Pork & Cabbage Pan Fried Dumplings, and an order of Xiao Long Bao. The Mongolian beef didn't taste like Mongolian Beef but it was full of flavor. It had a sweet but savory taste and the meat was super tender. Unfortunately it did not come with rice and I didn't know. It's ok, because I don't each much of it. The pan fried dumplings had a nice crispy exterior but soft inside. The meat veggie mixture was full of flavor. The Xiao Kong Bao had a nice subtle broth inside and it was quite refreshing. I honestly didn't care for the pork wontons in chili oil. They did not lack flavor but there was a spice on it similar to tajin that clashed a bit in flavor with the chili oil. Also, I couldn't really taste the meat and just tasted chewy dumpling dough. The salt and pepper crispy chicken was full of flavor. The only downfall was the ride home made it not so crispy but that's not a flaw in the food. A suggestion would be to cut holes in the packaging so it doesn't steam itself as much from the heat. Overall, great food and great service. I will definitely go back.

The place was pretty empty, yet the service was still very slow .To be fair, there was only one girl handling everything!! seating guests, taking orders, and serving food, while another man would occasionally come by to drop something off and then disappear. The food was the biggest letdown. The sauce was extremely dark, thick, and bland, with abt 6 large bay leaves in it. It also had a very bitter taste that overpowered everything. On top of that, the menu is very limited, only two combo options. If you want crab and shrimp together, you're forced to buy them separately, and it's not cheap The only upside was that they had a deal where if you spend over $70 before tax, you get a free item from a selected list. Also, the crab meat and shrimp themselves were very meaty and fresh, which is the main reason I'm giving this place two stars instead of one. Overall, I wouldn't return. The food , service and price just weren't worth it.

Surprisingly, for a Friday night, the place was dead. Back then, I remember waiting 40 minutes to an hour just to get in. This time? We got seated immediately, and honestly... that already lowered my expectations. The selection was still pretty big with a lot of variety, so I started off with the seafood. It was decent. Nothing amazing, but good enough to satisfy the craving without worrying about food poisoning. The crab legs were ridiculously salty though. The biggest disappointment was the hot food section. I honestly don't understand how fried rice and chow mein can taste that bland. Zero flavor. The orange chicken and beef broccoli were okay, but definitely nothing memorable. They also had steak, though I can't remember which cut it was, but it was dry and overcooked. They also had a seafood boil section, but the shrimp were overcooked and the crawfish definitely didn't taste the freshest. It had that slightly off taste where you start questioning if you should keep eating it. Ironically, the best thing I had all night was the Mongolian BBQ. That was actually really good and probably the only thing I genuinely enjoyed. But that's also the disappointing part. If my favorite thing at a buffet is the Mongolian BBQ station, I could've just gone to a regular Mongolian BBQ spot, paid less, and probably enjoyed the meal more. The service also felt pretty off throughout the night. Most of the servers, the workers behind the buffet line, and even the bussers didn't seem friendly at all. Everything just felt slow and low energy, like nobody really wanted to be there. Not the worst buffet experience, but definitely nowhere near as good as I remembered it years ago.
