He kept forgetting some of our dishes. He took a long time to get his refills. That's one thing that does bother me we're paying and tipping for Service and it should be done with the upmost care and consideration we ordered the packing duck the Mushu, which was suggested by the waiter, which was very delicious and the beef with the mushrooms Beef with the mushrooms was seasoned and flavored so deliciously texturally with the variety of different mushrooms that were in this dish was such a delight to eat The Peking duck is always one of my favorite the skin is extra crispy than meat is very moist. It comes with a nice light sweet-and-sour and then a darker duck sauce to pair with fluffy soft boas And the appetizer the mushu was a very delicious that came with like a Wong tortillas to pair with it and it was a very good recommend 10/10 But like I said, give it a try and you decide

Called it in and was able to grab it after coming back to the restaurant. The manager gave us a free dim sum which was nice. Food was delicious! Enjoyed every dish we ordered from the snap shoots, eggplant, fish fillet, duck, pork chop, beef and mushrooms. Next time we're in Fontana again would love to dine in. Their space is huge and clean.

I expected it to be better, since I know Seven Grams has…read moremultiple locations around, but I'm definitely more impressed by other dumpling places, whether local or other franchises. Chicken dumplings had a good filling to wrapper ratio, but the filling needed way more seasoning. It just tasted like wet, mushy stuff inside, and drowning the dumpling in chili oil barely helped. And the two fried dishes weren't flavorful either--they weren't dredged very well, so they just tasted like oil. This was especially disappointing for the scallion pancake, since it looked nice...but didn't taste of scallions at all. Overall, really disappointing. I might give it a try at a different location if the opportunity comes up, but with the menu being rather small, I'm not even sure it'd be worth the time.

There's lots of traffic so be weary of the cars that pass by and when we went there were tons of people. We walked in and they took our name and phone number and about a 40 min wait. This place can probably fit 40 people, it's so small. We tried a few items such as their beef roll, wonton with chili sauce, their seven grams xlb, , fried mini buns, noodle with scallion oil sauce, and potato string shrimp. Their seven grams xlb was disappointing, the broth and meat inside didn't have any flavor to it IMO. The mini buns were sweet and heavy, and we split one and didn't touch the rest. The noodle with scallion sauce was just okay...again, not much flavor. I didn't like the potato shrimp at all, too doughy and hard. The beef rolls were just okay to me, again kinda bland without dumping it in shoyu and vinegar). The best dish was their spicy wontons. It had a nice kick to it and we saved the sauce to dump everything else we ate in it lol.

My family and I always receive exceptional service from the manager…read more You definitely get your money's worth for the amount of food you get. And the food is freshly made to order. I got the individual order of chop suey which comes with an eggroll, a fried wonton chip, 2 pieces of fried shrimp, and I choose to get it with fried rice. And my dad got the pork sweet and sour with the sauce of the side (to maintain that crunch on the pork & so it's not so saucy) along with the provided sides. And we also got a side of fried rice. All this food also came with egg flower soup and enough for 3 people with leftovers!

I thought it was a buffet style place like Panda, so I was kinda hesitant about coming here because of the prices. I was able to order online which was convenient and my food was ready when I picked it up. I walked in, and it was a legit dine in restaurant, so now I understood the prices. I was greeted upon entering and the employee went over my order to make sure it was correct. I ordered the sweet and sour pork that came with egg drop soup, fried rice and some appetizers (shrimp, eggroll and a wonton). The pork was ok, and i didn't really like the sauce, it left an after taste. The soup was good and rice was good. I was already full, by the time I realized it was appetizers in the bag. I was about to throw the bag away, and felt something still inside. I'll try something else, next time.

Went to Papa Zhang Hot Pot for all-you-can-eat hot pot and overall it was a solid experience,…read moreespecially for the price. The value is definitely the main highlight, pricing is fair for AYCE and you get a decent variety of meats, veggies, and sides. For a casual hot pot night, it's hard to complain on cost alone. That said, there were a few things that made the experience a bit less smooth. Parking was a challenge since the plaza gets very busy, so it took a while to find a spot. Inside, the setup was also a little confusing at first the hot pot being built into the table takes some getting used to, and it made it slightly awkward to get the soup out comfortably while cooking. Food-wise, it was good, but the refill timing was inconsistent. A few items like meat and fruit ran out faster than expected, and we had to wait a while, sometimes close to 30 minutes for refills to come back out. Service was okay overall, just a bit slow during peak rush. Still, for the price point and AYCE format, it's a good deal. I'd come back, just with lower expectations on speed and pacing. 4 stars mainly for value.

This gave us 1 lobster tale to split. Little disappointing as it says 1 tail per meal. The shrimp was great. The scallops were the absolute worst. Tasted like old milk. Really gross! The hotpot flavors were awesome! Our server Shannon I believe was her name was amazing!!! She should get a raise! The decor is really cool. Instead of corn napkin holders all over I'd done different veggies or products to go into your hotpot. Thank you for the experience.

I cant justify any of these dishes making me want to consume bowls upon bowls of rice. That's what spicy Szechuan and Hunan food is supposed to do....it should make you awaken your taste buds, with the power of their chilli peppers, Szechuan green & red peppercorns, and the umamis derived from MSG. Nope, I didn't crave the Lazi Chicken...nor the Hot Oil Beef Mix... Not the Cold Noodles, and I left with a $122 receipt in hand for 2 more takeout items on top of the 4 main dishes I've shared.....and I felt pretty empty. Empty in a sense, I could DO BETTER at home mixing my own Szechuan Cold Noodles, with Home Made Chili Oil, Sesame Paste, Sugar. Chicken Bullion, Minced Garlic, Vinegar, and Cilantro. I almost felt robbed here.....either every dish was lacking peppercorns and numbness, or it was missing Umami, Alot of it...so I leave anyone who wants to challenge my opinion otherwise and prove me wrong that the food here indeed belongs in a long list of top notch Szechuan Hunan Restaurants in Los Angeles. Even if this place opened up in Phoenix, I'm sorry, it's going to rank in the lower end of the bell curve. It was a hot day. I felt the service lady doesn't know how to tell "Customers Need Ice Water" and I had to vocally tell her ice and water please. I don't know, been a long week, haven't gone home for 10 days and just been bouncing on and off my rig all across the US....I just wanted some food I could really enjoy today, and Chili Bistro failed to deliver.
